We had our dinner on a Sunday night, and even though there was a waiting line (our bad coz we werent able to book a reservation), we didn't feel bored nor hungry because they were serving a variety of welcome drinks.
In terms of food, the restaurant has a wide selection of delicious dishes. I focused on seafood that's why I felt that we had our money's worth in just few orders of crabs, lobsters and tempura shrimps.
Desserts are also commendable.
Service was also great. I highly recommend Jayvee. Every time he passes our table, he would easily spot our need without us even mentioning or noticing us (e.g. refilling our drinks, offering to clear the plates, etc). Jayvee is very customer oriented-- something that my husband and I really liked.
Overall, it was a worthy dining experience.

Phoebe and the girl chef (forgot to ask her name) in charge at the cheese section were nice and very accommodating. Service is awesome but the food range can be improved. We expected to have real lobsters, only to find out that they serve omelette with little to none lobster meat. 😭❤️ However, the desserts were great! Will surely come back again.

Fresh is among my favorite and frequently visited buffet fare in Parañaque. The ambiance is good and if you get a table next to their garden, you will somehow ironically feel kind of fresh too. They have Japanese food corner, Italian Pizzas and pastas, Roast Beef, Pork and chicken, an array of freshly baked bread, Filipino favorite dishes, Korean food, Chinese Food, Arabian food, Dessert counter, and a variety of fresh salad choices in one corner! Lunch buffet is @ P1499 per head. Dinner buffet cost P1999@ as they also serve free wine/or alcoholic drinks and mouth-watering lobsters plus other seafood treats! Also, they offer discounts to members and seniors. Happy eating!😋

Went back here after several years with my partner for our 4th anniversary. Lobster and roast beef were still both the highlights. Was pleased to see a full display of quality cheeses and cold cuts to. Staff were accomodating. Phoebebeth, in particular, was very accomodating to us as she would never fail to clear our plates and refill our glasses even without us requesting it. Christian also continuously refilled our wine glasses. Thanks to Manager Rennezartoo for giving us a special dessert for our little celebration

My family and I recently discovered the Fresh at Solaire which had a unique offer choice of seafood on weekends - Lobster. Practically, lobsters and shrimps are normally costly in wet markets that at times eating these two seafoods would mean a celebration of any joyful occasion with family, friends and loved ones. Here in Solaire Fresh restaurant, you get to eat it till you drop with a wide choice variety of Filipino, Chinese, Western, Korean, Japanese, Italian cuisines. Not to mention the unlimited drinks included in the buffet. They not just have good food choices, but also a warm service to your dining needs of Rose went her way to attend to our request and Jayvee who was very much proactive into checking and attending to our needs.
For my family and I, Fresh at Solaire is now our go to place whenever we feel the want to celebrate, laugh, and enjoy!

I love the wide selection of food. I like how I can customize my own food(eg. omelette). Ms. Phoebebeth/Mr. Christan was very accommodating as well(with the supervision of Ms. Shella). She served me a warm lemon water when she noticed that I have a sore throat/cough. 10/10 would recommend.👍🏻

He really enjoyed the delicious Lobsters served by the great staff of Fresh restaurant especially Loreta and JM and Chefs Cyrus, Christian and RD. Thank you so much for the great experience. Highly recommended for Lobster lovers!

Very good option to dine here at fresh restaurant we enjoy a lots of food variety start in appetizers to dessert .really international food 👍 special mention also to our servers named jayvee,devvonrey, and yar . Chef criss , chef lian cooked 3kinds of lobster recepi was so delicious . Good job guys 👍 hope to see you again . Keep it up👏

My fiance and i celebrate our anniversary at fresh. From reservation to upon entering the restaurant you will feel they are welcoming you thru their bright smile. The food are also great even the chef who are very attentive regards to your request Plus the exceptional service and assistance of phobe. She manage to give us what we need plus good photos that added to our memories. Thank you!

First of, just want to give credit to the friendly chefs who accomodated our orders (in a timely manner) despite the saturday dinner rush. Kudos chef JC for the tasty lobsters and chef Alma for the hearty Honey truffle cheese pizza 😁
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food because it was the first time I've heard of (and tried) Fresh in Solaire. Fresh has a decent variety of viands aside from their unli lobsters (which was more than enough to make us try Fresh).
Here are the highlights of my meal:
> LOBSTER (Try either grilled with lemon butter sauce or baked with cheese)
> Steak - the chef said it was a "chuck roll" and I was lucky to get a really tender piece! It paired very well with the mushroom sauce.
> Mix-your-own salad on an actual Parmesan wheel! 😍
But the best part of the meal was the SUPERB service by the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and accomodating to their guests. It was even more impressive because there were 4 groups with birthday service request! Hats of to sir Jayvee and the rest of the Fresh staff!

This buffet is really good and the waiters are very nice and approachable same with their chefs. I was been here for how many times because the foods are delicious. Jayvee and andrew are two of the good servers they have, while chefs laxa,andrew, arnel, co and cyrus are really good in preparing their signature foods.

It was indeed a night of gastronomic adventure here at Fresh. We really enjoyed the food. Great selection with so much to choose from. Shout out to Chef Leean for preparing us the best 4 Cheese with honey glaze pizza ever and to the best service rendered by Jayvee and Jerson.
We will definitely come back!

Devon was great. He made sure that our tables are always clean, offered wine and done the extra mile. I also like how the chef/server at the dessert section was able to make recommendations on what I need to try. He was awesome. All the staff here are very accommodating and so pleasant most especially the staff who assisted us to our table. She was very friendly. I also love the food especially the crabs. They taste sweet and looks fresh to me. Even the salmon. It's so yummy. The lobsters...I'm not sure if it's fresh. It looks like it was frozen for a while, then thawed before cooking. But it still tastes good. Keep it up and more power to Fresh!

My second visit to Fresh buffet for dinner. The both time I went there were no signage on the different style of preparing the lobster. But this time knowing you have to ask the cooks then they will prepare to your liking and style of sauces. With that being said the lobster is not the best quality or they completely over cook the lobster. I see a whole bunch of cooked lobster on the side then just place the different sauces on top. For a 5 star resort is that any way to serve and type of food?? Yes it is a buffet but if your going to be a 5 star resort and maintain that status, please be sure it reflects the level of consistency through your establishment. Not just the rooms and public areas but even down to your restaurant buffet. The rest of the buffet food is good, nothing exceptional but it borders on being a regular buffet.
Would I return for a 3rd time??? Most likely not for the monies spent you can have a Ala carte lobster and you know it will be fresh cooked and not rubbery.

Amazing table service by Phoebeth, stef constantino and James.Very courteous and attentive to guest needs. The buffet package is worth the price and can't just pick as wine from wine, meal and dessert.. But if you want to get back to ur senses, go and try their laksa!! Personal type of service sets them really afar!
If there's over 10 stars rating, I'll give these 3, 11 stars!! 🎆🎆🎆
