My wife and I recently moved to Coco from Canada. We have been visiting Papagayo Seafood many times over the last 6 years. We have never been diappointed. We visited twice in one week. The Mahi Mahi and lobster were great for a date night...out. Our host Jonathan is a great guy with alot of great info about Coco and surrounding area. Ate here on our last night in Coco. Aldofo is the main host and his friendly personality brought us to the place- he was helpful with the menu and took a picture of us as a group. Good was delicious! Very good for sea food....Prices not bad but a little more expensive then other places.More

This seafood is fresh everyday, caught by the owner, Felix. Definitely try the tuna! Not only is the food incredible, the staff is also amazing. Aldofo is the manager and he and his wife offer great activities like catamarans. Alfredo was our server and he...was so fun and had a lot of knowledge of the area. I was there for 3 days and I ate here often. I highly recommend!More

I ate here for two nights (super CR ceviche + tuna) and really enjoyed their great location above the main street, plus the overall chill vibe of the place. On top of that, I loved how Felix and team (hi, Alfredo!) really want to make...sure that their visitors come away with a fantastic experience in Coco. Hospitality FTW!More

We (four of us) thoroughly enjoyed a stupendous dinner mid-week at Papagayo Seafood. From the Ceveche, to Tuna, Stuffed Lobster, Seafood Pasta, and Shrimp... all was tasty, prepared beautifully, and with a smile! The staff let us sit in the air-conditioned area, and then later...we moved to the sofas for after dinner drinks. The waiter who moved home to Costa Rica from N.Y (forgot his name!) was great fun! We all had a wonderful time, and highly recommend that everyone visiting Playa del Coco eat here at least once!More
