Splurge and let your tummies have fun every now and then! RED LANTERN brings the taste of China/Canton to Solaire Manila! Enjoy the aunthentic taste of Chinese food from appetizers, cold dishes, noodles, soups, vegetables, Alaska king crabs, live seafood, barbequed pork, chicken, beef, lamb, and more. They also offer snacks, pastries and a variety of desserts uniquely prepared- the Red Lantern way. Although they serve a bit pricey food compared with other Chinese food-serving restaurants in Solaire, you'll get to know your money's worth when you get to experience how they treat their customers when you get there. We tried their dimsum, congee, and signature barbeque with pairings...Thumbs up!!

Birthday celebration

I like all the foods which was serve to us fresh and delicious,good service , I want to bring my friends at relatives here to experience and eat delicious foods and good ambiance. Thank you very much to the staffs JK, Sean, Rose Ann, Bianca. With their accomodating managers Jack, Shirley and Rechelle. We will be back with my family and friends.

Chef Jim is the best!

Chef Jim not only catered to us personally to check up on the service and food but he made sure everything was nothing short of perfect. The waiters and service given to us for drinks and requests were very pleasant and kind. Will definitely come back again next time I crave for fine dining chinese.

Great service and extensive (and expensive) menu

Came here for a pre theatre meal. On the whole, tasty! We had lemon chicken (sauce perhaps a bit too sweet), sweet and sour pork (very good), fried rice, broccoli stir fried with garlic, salt and pepper ribs (surprisingly fatty). But be warned - the small dishes are huge!! We ended up spending a lot of money on food we couldn’t eat. Our server did say afterwards that she thought we had ordered too much, but this advice would’ve been good when we were ordering! Often restaurants say how many people each dish is good for... They were however very accommodating and held on to our food so we could collect it after the theatre. Three star as it is super expensive for what it is. I would say good rather than very good.

Great food but the best service!

Revisited Red Lantern today (January 15, 2021) to celebrate my brother’s birthday and was definitely not disappointed. Initially went here last December 30 2020 to celebrate with my girlfriend and was delighted with their food and affordable eat-all-you can menu that’s why I thought of recommending this place for our celebration. Our waiter (Erwin Guiller) was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful for giving us complimentary iced tea and cake for us. Of course the food was also delicious as I’ve expected. Keep up the good work for keeping the environment safe during this time of pandemic while at the same time providing excellent service and quality food. Cheers!

Unequivocally the most authentic

Out of all the chinese restaurants i have visited in the past, this one is the most authentic one i’ve come across. Food was great and the sit down buffet is without a doubt, convenient. The waiters did a good job especially JK and Jessie, whom of which hastily took our orders and gave us what we needed 10/10 would come back again

Birthday Celebration at Red Lantern, Solaire

Went to Red Lantern, Solaire in the Philippines to celebrate the birthday of a family member. The overall feel of the place is very sophisticated. Decorations are great! Table set-ups allow for privacy, and the place is very spacious. It would be good for fancier dining experiences, especially for special occasions. The servers were very attentive, giving suggestions about the number of orders that we made (e.g. Recommended that we order more because the pieces are small, etc.). Servers would also ask us often if we had additional orders. Also, staff are always smiling and accommodating (props to Sean, Naomi, Shiela, Sheryl, and Erwin)! Service was also fast, but we did not feel rushed as food came at a relaxed/normal pace as opposed to other chinese restaurants that give everything one after another. The food was of quality and are delicious. Options are plenty and unique. Taste is good, though I've had better dimsum. The taste would be on the better side but there are better places to get dimsum. Overall a very good experience. Might come back again if I wanted unli dimsum in a more sophisticated setting. Otherwise, I'd just go to another place and have single-order dimsum.

It's one of the finest dining experience we've ever been to as a family. Red Lantern is a unique relaxed dining experience. JK, Sean & Auza made the dinner even more cozy as they we're very knowledgeable about the great dishes they have in their artistically covered menu, we would definitely be @Red Lantern again and again.......

Lunch at Lanterns

The food was excellent and the food service was very accommodating. I love how the staffs and crew made us feel secure, especially Sean, Erwin, and Jhoana. I would recommend this restaurant to people who would love a private lunch with their loved ones. The Dimsum Buffet is a must-try experience.

Best of the Best

First time eating in Red Lantern and I have to say the food is absolutely divine! Definitely enjoyed the Deep Fried Rice Paper Rolls with Shrimps and Mango, the Ha Gao, the Soup of the Day which was Pork Ribs with Red Apple (the Red Apple was a nice touch!) and the Chilled Coconut Milk with Sweet Potato and Sago. Also shout out to the beyond excellent service by Jhoanna, Naomi and Niña! We went here for my older sister’s birthday and it was definitely worth the celebration. Everything tasted great, they had great service, made us feel comfortable and even had extra little things that made us feel special. Thank you Red Lantern! Would definitely come back, hopefully soon!

One of the best dimsum buffets around Manila

A wide selection of classic dimsum favorites, as well as, a number of entree staple dishes. We recommend the following dishes thats worth your visit, start off with their hakao, jelly fish, chicken feet, fried mango and shrimp, crispy shrimp with mayonaise, beef with mushrooms, steamed grouper with garlic. For dessert have their mango sago and almond jelly. We commend Sean and Joseph who was very accomodating and helpful during our dining experience. They were very attentive with our requests and did not forget any of the dishes we asked for. Quality dishes at a reasonable price.

Anniversary dinner

Came here on a Sunday lunch to celebrate my parent's anniversary, place was well lit, not too crowded and had great ambiance overall. Our servers were sean, erwin and jhoana, all very accomodating with our requests and very fast in their service. Food was also great!

Amazing Service amongst all

The unlimited dimsum is definitely worth it for the price. Food was also really good. But what really striked us is our servers, Erwin, Bianca and Shiela, who were very attentive and gave amazing service. They made the food taste twice as delicious. Chinese restaurants are everywhere these days, but they made the experience of Red Lantern unique and rememberable. We will definitely come back for special occasions, and I recommend everyone to visit them and experience quality hospitality.

Memorable Dinner at Red Lantern

I dined with my host Lalaine Claveria and it was a very memorable one.She is very accommodating and always approach me whenever i’m around. and Rick John Agustin is attentive and has good customer service even he is not assign in Red Lantern. Red Lantern staff Jefferson is also approachable and has good customer service. Well satisfied and i’ll surely comeback.
