We had a good dinner with servings of homestyle fried chicken , huge spring rolls , salmon made with sinigang ( sour broth) and pork dinuguan ( blood stew) . Servings not huge but it is just ok. More on the expensive side , but I guess it is because it is more geared for tourists. Besides it is the only authentic Filipino restaurant in the City of Dreams complex. Special thanks to Camille who handled our reservation, and Aldrin who was our main server.

The food is good but the price is really high for what it is. You can get 1/3 of the price from a really good restaurant outside Nobu Hotel.

Apu at the City of Dreams is definitely a Filipino restaurant. It offers a wide variety of mostly Filipino dishes. Service is prompt.

We had lunch this Fine dining Fililino restaurant. We ordered the seafood kare kare and crispy pata. The food is excellent. Delicious Kare Kare that Im looking for. The crispy pata itself is so crispy and yummy. Though a quite expensive but its worth it

Was here on my own and could not really try much of the menu as the portions are really for sharing. So I ordered the chicken soup and stuffed grilled squid and a green mango shake. Can’t go wrong with a green mango shake in Manila. The chicken soup was made with local chicken with broth that is flavoured with lemon grass, ginger and some local vegetables. It was very delicious. The chicken meat was actually very tasty. Highly recommend the soup. The squid was stuffed with minced onions, garlic and ginger and then grilled. It was ok. Maybe it’s because I found the stuffing to be quite tasteless. Only gripe was service a little slow. Considering I was there past the dinner crowd and only a few tables were occupied.

We just arrived into Manila when our hosts wanted to take us out see if we would partake in the local cuisine. We loved this place! If you're in the City of Deams you can't go wrong with the APU. Start off with a refreshing green mango smoothie and definitely indulge yourself in pork sinagang soup for a flavor blast of tamarind delight. Highly recommend this food adventure.

We landed in Manila and immediately our host took us to have the most delicious Filipino food. One of our business partners is from Malaysia and he said he dreams of the PORK SINIGANG SOUP and when it was served at the table his mouth starting watering. Well once I served up my first bowl and sipped the broth I knew immediately it would be one of my all time favorite soups as well. APU is a beautiful restaurant. From the moment you walk in the decor is high class and pleasing with logo embossed napkins. Our host ordered the most delicious Mango drink called the, GREEN/RIPE MANGO SMOOTHIE. It's way better than any mango smoothie you can think of having in the states. All the dishes we had were off the charts good. Lots and lots of second and third helpings were flying around the table the entire time. I absolutely, 100% recommend APU and will without a doubt go back to APU the moment I'm back in the Philippines!

This could be a good place to try Filipino food, nice place and service is nice. Little overprice, but probably because of where is located. Anyway, worth to try.

This restaurant caters filipino food which is located near the Casino area of City of Dreams. We ordered sinigang and inihaw na pusit. Each serving was generous for the price. We also like the ambience of the restaurant. The servers were also very attentive and accommodating who always wore a smile on their faces. Excellent customer service indeed. I highly recommend this restaurant whenever in City of Dreams.

Went to Apu for dinner earlier this week and I was excited to try their food. We ordered stuffed pusit, kare-kare, sinigan, caldreta, and laing. The food was good and tasty. But it's the same food that you would get at any good Filipino restaurant and you will not be spending 5,500.00 to eat there. My eyes were itchy the whole time I was there because of the cigarette smoke from the casino. The wait staff were nice but they seemed to move very slowly around the restaurant. My final assessment is that you can get the same meal at a good local restaurant for about half of what we paid.

Fast service. Very good modern FILIPINO cuisine. Servings are big enough to be shared. We ordered mango salad, bulalo, boneless crispy pasta, adobong kangkong, bagoong fried rice. Enough to feed 6 people. Yummy!
