Very unique Biryani taste.
Had 2 big meetings in Chennai and searched where we can get food at 4 pm so noticed this hotel
Ordered Biryani, received immediately
As hungry we finished in no time

The portion was not really big but the food taste really good, The price was also reasonable and we enjoyed ourselves there,
Checkout their special menu, worth trying.

I don't understand what kind of Egg is this , Which makes them cost more than 40 Rs for a half boiled egg as well Omelette .
Why you do you need to scam money in terms of giving Hybrid Egg . moreover one egg cost 5 rs in market.
This is total Scam from such restaurants . People need to create a awareness to stop encouraging such costs .
New slogan - SAVE THE EGG , Just like we say SAVE THE TIGER .
This is exactly becoming the same situation with scarcity of resources .

Ordered special mutton briyani family bucket and got delivered chicken bucket and could not find any chicken and had only rice. Hence recommend not order any buckets. Experience at ashok nagar branch.

Banners all over the city but taste wise it’s below average. The mutton biryani is more of bones than meat the rice is super bland. I guess all the money was spent on advertising and marketing.

We had Dine-in in Dharapuram branch Shop (Dindigul thalappa katti Biriyani) and it's really a worst Dine-in.... I see the difference taste between other branches and Dharapuram branch.... Ordered the mutton plain biriyani couple of nos and one chicken varuval..... Totally waste of money..... No taste at all. Biriyani 180 rupees is really not worthy and it's look like 30 rupees biriyani.... total waste and bad taste.... Unsatisfied with thalappakatti Biriyani.... Not going to visit again

I bought 1 mutton. 1 chicken 65 and 1 egg briyani. No briyani smell. no ghee.. worst briyani I ate ever.

Not much to write about. Read reviews tried the chx 65 biryani as mutton not available. Yhe service is nice, the food well average. Price was around 240 rs. Guess it ok to drop in for once.

Hi,
On Sunday (4th August 2019) , Myself , my son and my daughter had lunch @ Thalapkatti in Mount Road, In half of my meal my daughter want to go rest room, so I have taken her , when I was back all my dishes are cleaned from table , even though my son was eating in table apart from his plate everything was cleaned , My son's face was about to cry and asked me ""you dont have money to pay , Why they have cleaned when I was eating??? ""
As a father what I will say to my son.... I have told my son no sweety your father have enough money , then I paid the whole amount and went out of the restaurant with half stomach and heavy heart.
When ever I went We prefer only Thalapakatti but
I decided not to go hereafter.

I had worst experience with this restaurant. Food was served cold and one of the dish was not served as per the deception. The waiter was kind of rude to us. My family felt so disappointed by the way we have been treated. I'm not giving 1 rating because in the past it was not the case. I hope it's an alarm for the management to correct it.

Please don't go and waste your money here, this branch tries to grab money from you and serve you worthless food, briyani is not hot, if it is served 5 piece in other branch, it is served only 4 piece in peiyar nagar. We went on Easter day with family for lunch, it is utter waste ..

We ate at this restaurant in different locations throughout the city and we also had take-away , and every time is was delicious.
We had mutton biryani, veg milagu and rasam soup, fried fish, egg fried brain etc...all cooked very well and delicious every time.
Its affordable , quick and really, really good.

As compared to biryani i found starters were good as biryani they provide was not basmathi rice it was a different kind of rice i can prefer starters here

starters were good here but biryani was not that much upto mark .they wont use basmathi rice in this biryani different kind of rice .if u like to have starters this was good place apart from rice it was good.
