My sister had treated us for a New Year 2020 lunch at this magnificent place. It was drizzling at that time and the place, I tell you, it was so relaxing, cool and very modest. Food & Beverage team are well uniformed. Food was amazing! We had Antonio's Trio, Roasted Duck Breast and Steamed Chilean Sea Bass. Veggies are so fresh, Quinoa Salad, Baked Burrata with phyllo and Duck Sampler are to die for. Lastly, for a sweet tooth like us, we dig into their unique Ice Cream such as Salt & Pepper Caramel, Basil & Honeyed Pine Nuts, Rum, dates & Pecan, Roasted Pistachio. We have had Mixed Fruit Pavlova. It was my first time in Antonio's and I surely recommend this fine dining restaurant. Will surely come back whenever I travel to the Philippines!

We definitely like the ambience and the food. We actually over ordered and had to pack the rest of the food. We ordered ordered dried age rib eye (which includes salad, soup, sauce and dessert with coffee/tea), suckling pig and some drinks.

Very Organized!!! From the moment you enter the place, literally entering the parking to the reception to the time you are ushered to your table, to the advising of the specials, to the meal course until the very end. Everything was carefully sequenced for you to enjoy the ambience, the food and everything else in there to complete your fine dining experience. I have to mention that we had the 40days aged steak and it didn’t disappoint. One of the best steaks I ever had. Raclette with jams etc is also the perfect appetizer to get us started. Special thanks to Jeffrey who served our table. Very attentive and gives us options to suite our wants. :)

The place was really nice , very elegant , service was also really good , they were very attentive ! The place is perfect for a romantic evening . The Menu is also nice and it has a good mix of dishes . We order 3 appetizers , and the 40 days aged ribeye for 2 people tht it came with salad , soup and dessert . The appetizers were really nice , good quality , good taste ! However they arrived like 4 min after ordering ( no giving time to taste our drinks ) so I had to ask to hold on the food as I did not want all to come so quick …. The desserts were really nice ! Like this was the highlight of the night ! I am not a sweet tooth person ! So this means a lot ! I was disappointed because for the price we paid ! We expect the steak for 2 to come cooked to perfection ! I order medium and the outside of the steak it was hard overcooked and the middle was red raw ….. so it was not cooked to my expectations ! Also it had a huge bone so we hardly had 2 small peaces each of meat … because the rest was fat because I know is a ribeye and is fatty ! However our cut maybe wasn’t the lucky one of the night . The meat around the bone was so hard that I could not pull it off the bone ! I had an enjoyable evening but the main course was disappointed and it was suppose to be their best seller ! Reason why we choose it . I did provide the feedback but I believe the waiter did not inform the chef at the spot .

Very disappointing, my wife is dairy intolerant and we advised beforehand, wanted the akaroa but couldn’t because of her intolerance, so they recommended the cod and spinatch on the side. The cod was the smallest fillet and the side of spinatch tiny as well, nothing else on the plate, very blah! Also the waiter offered mesclun leaves for the salad because we didn’t like arugula with pears but what do you know we were given arugula. All of this for a meal that, at 3200p per entree , is completely overpriced.

I've been here a number of times over the years but hadn't been for a while. This really is in a separate league in the Philippines. The setting and ambience re beautiful and it has an old world charm with the foliage of the gardens giving a beautiful backdrop. The food presentation and flavours are outstanding and the chef/kitchen staff do a super job. The waitresses bring a calm elegance to the proceedings. They appear to have a good wine cellar too at not outrageous prices. Whilst this is expensive by Philippine standards, it's still great value for the quality of food you get.

No trip to Tagatay is complete without a stop that this fine dining experience of excellence. The steak was one of the best I have ever had, paired perfectly with a wine selected by the manager himself. The sides were as good, the steak tartare was brilliantly done. To end the feast the soufflé was divine.

Such a huge disappointment. We do not have issues with paying a hefty bill as long as it is worth it. But from experience, overhyped. We actually dined twice to just give it another chance but sadly, it doesn't live up to the hype and press release. Nice to try but no going back. Especially now when there are so much more establishments in the area with the same ambiance and cuisine

The plan was to go and have a steak main course and nothing else as we had done nothing but eat far too much during the previous week. Our plans soon went array! As soon as you arrive, you get that feeling that this is indeed a very special place and that perhaps you should indulge to get the full benefit. The original one course idea turned into six courses.......all of which were cooked to perfection and sublime in every way. Veal bone marrow with pecorino to start was rich, packed with favour and truly unctuous. A small salad of strawberries, radish, walnut and blue cheese followed, this unassuming salad was packed with surprises, every mouthful, another taste explosion. As salads go this was a masterclass. The lightest clam chowder followed. Intense and fishy without that usual chowder heaviness. Next a pineapple palate cleanser- I admit I am not actually a fan of sorbet/granita as a palate cleanser, but this was packed to the rafters with intense pineapple flavours. Dry aged rib eye followed; it was exquisite. The multiply accompaniments were a classy touch - Hollandaise, burnt onion sauce, chilli flakes and pickled garlic all added another dimension to every slice of that very happy cow (sadly/or happily departed depending on your viewpoint). After five courses there really is not much point in avoiding dessert. Chocolate and olive cake with honeycomb and ice cream and the Italian version of 'floating islands' were just to die for. The last time I ate this well was at Gordon Ramsey, Hospital Road over ten years ago. I've been trying to decide which was better and, in my opinion, they are now both in my top 1. In summary, an exceptional dining experience and one which I will remember for many years, the food was so well executed and perfect that I felt emotional. When food has this effect on you, you know that you have experienced something utterly wonderful

We had a great lunch at Antonio’s- the ambiance, the food and the service was superlative. Their lamb was soft and juicy; the burrata was delightful and the crepes suzette was really a special treat. Even the restrooms were so clean and even had toothpicks and mouthwash- truly a treat

I had very high expectations. The actual experience exceeded them. The place (building and garden) is stunningly beautiful. Undoubtedly someone with great taste has been involved in this outstanding delivery. Same for food - simply excellent. Bottom line: not to be missed

We were invited to Antonio’s by a Filipino friend and it was a lovely experience. The building seems to be in 19th century Spanish villa style and is quite beautiful- as are the gardens where we had our aperitifs. The cuisine is creative high end European. There are vegetarian dishes but there are also a range of great meats on offer. Well worth making the journey to Tagatay!

Went here for a Saturday breakfast. Parking was ok since we were able to get one right away and they have more at the back. Waiting area was cramped with groups waiting to be seated. No biggie. Decided to buy some breads at the bakeshop, nobody got my order. Stood there for a good 10mins I thought was a line but nobody bothered until I asked is there another place to put ny order. It's the same place, they just couldn't be bothered to ask for yours. Once seated, we immediately ask for service water since the glasses were already prepared. Water came after 3 follow ups and a good 15mins. Food was great and presentation was fantastic. Ambiance was ruined by a very rowdy group at which point I asked the maitre d to move us to the lower level where it is much quieter and less people. Only drawback was the view disappeared which to me was fine rather than endure the rowdy group in the main hall. I asked for a high chair for my kid. Nobody got back to me after 2 follow ups. I picked it up myself. Still, nobody from the staff offered to help me carry it all the way to our table. It's fine. Final verdict- Just not worth coming back. To spend almost $100 for the food and the service, I think we'll go somewhere else.

Went here with my boyfriend to celebrate our 3rd Anniversary. Going there was quite a long drive but since it was one of popular restaurants in Tagaytay, we got it a try and definitely it was a good one! Place is very romantic, staffs were all accommodating. Steaks are good, with a good plating. Elegant Hotel, we will surely be back for our another anniversary date.

The absolute best restaurant in the Philippines, at par with the best around the world. You are cared for by top-notch staff from the moment they open the wrought iron gate to let your car in until they send you off with a thoughtful gift for the road. The setting and interiors are beyond beautiful, exquisitely Filipino. And the food is outstanding from start to finish.
