We personally really liked the restaurant. Upscale feel, great service, plenty of food and beverage choices. All 3 of us enjoyed our food, drinks, and dessert choices. They handled allergies well. Maybe pricey for the area, definitely cheaper (or actually better value) than NYC though.

Booked months in advance, noting that dinner was to celebrate a birthday when asked. Arrived to indifferent greeting and seemingly lost reservation. When being seated in a half empty restaurant at an awkward table (tables are a strange mix of formal white tablecloth settings and...More

The ambience is very nice. We had the tasting menue with wine pairing. Great tasting and creative food and excellent wines! The white wine were much too cold though. I guess this is to accommodate tourists who like ice in their wines. I suggest to...More

With panoramic views of Signal Hill, Signal Restaurant provides a welcome setting on the water's edge. The menu is a unique combination of flavours incorporating influences from the many cultures that called upon this region in days gone by. The aged yellowwood furniture juxtaposed with crisp white linen, all skillfully positioned in the glow of the eccentric hand-crafted chandeliers sets the atmosphere for a new level of hip hotel dining.
