Service above and beyond

I arrived with a voucher for breakfast and I was greeted with warmth. They seated me and both servers Jayvee and Mark attended to me just enough that I could eat but never needing to flag servers down. The food was incredible as with most top hotels in Manila. In the middle of my breakfast they informed me that my voucher was more than the price of the buffet itself and they wanted to inform in the event that I wanted something extra that the voucher did not include. I settled for a cocktail and it was made to perfection. I have to say kudos to these guys…they certainly didn’t have to do that since I wouldn’t have know anyway. In closing I have to say many places have excellent food, many places have excellent service but few get it right having the combination of excellent service with excellent food choices with the ambiance a vacationer or staycationer longs for!

Lounging at The Waterside

Its the most convenient for me to kill time and lounge after my SNR shopping for the restaturant. They have a variety of cocktails from 5-8pm and 10-12 at a very reasonable price (less than a thousand pesos) if Im not mistaken. They also have snacks and bar menu to pair . The staff are very friendly and they remember their regular customers. I suggest they should add more on the menu for regular customers like us. The Hotel is located at Roxas Blvd accessible via Skyway in 20 minutes from Makati and 10-15 minutes away from the airport terminal 3. You will never have to leave the hotel. They have a casino, shops, restaurants and other amenities. What I truly like about this hotel is the fact that its so clean and smells so good. Unwind and try dining for experience and compare it with other hotels with casinos. This is by far, much more comfortable and of high standard. On top of this, you can validate parking ticket particularly if you dine, valet is also available.

Lovely Bar and Service

The Waterside Bar is a rarity amongst restaurants that offer both a dining and a beverage experience. Mostly, restaurants excel at designing a food experience but fail badly at the bar experience. Waterside is an enjoyable exception have crafted an open, theatre-type bar and stools and a cozy seating area. One can enjoy both the views of the outside or the airy and refreshing interior spaces of the lobby and other outlets/shops. Bar team are knowledgeable in beverage menu, how to make your drink and also - very friendly. We're here on a fairly regular basis and this is always an oasis to look forward to. 5 visits in 3 weekends enjoying white wine to the classic dry martini. A lovely spot!

BE CAREFUL!

Spent the Christmas even ing at Solaire's Waterside. Had an amazing time with great company and awesome drinks. This isn't our first time at Waterside. We've already enjoyed their Sunset Happy Hour before, however, this is the first time we felt that they were trying to take advantage of us. We've ordered the usual Sunset Happy Hour drinks with some food. Francis and Lyra are our usual servers who are very accomodating and very capable. After several hours and a couple of drinks later, we asked for the bill and was informed by a server that we had to pay P1500 per head since it's their Christmas Day promo, but the Sunset Happy Hour promo is only around P800 per head. We told the server that we weren't informed of such a promo. Nobody told us that we had to consume P1500 worth of drinks and food eventhough we had booked a reservation a couple of days prior to going there. We ended up contesting the charges and only paid for what is fair. When we asked our usual servers about the Christmas Day promo, they weren't even sure they had one.

Visited waterside restaurant/bar for a BIRTHDAY celebrations with my British friends... I made the server aware of the occasion to ensure a memorable evening... The food was of excellent quality and serve consistently.. The barman named "GAHN" kept the drinks flowing and introduced him self to the group asking if any especial request..This gentlemen made a big effort with my British friends and my freinds commented he has the personality of manangement and and this type of service is memorable and unsual.. My table was served by " Gemma, Jonna and Rolly" whom again I would like to Thank for thier attentive consistent service throughout my 4 hour dinner..Again nothing was an issue and especial diet recquests was catered. The duty manager of this restaurant introduced him self was inquiring about our dinning experience and welcoming my British friends to Solaire.. Finally the DJ kept the music flowing with good vibes hence the long dinner visit.. Well done to the manangement for the excellent training and motivation of the staff at waterside.. I fully recommend this restaurant/bar to fellow travellers as im sure you will enjoy your evening..The menu offers foods and drinks for all Pallets at affordable prices.. Dinner at Waterside

We had our dinner last night at Waterside in Solaire (16th of April). We ordered the meat platter, seafood paella, salmon, barramundi, and spiced pork ribs. For our drinks we had gin, watermelon shake, corona, and pina colada. The food exceeded our expectations and it was really delightful! There was a band playing and they accommodate any song requests! This was a great dinner as we were well taken care of our server, Jeofrey. Truly a 5 star employee!! Jeofrey’s service is excellent and superb! Will surely come back soon! Special thanks to Jeofrey for making our dinner a memorable one. 🥰🥰🥰

The New Normal Dining!

Did you know that you don't have to fly out of the country (Thank you Corona virus) to taste an authentic Latin American cuisine. If you're into Mexican, Peruvian, or LEGIT Latin American flavors, . That night, I tried their tapas (Perfect pair for your Corona beer :) some of their cocktails, I think it was Ed's Piña colada that I enjoyed most. Surprisingly with it's great ambiance the menu price is affordable. But it was the dining attendants that make a huge difference to your dining experience. Despite that busy night, Rolly, the bartender never fails me to impress with his bartending skills. special thanks to Lyla and Joefrey. Till next time. P.S. Now I know where will I celebrate my birthday next year!

Went to Waterside for a birthday celebration and the food and service exceeded our expectation. Our server Joefrey was very accommodating and attentive. He is an asset to this establishment. He made our dining experience elevated. Definitely recommend this place.

My Extraordinary Dining Experience at Waterside, Solaire

Waterside is my all time favorite dining restaurant at Solaire. I would never miss dining at Waterside when everytime I visit Solaire. The said restaurant has many choices of dishes coming from different kinds of cuisines. What makes me mark my dining experience at Waterside complete is that their staffs namely Jeffrey, Francis, Bambi and Ms Geneva, as well as their Manager sir Jess is always accommodating and would always happily welcome me. In this way, I always feel welcomed here. I would surely recommend Waterside to my family and friends. A zero defect service from the staff. Their dishes are also the best. Always love it.

Excellent service and satisfyingly good food

Didn't have to fly out of the country to have a taste of authentic and satisfyingly savory Latin American cuisines that we crave from time to time. Waterside's food are all well portioned and delicious and it's always a pleasure to dine here as the ambiance is really great. Add to that the food and dining attendants that make a huge difference. Cheers to Catherine, Joefrey and Melmar for being very cordial and attentive. Til next time.

Birthday blowout

We celebrated my friend's birthday at the Waterside restobar and it was sooo worth it. The food is sooo good particularly their best seller periperi chicken; drinks are unlimited at sunset specials which is very good for friends night out. We checked in the hotel so we got 1k discount on top of the senior citizen discount. Melmar, our server, is also very friendly and accommodating with our unending requests. Ambiance is cozy and with chill vibe. Not that noicy for a bar which we prefer for our kwentuhan portion. Overall, i'd recommend it to other friends or go back again for another round of fun night.

We dined for coffee and afternoon refreshments and we were welcomed by the friendly and cheerful aura of the staff. We especially commend Jhong Tadeo from the service staff who gave an extra mile in delivering his service. His cheerful attitude made us happy too. We enjoyed our experience and we look forward to be back!

Bravo! I’m so happy having my birthday dinner celebration at waterside. Food so yummy, me and my family enjoyed the seafood platter, paella, carbonara,pork inihaw,mac&cheese,croquettes,mozzarella sticks,pumpkin and brazo de marcedes desserts. I loved the cozy atmosphere with a glass of wine. What mades me so happy is that an excellent service from Kate,Melmar,Felgie,and especially Lora. I love love them. Even to the whole staff. Kudos! They accommodated as so well. By the way thank you waterside for my bday cake. Awesome! See you on my next dine in, and that’s for sure. I’m so satisfied! Thank you!

The food was excellent - seafood paella, gambas, pork carnitas, callos and squid. The servers John Lester, Melmar and Lyla are well trained and have a pleasing personality. Will definitely come back. Mexican pudding is ver delicious.

We usually order the Cajun Kingfish. It’s light, refreshing and tasty. It’s on top of our list. Not to forget the smoked meat platter - the shorts ribs, smoked brisket and back ribs fall off the bone, they take no effort to chew while the taste is top-notch.. same with the rest of the menu. My kids especially love the festive and generous dessert buffet where they make elaborate milkshakes dressed with candies, donuts, wafers, marshmallows and chocolate. The service is also seamless, Jeofrey Tadeo and Philline Golong know how to take care of their customers. Our dining experience is always excellent. Waterside in Solaire is a must try!
