Since 1994, we have been serving up a Fiesta, with exciting and delicious menu items that are sure to enchant and fascinate our guests. Currently with 16 locations in Georgia, one in Dothan, Alabama and one in Greenville, South Carolina. Wow! Great presentation & delicious!

My husband and I were traveling and stopped here for a late lunch. Wow! What a surprisingly great meal! Chips and salsa were served quickly, and even they were not your ordinary start. The chips were light and crispy, and the salsa was fresh and spicy. I had the mango chicken and it was as beautiful as it was delicious. It came served with a sweet but not overwhelming mango glaze and topped with an onion cut like a flower. It also came with rice, yummy plaintains, and a generous helping of black beans. My husband had a taco salad, but even that was festive in what looked like a giant flat-bottomed taco shell. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Great quick late lunch

Went in mid afternoon and had the enchiladas verdes, which was very good. Mated with the free fresh tortilla chips and medium salsa it was near prefect. The enchiladas had actually nots of tender chicken, I just wish there would have been 3 and not 2 of them, then It might have been a 5 of 5.

Overall food was good

Overall food was good. I had the brisket chimichanga. I would not order it again. It had very little brisket and so much other “stuff” you couldn’t tell what kind it was. My wife had fajitas which were very good. The service was excellent and very prompt. Wife had 32oz margarita which was also very good.

A big disappointment

We went here with high hopes, after reading the great reviews. We were sadly disappointed. To start with, the place is almost unbearably loud. We had to shout at each other, and our waitress had to lean over and speak directly into my husband’s ear. We had decent cocktails and very good chips, and those were the only things that were above “OK”. My fajitas were incredibly salty (something I thought was impossible; too much salt for me). My husband’s chili rellenos were bland . The flan tasted like a big block of condensed milk, and had a too-solid consistency. The service was almost non-existant. Our server was polite, and absent. We won’t be returning.

Ot Mexican food

I'm not a food critic. I'm not a chef. What they serve has the name and general appearance of Mexican food but none of the flavor. The food is bland, watered down uninspiring and void of any real or traditional Mexican flavor. It's great if you don't care for any spice or zest or other other properties that distinguishes Mexican food from Taco Bell. It's also on the high side for the portion size and quality. The staff was friendly, the service was prompt and the restaurant was clean.

Great atmosphere and service!

I give it a 3 my husband a 3.5. Great atmosphere and service that’s a 5!! Food just okay for me. Salsa is my first impression of any Mexican restaurant and I would give that a 2. We love flavors of cilantro, onion, peppers and this was a lot more tomato flavor than full flavor. I ordered the street tacos...steak was cooked perfectly and had great flavor. Rice and beans just ok. The spicy salsa that’s typically given with street tacos was way to smoky for my liking. My husband enjoyed his steak quesadilla and my margarita was okay. It was highly recommended to us so we gave it a shot but we will check something else out as far as Mexican food goes next time we are in town.

Best TEX-MEX in town. Not really authentic Mexican, but they have all the favorites that we gringos expect. They didn't seem to have a paloma, or agua fresca, but they did have a big frozen margarita machine and will put a big bowl of chips and generic Texas salsa in front of you. Go for it!

The food was good but would have been delicious if it was hot. We arrived at the crowded restaurant around 12:30 on a Saturday. After seeing guests who arrived long after we did being served we noted the time was 1:30 and asked our server to check on our food. He said the kitchen was backed up and they were working on our order. After a short wait the food arrived and we quickly ate our lukewarm meal and got back on the road. The only redeeming part was that Alabama football was on the excellent TVs. This bar would be a great place to watch ball games. But for us it was not a quick stop on our drive home from the beach.

Best Margaritas

We absolutely love their top shelf margarita. It has become the standard by which all other margaritas are evaluated for us. We ensure each trip to see family in the area includes at least one meal and round of margaritas. Very good food. A real gem in Dothan!

Overnight stop in Dothan

We were staying over night in Dothan and looking for a good place for dinner and we certainly found it at LaParrilla some of the best Mexican we have had in a long time . Four of us all had different menus items all said 5 stars. I think what I had was called Waco Toca very good but the best was the salsa and warm chips .

This is the best Mexican restaurant

This is the best Mexican restaurant around here. Been several times. Whenever we are in the area we make plans to go here. Food is cooked perfectly every single time. No burnt slivers of beef or chicken. Beef is cooked as you like. Chicken and shrimp has a nice color.

Delicious food and great service. Avoid outside dining due to swarming gnats.

Food and Service were outstanding. Unfortunately small bugs (gnats) swarmed us (outside dining) as soon as food was served . Impossible to eat without bugs in our food, face, etc.

Well worth the stop!

Myself and several coworkers stopped by for lunch during a business trip. We were pleasantly surprised! Good, tastefully decorated atmosphere. And the food? Fantastic! Chips were paper thin and very tasty! Salsa had good flavor. I had the Monterey Chicken Salad and it was Sooo good! I highly recommend.

Very tasty Mexican food

The food at La Parilla was very tasty. My wife had the Flautas Basket, I went with the Chiles Poblanos Basket. All dishes were nicely seasoned and were huge, too. The restaurant was be very noisy as it resembles a waiting room. Service was very friendly and attentive. We recommend this restaurant.

Amazing Food & Service!

My husband had the burrito with cheese sauce. He loved it! I had enchiladas stuffed w/ground beef, peppers and onions. It was dynamite! We also had large margaritas that were perfecto! What a nice Easter Dinner. So good, we will be back, even though we live in Michigan.
