A nice way to close a busy day.

Dropped by the Lobby Lounge to get some cookies and eat something before heading home after a busy day at a major event. 2nd time to visit and as with the first, the service and the food was superb! The penne with truffle cheese was tasty without being too overpowering and the Rosy Cheeks mocktail was a nice way to cap the meal. Requested for some chpped chillies whicb gave the pasta an additional edge. The service provided by August was also exceptional - fast & accurate. Will be back definitely!

Enjoyable Holiday Dinner at Lobby Lounge Okada

The food was delicious and served quickly, complete with a variety of condiments and side dishes that accentuate the flavors of the dishes we ordered. It was a very enjoyable family dinner as we ate with wonderful live sax and piano playing at the background. The place was also very neat and well-maintained, and provided a great ambiance. Lastly, the staff was also very friendly and assisted us with our special requests. Our server, Jasper also did a great job to accommodate us. Overall, we had a wonderful time staying at the Lobby Lounge. Will surely come back again.

Just Lounging

Ordered coffee (so-so) and ensaymada (so-so as well, I've had better). The capacity was full as we had to wait to be seated. I find their food in their menu pricey but it is good place to just sit and lounge while waiting or have a casual meeting.

Service is good considering the hotel lobby lounge is full. Aira, our lounge lobby Guest Officer, is extremely nice and respectful. Very attentive to detail—- Our dessert was as usual— chocolate croissant with coffee, hot chocolate and wine.

Okada Lobby Lounge Food and Service

The food and service was very good at the lobby lounge. At first, we expected that the food was pricey but it was affordable and worth the price. The service was very good and everyone was nice. Especially our server, Jasper, was very kind and accomodating. Definitely, would come back for more and to try other food.

Okada Lobby Lounge

After we checked out of the hotel at Okada, ww dropped by Lobby Lounge to get some coffee and croissant, which were all served hot and fresh. We definitely enjoyed it. Jasper who attended to us was very pleasant and accomodating. He was able to suggest available replacement to our prior order and it was great. Highly recommended.

The food is totally worth the price specially the seafood pasta. The staffs are very attentive specially the one who served us Ms. Vrit she’s very polite and she gave all our needs. Will surely comeback again.

10Million great flavors. Exceptional service. Absolutely the best!

On a hunt: walking and browsing stores for a good place to just relax and take my time. I found myself in Lobby Lounge @ Okada Manila. Only the best: Display of pastries are almost a masterpiece, you can see the effort of the pastry chef on each piece. It was really a funtabulous experience to be able to look all kinds, shapes and color of their desserts. Personal choice: I ordered Earl grey tea and a pistachio doughnut. (Not knowing that the tea comes with 2 set of cookies with different varieties.) My niece had strawberry tart. Which omg! It’s a must!!!! Very light, not so sweet and the strawberry is fresh! My sissy had a chocolate berries. Which I can only describe one thing—YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG. Mom got egg yolk croissant. Didn’t had a chance to try since mom ate it right away. 😅 I had to mention: Their friendly staff—Jasper, Nicollo and received a warm welcome from Nika. They are so attentive to our needs and they served us with a smile! Bravoooooo. Final say: It was a wonderful experience. Feel good music and a cozy place to just relax. Jolly, hardworking staffs.

Excellent experience at the Lobby lounge okada. Lots of food selection and drinks. Highly recommended the okada politan made by jasper and nikka our server is so polite and attentive. Be back with more friends

We enjoyed our meal while waiting for our room to be ready. The service was great! They noticed an incorrect plate served and corrected it immediately without us saying anything. Patricia, Marlon, Wayne, Nicholson, JP, Gill, Khai and Iya were great!

Perfect atmosphere and warmth service. Look for Eugine if you want an impacable service with a pleasing personality and knowledge about the menu. He must deserve an to be promoted from captain to supervisor. If you may consider, he's doing great and made the whole experience unforgettable.

Must try Okada Gem

If you are lucky to see an empty table grab it! Had the palabok and the blue marlin highly recommend!. Service was great and food was delivered fast. Will be coming back. Thank you to our server Eugene for explaining the menu items and giving us suggestions

Great food, great service!

Our server Jerecson was very accommodating and responsive. All our requests were entertained quickly, all done with a smile. The food was also great. We ordered the arrozcaldo, beef tapa and bangus (all filipino staples) and not one dish disappointed us. All in all, the experience, food and ambience were all top-notch

Superb food

The food was great the ambience was great but the server Jasper Needs to be trained Called him how many times to asked for a water but it seems that he doesn’t want to give us he keeps on ignoring us . saw him at the bar counter just having chit chats with his collegue like we asked for a water how many times then his just having chit chats!! Also the Cashier Nikka needs to changed her attitude!! shes working in a 5star hotel . she doesn’t qualified as a 5star. Will never visit again this lobby lounge.
