Known for their cheesesteaks you can get many varieties. Enjoyed the jalapeno version - very tasty with a little kick. Also the gyro with added feta cheese was great. Loved the fries too! Burgers, desserts and much more to choose from. Go stop by and...grab a bite. Support local.More

Every time I am in town, this is a must for me. You get a great deal of food for the money that you pay. Rarely is their a wait for your order. Personally,I recommend the BBQ steak sandwich.

I have been near this shop dozens of times when i escort a friend for his ICE visits next door. Finally got the chance to stop in and am very glad that i finally did. Great article on the shop from the Arizona Republic proudly...displayed, featuring the photo of the owner. He was the one who took my order--two Phillys with everything. After he took care of the customer behind me, we had a chance to visit. i mentioned it was my first time in but he would see me next Friday after my escort time at ICE. Told him that i had read about the greatness of his Phillys off Tripadvisor reviews and was very happy to have found a shop with truly great Phillys. He was excited it was my first visit, and gave me a sample of their Baklava as a gift! i bought the two sandwiches with the intent of sharing the second with a friend. That did not happen. The first was so good, i selfishly saved the second for dinner. Great fresh bun. Ample steak. Melted cheese. Peppers. Onions. Mushrooms. Such a wonderful combination of flavors, and so hot off the grill, even 5 minutes later when i got to finally sit down and eat it. If You are an iced tea fan, these is about as strong a brew as i have had in the valley. Top notch! Oh. Next visit this Friday. Only one change to my order. A full serving of the Baklava. Yes, it was that good.More

I got the pastrami sub combo today. The beef pastrami is good, the bread is crispy like a french Baggett, very good sub.

Very good food and has a good range of hours. We work third shift and want dinner in the morning. We opted for here since they opened at 9 on Friday. The Sammy’s are enormous. Couldn’t finish our food.

As good as it gets in Philadelphia ... Would be hood competition for either Pat's or Geno's...from the custom bun in, watching the cook choosing and chopping the ribeye is an art it self ...his 22 years is evident...will definitely go again and again.

If you have a steak or chicken philly sandwich hankering this is the place. Best of Philly is an excellent family owned and operated restaurant in central Phoenix just south of Thomas Road. Their food is consistently good and every order is individually prepared. Given...that, the service is also always prompt. There are a variety of other delicious offerings such as a nice Greek salad, gyros or sub-sandwichs made with Boar's Head cold cuts. There is free parking and both indoor and outdoor seating is available. Give them a try and you too will become a fan.More

Wanted something quick to eat and co workers suggested this place for the "best Philly cheese steak in America" So with information, I went to check it out for myself. Lets just say, that its pretty good for Phoenix, but DON'T CONFUSE it with one...from the city of brotherly love. There is no comparison.More

I come for lunch about once a month. It is about an 8 mile drive from my office but well worth it. The place is small and simple but the quality of the sandwich is well worth my drive and money. I get the cheese...steak with onions and mushrooms. I love every bite. The fries are OK but not great. The prices are a bit high but worth it. I will keep coming back.More

Close to museums, we stopped for a quick lunch and found this to be a fabulous restaurant. Really good sandwiches, fresh and prepared any way you prefer. Very inexpensive. Small seating area and crowded during lunch hour. Worth the time!
