Coffee Bean has a nice atmosphere overlooking a pleasant outdoor area in Alabang Town Center. We ordered an Iced Coffee and Iced Chocolate (185 pesos, $5.50 AUD), which were a little disappointing as they were mainly just filled with ice. We also tried some Chicken Empanadas (60 pesos, $1.80 AUD) which were small but tasty.
When we first arrived we looked for menus up on the wall, but there were none, and then we looked for menus on the tables, but there were none, so we just assumed that the only food available was the meager selection of pastries behind the glass cabinet. Later, as we were just leaving to catch a taxi to the airport, we realized that you had to ask for a menu at the counter, and that there was actually a large selection of food available there!

CBTL ATC is located at the middle of the mall. They have an indoor and outdoor seating. It's a good place to chill after work. They only have a few table with sockets. The signal is good for any network so I was able to continue my work here before I head back home.

The barista needs training on texturing milk. He uses an oversized milk jug and left the jug un-attended while frothing. He uses a spoon to skim the milk from the froth while pouring and then spoons the remaining froth on top. No banging to break the bubbles, no swirling to mix and worse he left the jug sitting on the counter for the next order. Unfortunately it was mine and my Capuccino died an unglorified death. I wasnt expecting a leaf or a heart or even chocolate dust.

Good day. I would just like to comment on my experience last september 13 2020, 5:01 pm with the staff members in CBTL petron SLEX. They were rude and lack proper customer service skills. When I was placing my order of an iced latte, I said "small" as the size of my drink. The staff blatantly and rudely said "REGULAR! REGULAR!" without even caring to say that "No Maam, the iced latte has to have the regular size at minimum". Beyond that, I'm actually a regular customer of the branch and I have never been disgusted with such staff in my life. Also, the weird thing is, whenever I come for a visit and those two girls are in charge, the restroom is said to be "out of order" but there isn't even a sign that says so. Whenever a different staff is at the store, miraculously the restrooms are working. I think that the 2 ladies are just really lazy to clean the restrooms. When I confronted them about that, their rude behavior has gotten worse, not even facing me or talking to me in a respectable manner. Instead, they went on with what they want to do and does not even bother to answer my queries and annoyance. I hope the management can do something about this. The neighboring coffee shops are full of people and that CBTL branch is the only coffeeshop that isn't loaded with customers. At least you may now know why.
And by the way, no one is even checking the temperature of the incoming customers. The fact that the restrooms are always out of order is a sanitary precaution and can be reported to the proper authorities.

My mom and dad love CBTL as this has great view while you are seated at their tables outside. They have quick service too and friendly staff. I love their cakes and pies, and their selection of tea. They also offer free WIFI if you are a Swirl card holder. Best place to work also if you want some alone time :)

A lot of seats and convenient location.
Usual place where i go to when i have to wait on someone.
Coffee and cakes are great. For me i love it more than the other coffee shops.

Nice location, food was okay. Coffee only okay. Things don't flow when you walk in to order. Ordering is not a simple process. Needs improvement.

We were early for an appointment so we had time for breakfast. Decided to try The full Service Coffee Bean at BGC’s 5th
Avenue. No regrets. I had eggs Benedict with chicken meat in lieu of Canadian bacon. Delicious. The English muffin was freshly baked and was delicious. My wife chose salmon on bagel with cream cheese. Good food with very good service.

espresso is excellent. also green tea. cakes are good and tasty but rather expensive. sometimes the music is too loud. service is friendly.

This is a small Coffee Bean hut located in the central of town plaza. It has an outdoor seating overlooking the spacious garden. Well, as usual.... this is just another CBTL with a different environment.

Been here a few times and the WiFi not included irks me. If you threaten to cancel your order you might get the secret passphrase that they will give out but you really have to coax them. I suppose I like most of what they offer, desserts, teas too. just wish they weren't so kuripot about WiFi like WTRF? What The Radio Frequency?

nice place, very good espresso, friendly service. almost nothing to complain about. almost, my kids had one of these ice-schoko-drinks at 195 peso. although prices are in line with other cafe-houses, i find that far too expensive ..........

delicious full-bodied mocha latte at this coffee place in Alabang Town Center. Also tried their ube cheesecake which was quite delicious. This place is one of my new favorites in Alabang Town Center. They currently have free wifi too.
