Best place to eat in Ouarzazate

Amazing selection of both traditional and bistro meals! Great value as everything on the menu is very affordable, and the dishes my friend and I ordered tasted fantastic. The restaurant also has AC and high speed wifi. Absolutely recommend if you are travelling in Ouarzazate, the staff is super kind and they are able to communicate in both French and English.

Must-visit restaurant in Ouarzazate

We typically don't leave a review that often, but in this case we made an exception. We've been here a total of five times in three days for breakfast and diner! We didn't bother trying new things because we liked it so much. The staff is very kind, the restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere with good music (not too loud) and most important of all: great food for super cheap! We're honestly impressed by the quality and variety of the food. The attached photo is breakfast for one person for 45dh(!!). You can park freely right in front. Added bonus: the wc is super clean, which is nice!

We have been staying in Ouzazarte and have been going to the Full Sun everyday, often for Breakfast Lunch & Dinner. The food is fabulous, very reasonable prices and the restaurant is spotlessly clean. Highly recommended, the staff are great and very helpful. Love this place.. just along from the 5 star Berbere palace hotel, but to be honest I would rather eat here ...

I was invited to a bisness dinner at the full sun , honestly i was very surprised of the quality of service and the taste of the food , Its rarely when you find a restaurant like the full sun at ouarzazate. I recomende for you to try it , hou will never regret it.

Eat there the Full Sun

Where do I start. Probably good idea from the beginning 😜. Restaurant it’s great. Food is reasonably priced. We went there as a family. Have to say that every time we tried to please each member of family it happened. We mostly had a tagine, local. Priced around €5, I totally recommend chicken and meat one. Kids also opted for pizza and burgers on few occasions. Also around €5. Water and coffee also available at very reasonable prices. Almost supermarket prices. We stayed in nearby Ibis and have to be honest that I e been here at least once a day (most of the days 2-3times) is that well priced. Food is well cooked and served by very friendly waiters. If you have a choice ask for Fatine but both male waters are equally good, their names are Hasan or Redoane. Very good waiters. One last thing worth mentioning is that on one of the days we asked if we can have couscous, reply was that they don’t cook it during Ramadan. However on our special request they have arranged a try banquet for us. We’ve set time (4pm) and food came to our tables in one big and I mean big tagine. Thanks again lovely people of Full Sun.

The full belly!

Amazing tray breakfasts with a selection of pancakes, muffins, eggs, dips, cheeses, pastry - you will not need lunch. Great for evening meals, easy parking which can be difficult in Ouarzazate. Very nice decor, modern and comfortable, and great staff. Have been several times and would highly recommend when you just want to sit down in a familiar environment and have a no nonsense dinner.

This is a great restaurant with a relaxed and pleasantly laid back feel to it. Outdoor seating as well as indoor is available. Decor is subdued modern, very nice. The menu is extensive and the food very tasty. We shared a large salad starter and it’s presentation was top rate; instead of small bowls, the items were secured within wide strips of cucumber making it look terrific (as well as tasting fresh and delicious). Owner/manager very welcoming and friendly throughout and the waitress too was most efficient and delightful. A most enjoyable evening meal was enjoyed by the three of us.

A vast selection of Moroccan and international food

The menu is very large and the selection was very big from brunch, brunch, lunch and dinner. Just the right portions and delicious. I had their double burger which was tastily seasoned and a good break from Moroccan cuisine. I also had their chicken ceasar salad which was very generous with the chicken. The service was excellent, the bathrooms were exceptionally clean and the stifling heat was broken up with a fine, cool mist that came from the ceiling and was so very refreshing! It was a relaxed atmosphere with cafe music. You had the choice of outside or inside dining and the whole restaurant was very clean. I would highly recommend this establishment when in Ouarzazate, Morocco.

Lovely tagine but average over all

With all the reviews on here I was expecting outstanding food and service but was left slightly disappointed. The venue was mostly tourists and was recommend by a local guide. The tagine was fantastic and the best meal on the table, however the grilled meats were over cooked and having now seen other restaurants, quite expensive. The service was inattentive and they were able to offer local recommendations. The venue is clean & has a nice outdoor seating area.

Delicious couscous

One of the best restaurants in ouarzazate, my family and i had lunch two times and we were very satisfied for the service and the quality of the food. The couscous was very tasty and delicious. We appreciate a lot the atsmospher and the location. Our waiter was very attentive and proffetional. We highly recommend you to try this cozy restaurant. We will come back for sur to try other meals.

Great food wonderful service

The meat tagine I had was very good. My husband had the goat and he said it was the best he's had in Morroco this far. We also had the mojito it's non alcoholic it's sweet but is very refreshing. For dessert we had the banana Nutella crepe, Nutella crepe with chocolate ice cream and Nutella with almonds they were all good. The service is great friendly the owner is very friendly and nice told us about what we can do along the rest of our trip. The outside is where we sat and it was nice and they even have those sprayers to make it cooler.

Surprisingly good!

Very nice food! friendly owner. So many local visitors came to ask for a table but the staff were still very patient to answers visitors questions. Excellent service, the price is reasonable. Well located (near the berber palace hotel). We highly recommend you this nice restaurant.

As with every stay in Ouarzazate, the restaurant full Sun is a place where we will eat with great pleasure. Everything is perfect, the service with waiters with little care and super kind, delicious and tastefully presented dishes, the peaceful place very nicely decorated. And the manager Allal who welcomes you with a lot of kindness and smile 🙏 this restaurant is a must if you go through Ouarzazate 🙏 you will not be disappointed 😊

Cool in the heat

So glad we decided to go here. The food was delicious, reasonably priced and juices were fresh & large. Service was friendly plus it had the added bonus of the misting fans which were amazing in 40° heat!

We had dinner here and really enjoyed the whole experience. They serve traditional and Mediterranean food so vegetarians have a good choice. The waiter was friendly, the service excellent and the food was very good indeed. The atmosphere in the evening was lovely, lots of people eating outside. This place really does live up to all its good reviews.
