We have Churros near where we live in Australia and wanted to share this delectable treat with our family and friends in the Philippines. We were a little disappointed the experiences are not the same. Our churros are made fresh and are still hot with dipping sauce and optional fruit. Something La Lola might consider.

This is a nice place for group hang outs. They offer variety of churros like chocolate-covered or green tea or strawberry covered ones. They're too sweet for my taste though but quite a good experience! They even handed out balloons to my daughters!

I love churros, and I am very particular about its taste & consistency. La Lola's churros are large & chewy, portion sizes are really big & satisfying. Can be shared with a group or family. Their matcha green tea flavored churros is a must, creamy & heavenly!

Great tasting churros, I've never tasted anything like it! I ordered for the mixed (6 pcs.) and was not able to finish in one sitting.. Serving was huge for one person! :) Will definitely come back. :)

One of the best churros I have ever tasted. But my concern is more of its pricing.... I believe its so over rated Php200+ for a single churros, Goshhhh that's too much. How could you make people buy it if the price is just so much! But again... I must say... They have the best churrosbi have tasted so far.

Churros has always been the staple comfort food for me so naturally I go to La Lola after the meal I just had. Though at times when I visit La Lola it's very crowded and I had to wait an average 3-5 minutes for my order to be served when I went this time I got the churros immediately. Service was great and the employees were very kind and the churros were great as it was served in big churro sticks.

Churros has always been one of family's favorite snack/dessert. It is sure not that healthy because of how it cooked (lots of oil!!!) and its ingredients but it is one hell of a good food. My favorite is the classic one, which has a dipping of melted chocolate. I also did try their new flavor, the matcha one but I'm not really into it. Well it was actually delicious but at some point it has that bittersweet after taste, so it didn't get me that hooked. Ahm, this la lola branch in up town maybe a bit small compared to their other branches but you can be assured that their staffs are all accommodating. They are all smiles when serving orders, and as they have not that much of tables and chairs they easily clean their tables when customers are done eating.

First time I had Churros in Manila and it beats the Churros I have eaten here in Australia (I intentionally omit the name of this doughnut shop)..the crunch dip in choc is heavely..good value for money P110 for 6 pcs..the place is so small and crowded, no room to get into the cue or it can be annoying to passersby and shoppers..recommending to others..but be warned, long cue at times..slow service sometimes..

Yummy freshly cooked churros you can enjoy any time of the day! Just ask the staff to drain the excess oil thoroughly coz it can get a bit too oily at times.

I've always been a fan of churros con chocolate anywhere in the world I go. But the best tasting churros for me are from La Lola churreria! Big & long pieces dipped in white or dark chocolate are my favorites! They also come in different flavored fillings, like dulce de leche, nuttela, strawberry, peanut butter and cheese. Definitely worth every sinful calorie!

Their standard churros is nothing spectacular, unfortunately. If you're looking for crunchy dough, you're better off getting Chinese donuts in Binondo (Chinatown). I did, however, like their chocolate dipping sauce. The chocolate is dark and only moderately sweet. I also liked their Nutella-stuffed churros. But I suppose that anything dripping with Nutella will taste amazing.

First there was a long queue to get an order. Then an even longer wait to get your churros. But once you get it, sink you teeth and taste buds to the delicious olive oil deep fried churros with the accompanying chocolate dip, that my kids would want to get more and more.
