We enjoyed all the dishes. The rainbow Maki was awesome as was the salad, tempura, and ebi sushi. No disappointments at all which is always a bonus. Will be returning soon.

Waited for freaking 1 hour and 30 mins just to receive my chicken curry thats not even freaking hot or warm Doesnt even taste like good curry 7% service charge for the worst service and said that they had "traffic sa kitchen" - you have...a lot of tables to offer and you cant serve them all? Wow lol Had a big freaking menu of what coffee they serve and they didnt even have coffee lol Went there thinking itd be good because of their Trip Advisor reward in 2020 LOL SO QUESTIONABLE -1000 /10 WILL NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT GO EVERMore
Food was good. Pricewise and taste is excellent. Auzora Salad was a good twist on your regular crabstick salad. Chicken teriyaki was very tasty, shrimp tempura was good..only downside was the mix sashimi. It didn't taste well, the salmon i think was a different cut...of the fish as it was chewy. But the variety is ok.. Nice japanese restaurant when your in Tagaytay that's not overcrowded.More
They offer great food, although a little pricey. Courteous staff and good ambiance. Great location too.
Soggy and sad and made our family supper stressful. That’s how I will describe my experience in Aozora. I guess my expectations were set high since I’ve been reading about the good reviews. The Aozora ramen is bulalo with noodles, nothing to be crazy about.Fod...is average. The wagyu steak is pricey but the way it’s cooked was mediocre- a waste of ingredients.More
Aozora SVD Road WAS very good until recently. Today was my third time. Two months ago I already noticed the food quality and service was different. I gave it another chance, and today was the third time. The food was lousy, presentation was like dog...food, the staff were not attentive, the portion size was smaller, and it is not Japanese at all. To top it all, they charged me the full amount of P1350 and just took out the service charge. I was told that the former chef and staff were moved to their new branch at Twin Lakes. I will never go back to this place. 😖😖😫😩More
The Farm Branch. Slightly disappointing. The food was well presented but not so fresh as you would expect from Sashimi and Sushi. Perhaps it took too much time in the cooler. The Chawan Mushi didn't have the consistency of a steamed custard. It was overcooked...and almost like an omelette. The food took more than 35 minutes to be served.More
It's true when they say they are vegetarian friendly. The had good suggestions from the menu, and customized the sushi for our vegetarian preferences. Time from ordering to serving was very reasonable. The tempura was crisp and the sauces tasty. The one drawback was yakisoba...that was too salty. The green tea shake was really refreshing. and the house tea was really nice. The waiter was attentive and brought an extra citronella candle for us without being asked, when noticing the flies were getting too interested in our area. A wee bit noisy from weekend traffic at the nearby intersection, but not enough to mute the pleasant time. Cost of the meal was very reasonable.More
Great food. Responsive, helpful, friendly wait staff. Highly accommodating. Wheel chair access. Did I say friendly wait staff?
We’ve just came from Tagaytay and made a last minute visit to their branch in SVD Road for dinner. Unfortunately our food experience is not as we expected given the good reviews. Their food is so-so compared to their counterparts; especially their Maki, Aozora rice,...Teppanyaki and Sizzling Squid. Sadly, my daughters were not satisfied with their sodden Tempura, their Shoyu and Kakiage ramen were bland and the noodles disheartening. Furthermore, cleanliness/pest control is an issue given the saucers we’ve asked contained live ants!!! Service was OK but overall we hope to have value for money as their prices are comparable to well known ramen houses in Manila.More
Good place for Japanese food in Tagaytay. Ambience is nice and food is good. My faves were the Aozora salad and the Rainbow Maki.
If you’ve been to Japan and tasted authentic Japanese food, you will be sorely disappointed by Aozora. My family and I went all the way to Tagaytay just to try out Aozora which is currently listed as the 2nd best restaurant in Tagaytay! Unfortunately, it...did not meet our expeditions. The food was average thus feels overpriced.More

Positives: Ambiance and Service The place looked nice and the servers were very accommodating. Negatives: Everything else We ordered Uni Sashimi, Spicy Salmon Maki, California Maki, Miso Ramen, and their grilled us beef (forgot the exact name) Uni sashimi tasted bland and old. The vegetables...that came with it wasn't fresh as well. Both Makis were just meh. Could compare it to something bought in the frozen section of an SM grocery. Ramen wasn't hot, tasted like instant ramen, and not the good kind. Grilled beef was basically beef tapa. Wasn't hot at all; as the name would suggest it would have been grilled. Felt like I ate something that was cooked earlier and microwaved for my pleasure 🙄 I honestly don't understand all the positive reviews this place has. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. ✌️More
Dear Sir Baron, 1) all of our Aozora branches come with sushi bar where all sushis, sashimis, salads and makis are being prepared and shown for customers viewing from the actual raw ingredients to the actual making and preparation of the food. We have sushi...More
It was pricey for what it is. I was expecting a wow quality of service and food but it turned on out unsatisfactory. They opened later than 11am and made their first customers wait. Preparation should be ahead of time atleast 2 hours to avoid...inconvenience (specially during weekend). Noodles on their Ramen are like Lomi noodles that you can buy in grocery. Nothing special here.More
Hi Mam Jocelyn, all Aozora branches open at 11am. Upon checking the log sheets of our people, so far, they have always opened on time at 11am. Nonetheless, we sincerely apologize for your waiting experience. Our bulalo ramen is not an original japanese food. It...More
Poor service. Took more than 1 hour before they served our food. Went there around 11AM, one of their first guest. Food: 6/10 Tempura was served cold, sauce is bland Gyudon - taste bland Signature fried rice- pepper fried rice mixed with crabstick and a...day old chopped fried egg Mixed seafood taste good Maybe wrong choice of food but for me its overratedMore
