This place definitely gives a topnotch service. Receptionist are polite. They will welcome you with warmth. Servers are friendly, they will give food suggestions and make sure to give what you have requested. The foods are delicious. Bulalo has a unique taste, it was tender. We will surely comeback.

Parking lot is spacious. Easy to locate the area. We are greeted by the receptionist at the entrance. I went to entrance and asked if i can buy a cake and if they can put a wording because we are celebrating an occasion, the lady supervisor Catherine (if im correct) offered that they are serving a complimentary slice of cake for the celebrant which is pretty good gesture. Service wise, servers are accomodating if you have a request but still needs to improve. I end up raising my hands few times if we need something on our table and tooks a while for the server to acknowledge our needs. But still service staff are respectful. Foods was amazing, we ordered sininang sa miso salmon which has balance in flavor. Signature chicken dish is also great. Binagoongan needs to improve, the taste is too far the way it should be and most of the meat given was full of pork fats and the pork skin still has hair. We will come back and try their different dish next time. Drinks ordered was great too!!! Still a must try restaurant

The food was spot on! Everything that they have served us was satisfyingly savory, especially that I have not had authentic Filipino cuisine in a while. In a cascade of flavors, there’s always one that wins amongst the rest and that will be the Turon dessert! The crepe and banana just delectably melts in your mouth like crazy! I think all of us agreed that this was the champion amongst all the food that was served. Kudos to the brains behind the menu. I honestly forgot his name (sorry) but he is on the photo with me in this review. Lastly, the place had the perfect view of the famous Taal Volcano from its deck. Just a perfect homey and cozy place for a big fambam like us. This place definitely deserves a comeback on my next PH vacay!

The place was so relaxing, Food was great, the bulalo and okoy, but the highlight of our visit is the heart felt and warm welcome of the employees, they are polite and attentive to us, specially the servers at alfresco, kudos!! Well surely come back😉

The best part amongst the food we ordered was the Bulalo, perfectly cooked and hot! Though pricey, nevertheless makes our tummy happy! Shanghai was mediocre. Bangus Grilled is average. Pansit na Puti was good. Lumpiang sariwa is a waste of money, cold, unloved. Bringhe is a favorite! Pork/Chicken Adobo is average. Lots to improve on taste. Servers were attentive. I miss Josephine's taste. 😵

We ordered "special bulalo" cost P1400. The meat was so tough could not chew it. There's this big bone with no meat and no bone marrow inside. The pinakbet was under cook, like eating raw veggies. We took both bulalo and pinakbet home. Cook the pinakbet again , but the bulalo had no chance to soften....straight to gabage, what a waste.

Where's your Captain Aldrin? His service was excellent and so also the food. I had the bulalo matching of tawilis which was awesome. My wife had a rice cake "bibingka" was very good. I thought Aldrin was there but the other staff says he is working in cruiseline. He said that he will be take in charge when we are back. The way he serve, the way he talk, and the way he explain about the allergies. He explained it one by one even if he is busy in others, he will come back to our table to check if there's anything that we need. Much appreciated employee 👍👍👍. This happens January of this year and the last when we dine is this March. Delicious food good ambiance. Perfect location. I hope my Family and Aldrin will meet again.

This place used to be Josephine's which we frequent a lot. Aside from the great view, there is nothing special about this place now under Rosario by Vikings. Food is mediocre at its best and the worst part is the inattentive staff. You have to call them out few times to get their attention over a water! We also have to cancel order as it seems they forgot about it. You cant say that they are under staffed since we can see that most of them are converged at the reception! Will never go back for sure nor will recommend to others.

From the time we checked in we asked for their “pakulo” (a complimentary b-day cake) . Clerk said “later mam when we get your orders we will get the name of the celebrant”.. Then they kept playing happy bday song,we thought for us(later we learned there’s another bday next table)😡😡😡 As our server took our orders I mentioned again about the cake, “later mam”. Again!!!!! 😡😡😡 We finished eating.. waiting, waiting… nothing!!!! Until they brought the bill! Went to the front desk, complained. Then they said it only comes with buffet order or something like that!! Nobody said that, none of them!! We could have ordered a cake and paid for it had they clarified!!!Not the receiving employees, not the server..They kept us expecting and waiting! Ate Che was shaking with anger. Bro Pat fuming all red telling them how bad it was especially it’s mom’s bday!! and me nonstop telling them of the bad experience and it’s not just on the server but the whole team, mostly the first girl I talked to at the front desk! 😡😡😡😡 Good thing we were in high spirits from our Lira’s trip where Nanay had her bday boodle tray!

This spot is great for couples and family, especially by 3-5 pm, the view is so amazing together with the High Quality food. They are offering Filipino Cuisine and Western cuisine for ala carte. My favorite dish is quesong queso caldereta. THE BEST!

The food is great! Authentic Filipino Dishes. They use premium and fresh ingredients. I recommend the Caldereta and Kare kare, very nostalgic yung lasa. Same with my uncle’s recipe that’s served during fiestas. The ambiance is really nice especially the view

Food that wows, staff that shines, atmosphere that soothes. Perfect! The moment you step inside, tension melts away. Soft lighting washes over you, gentle music serenades your soul. Every detail, from the plush seating to the curated artwork, whispers tranquility. It's a haven from the outside world, a space where time seems to slow down and your worries fade into the background.

It has almost everything you look for when going to this restaurant. Being located where the previous favorite Josephine is , that pressure somehow feeds up on them. Being part of the Vikings buffet group is another one. Place is spacious , airy , has that cool weather vibe. Areas for photo ops exist. Talented musicians go around tables rendering their classic tunes. Menu is extensive not just the typical Batangas/ Tagaytay faves. Servings are mostly for sharing. I liked the pork sisig and bulalo corned beef style. Staff are mostly friendly polite as well . Recommended, highly.

Rosario’s has an excellent to die for view of the Taal Volcano. The restaurant itself looks very nice and the decor is beautiful. Food was pretty good too. If you want to dine and see the view of Taal this is the one place you can go to. It will not disappoint. The deck outside is wonderful.
