We could walk here from our condo and ended up going 4 times in 2 weeks.  The restaurant is beach front and open air.  The food is incredibly fresh and very well prepared.  Service is very good and accommodating.    One night we were there...a large group of about 15 people showed up.  We thought that would slow everything right down but they took it in their stride and never missed a beat.  Some of our favorite dishes were the tuna sashimi, garlic shrimp, caesar salad and stuffed fish with shrimp.More

Good location overlooking the beach! Grilled seafood plate , had nice spice but the mahi mahi lacked flavor, several of the calamari were a bit too tough to chew. We ended up eating dinner there 3 of the 5 nights in Playa Hermosa! The meals were exceptional at fair pricing. The view from the deck watching the sunset while having dinner added to the experience. We even had a troop of howler monkeys go...by one of the evenings while we were enjoying dinner.More

We stayed 2 weeks in Playa Hermosa and went to many restaurants nearby. This one is by far the best. They are the only restaurant that knows how to prepare and cook steak. We had the trio of steak, lobster and shrimp. OMG it was...amazing. I didn't have a steak knife so I used a butter knife. Steak was so tender and juicy. The view of the beach and ocean is awesome specially at sunset. I would give 7 stars if I was allowed.More

This place has excellent seafood entres the fish fillet and whole fish items are excellent we were disappointed in the tuna sashimi which two of us had it was mostly a bed of lettuce with a few thin strips of tuna on top with no...wasabi or ginger with it. The food was excellent: 5 stars. Unfortunately the flavour was ruined by a smell of sewage, most likely from a poorly functioning septic system.
