Great restaurant for happy hour! I love the decor and vibe of this restaurant- also like the name( same as my son😄). Met here with friends for happy hour drinks & some bites. If it was warmer the outdoor patio looks fun with the fireplace...and space. We sat in the restaurant area. We shared the crispy bread & Brie and the spicy tuna & rice cakes. Both were good but we liked the Brie dip better. My friends both had the seared tuna salad and I had the bolognese. Salad was very tasty! Bolognese was average. Tasted like I expected it to. For drinks we enjoyed the mango jalapeño margarita, the grapefruit smash & the old fashioned. It was a nice meal. Would love to come & sit at the bar some night as well.More

We visited The Henry for an early Sunday afternoon lunch and enjoyed it very much! If you want good food at a reasonable price, friendly service, and an upbeat (but relaxed) environment, check out The Henry! We’ll definitely be back!

What a Fantastic Restaurant. Wedly, at the front desk of The Millenium Hotel recommended this restaurant and we could not be happier with the food and experience. The service was top notch. The decor is modern and the atmosphere is electric. A new favorite. The...Salmon was one of the best I have ever experienced.More

This is a restaurant for the young and hip crowd, so my 92-year old+ mother and I (>60) are not the typical "target market." Overall we enjoyed our visit; a mix of good food contrasted by mediocre atmosphere. As for food, we started out with...the Guacamole appetizer which was excellent; but the chips were so stiff, brittle and thick that it's like biting into a cube of ice. The Roasted Chicken entree was excellent; tender and tasty (keep an eye out for a few small bones). The Harvest Bowl was very good and just as advertised. However, I think a bowl needs to be elevated with something that sets is apart, whether it be a touch of spice or tempeh or tofu. The local brew on tap (a wheat beer) was a disappointment (tasted like a flat lager with lemon juice squeezed in). The atmosphere is very loud and off putting, as is the 62-degree temperature that's accented with a chilling breeze from the vents above (many diners around us were wearing their outdoor coats). Our server was pleasant and efficient. An excellent meal, but a slightly lower rating assigned to the overall experience.More

Visited with a group for private dining. Nice enough venue with good food. The shrimp was the highlight. Ginger mule cocktail very nice.

I Ubered in from downtown… menu and photos looked good from google.. I came in about noon sharp. The Henry was hopping. All tables were occupied. Belly up to the bar, perfect for a single diner.Damian was my server/bartender. The first martini was custom, just...the way I had requested, mmm good. Damian and I had a pleasant discussion in regards to our gin preferences … based on that I allowed him to serve me his version of the”perfect martini” In all honesty, his was superior to my custom! Shrimp was great. Grilled salmon was fantastic. It’s nice when a business makes an out of towner feel welcome. Cheers!More

I had been there once before and most of the dishes were ok but this day oh my heavens we would have been better off at a fast food place. The only thing that was good was our waiter. The egg sandwich was not acceptable...and could not eat. The cinnamon apple French toast was extremely sweet with the apples and Carmel Inedible! The egg and bacon dish was cold with eggs over cooked and bacon raw in middle burnt on edges. All this should have been seen before brought out. I do not recommend this place.More

Our second visit to the Henry during a vacation to Phoenix. Billed as a neighborhood bar, it has been packed on both of our visits. We dine in the patio area which is strung with twinkle lights, greenery and offers a fireplace with comfy seating...around it. Delicious devil crab dip with a lovely bottle of wine. Basic but tasty bolognese and a flavorful salmon Caesar salad made for an enjoyable dining experience.More

Enjoyed a wonderful meal outside (with powerful heaters) with great servers and the food was wonderful including short rib pot stickers, tortilla soup grilled fish tacos and seared ahi tuna. And leave room for the peanut butter molten cake.

My goodness have you heard? If you’re in town for business or pleasure in Arizona, dine at The Henry in Phoenix! Salad lovers, enjoy the delicious Roasted Chicken Avocado Salad. The rest of the menu is easy to select, enticing and tastes better than most...restaurants I’ve been to in my limited travels. The ambiance and perfectly lit site is excellent for business gatherings, romantic outings and individuals looking for a calm, but lively place to eat and drink. Next time I land in “The AZ”, I will make sure The Henry is at the top of my list for dinner and dining pleasure. You do the same!More

Ambience and food both are five stars for me. Staff are good and service is fast. Their coffee is probably the best in town! We have tried breakfasts, salads, coffees and drinks and weren't disappointed. Scrambled eggs, chicken sausages, bacon are to die for! They...accommodated breakfast requests even after lunch timings had started ! There must be a reason why it takes time to find a table - that's why you should visit this place.More

Great service by Patrick, very friendly and you could tell he loved food. And the entrees were some of the best we've had. The short rib and the Korean skirt steak and their complementary bases and veggies were perfectly matched. Wow! Our highlight from Phoenix.

I have wanted to visit the Henry for dining for a long time and I finally got to visit this November. I have heard good things about this place but I didn’t have too much expectations before I went to the restaurant. However my dining...experience at the Henry was exceptional! All the food I have tried was on point. Seasoning and searing were perfect. Salad was simple and fresh. I tried their braised short ribs for main course and it was so tasty. The meat was cooked tender and juicy. It just fell apart and melted in my mouth. The bourbon caramel on the meat was not too sweet but pleasantly complimented the dish. The mashed potatoes were smooth, flavorful and tasted great with the rib. For dessert, I tried their lemon tart and it was good but too lemon-y for my liking. I am so glad I finally visited the Henry and I cannot wait to return to try different dishes!More
