Always a treat going to Ginger. Great service, tasty menu, and small portions meant to be shared. Respectful of food allergies and an excellent environment. Try the lava cake, save room for it - you will not be disappointed (other than in the weight you...gain because you might order a second!)More

The specialized cocktails and food are out of this world. It is upstairs and in fresh air, and a perfect place for a meal, whether in a group or just two.

The Asian flair is incredible and the cocktails too, however, both are super expensive. If you are looking for a value ship this place, if price does not matter, enjoy it! The setting, service and food quality are super.

We had an enjoyable dinner at Ginger. The setting is excellent - sitting outside among the trees. We like the variety of tapas offerings. The food and service were very good.

Great food, nice ambiance, attentive service. Love the fine dining experience where I can wear shorts-it is al aperto-almost like dining in a tree house. Small plate concept means you can try lots of things. Great wine selection. We’ll be back again and again!

This is a must-go place in Guanacaste. We liked the restaurant so much that we went back the next day. The ambience is lovely. It feels like you are dinning in a tree-house. Service is also very good. They were very courteous and friendly. Even...when it was very busy, we did not have to wait very long. The manager accommodated us quickly because we had our young daughter with us. And the food is amazing!!! Its freshly made and very flavorful. It is a fusion of Central American and Asian flavors. We savored every dish that we ordered - lip smacking empanadas, spot-on bengali fish curry, delicious breads, droll worthy lentil stew and bean dip. I thank the staff and the chef for a wonderful experience and wish them all the success.More

Terrific innovative approach to tapas. Every choice was delicious, varied and fun as well! Lovely outdoor ambience, mostly tourists but there for a good reason! Staff attentive and helpful. Serviceable wine list, could be better but enough choices. A MUST in Playa Hermosa! Everyone seemed...very happyMore

Nice restaurant with a good ambiance. The food was a bit of a mixed bag but everything was at least OK and the ribs were excellent. Service was also excellent but the price is high for what you get.

We have found that we enjoy taking a larger group, that way we can order more of a variety, and everyone can get a sample of more flavors. You don't need to dress up, but it is a place that we do like to step it up from the... More
