Thoroughly recommend this restaurant. Our guide recommended it to us and even a power cut ( which apparently occurs regularly) throughout dinner didn’t spoil anything. Very reasonably priced. Dinner for 2 including 1 large beer and 1 water cost£10.

Went to this restaurant as the place we had chosen originally was closed. Place appeared to be 100% tourists. Ordered only Myanmar food which was rather uninspiring and comparatively expensive. Might be a good place to get western / chinese food for those who miss...More

Although there are nicer places to eat in Bagan, I did enjoy my sweet and sour prawns here with plenty of prawns included in the dish. Food was well priced and staff were attentive to a degree but when asked for a second beer it...More

Live up the rave for me, the foods are good (best tea leaf salad) , the place is clean and spacious, staff are friendly and nice. Price is a bit higher compare to restaurants around, but the above reason mentioned above justify it for me....More

I chose 7sister to eat the first dinner when in bagan. Really great space with gentle golden light, the sisters serve very agile and lovely. The food was good to me although I had heard about hard to eat in Myanmar at first. After that...More

There is wifi, there is romantic open air but there is no AC. They serve authentic Myanmar dishes, Chinese, Thai and European cuisines. I heard that the restaurant is built like a Tazaung, a Buddhist adoration hall with fourteen columns and beams made of teak....More

Dear Indiana_Jonesse, Thank you for your visit in our restaurant and to take the time to write a review. We obviously do not have air conditioning because of the open air style of our restaurant. The high roof of the restaurant offers sufficient shadow to...More

We spent four nights in Bagan and visited the restaurant four times (hope to come there tomorrow before leaving for Inle Lake too), well, three times dining there, one take away to be eaten at the hotel. Being vegan, we found it tricky to be...More

Thank you very much for your kind review! We can hardly imagine a bigger compliment than to come and eat in our restaurant for the fifth time in a row!

The "7 Sisters Restaurant" is a beautiful, romantic open air restaurant, where you can enjoy a wide array of Myanmar, Chinese, Thai and European dishes. As the name suggests, it's an initiative of seven sisters. You will find it a clean and comfortable place for breakfast, lunch and dinner or just a refreshing drink on a warm afternoon. The restaurant is built like an authentic Tazaung (a Buddhist adoration hall or shrine pavilion). The framework of the building consists of fourteen genuine massive teak pillars and large teak beams to support the roof. It's located on a quiet corner of 3rd Street and Nwe Ni Street, just a one minute walk from the Eight Faces Pagoda in the centre of New Bagan, away from the noisy and dusty main street.
