We had to wait 20min to get a table when we arroved at their busy lunch hour without a reservation but it was worth it. We had bulalo, squid ink adobo, crispy pata, baked tahong, & fish - and everything was so delicious! Definitely worth...More

When you open the menu, do not look at the prices. Their portions are huge! Truly value for money. The staff are wearing formal uniforms which gives the place an upscale ambiance. I personally love its retro interiors with a great view of the Taal...More

I loved the crispy kangkong and bulalo. Bibingka is also delicious. A bit commercialized and too noisy for my taste though. Some foods were a bit greasy, i mean the bulalo is supposed to be greasy but the chopsuey?

We had a meal here whilst in tagaytay. The food was tasty, the service good and the atmosphere very pleasant. If we visit tagaytay again we would visit again.

I’ve tried most ALL of all the restaurants in Tagaytay but Josephine’s remained my #1. I go home every year from the US and it’s kinda tradition to stop by Josephine’s.

This was my second visit to this restaurant in 5 years. Quality has been consistently good and the location is great. As we arrived late for our dinner the food was served cold which was a bit of a disappointment.
