Inside a Pilot Gas Station

This particular establishment is located inside a Pilot Truckstop gas station. If you pull up and see a tour bus you might want to drive on. Staffing is very minimal.

Great Subway Restuarant !!

We love going to Subway Subs and this place was really good. We got Turkey subs and chips / combo. The prices are fair and the service is great !!

Mediocre Subway

This Subway is located in a convenience store, adjacent to a Pilot truck stop. It is pretty busy, and pleasant dining is not on the agenda. I think this is more of an eat n'run place. I eat there fairly often, in preference to the poor McDonald's in the same building. Staff is usually friendly and prompt, but that varies. There are only three or four tables, crammed into a little corner. The room communicates withe the McDonald's next door, but there is a sign forbidding Subway customers from bringing their food into the McDonald's dining area. Subway as a fast food chain in general has been disappointing lately. This is mostly because they have begun to scrimp on the meat. Of course, customers can ask for a meat upgrade, but it wasn't necessary once upon a time.

SUBWAY IS OUT OF BREAD???

I live near this location and stop once in a while for a quick sandwich...but this location is often out of some toppings or even selected meats. The last straw? I stopped in on a recent Saturdsy morning and the Subway crew informed me they were out of bread. How does Subway run out of bread? Time to close this Subway down...they should fire whomever orders supplies. I'll just eat at McDonalds 10 feet away from this Subway...at least they dont run out of bread. Ridiculous...

Above Average Subway...at a Truckstop!

I won't get into the food choices because just about everybody knows what a Subway is. It was the staff and the overall atmosphere of the truck stop that I found interesting. The staff was very friendly engaging everybody that came up to get a sandwich and the truck-stop had all kinds of different drinks and snacks and was a bustling center of activity. It was just a different & better experience than going to most Subway's. If you have a choice on the road ...stop here!

We needed a healthy meal after 5 days of backpacking food. They did great job of putting together the sandwiches. Clean store too. Mc Donald's is immediately next door as well.
