New normal buffet is a disaster. They are obviously not prepared. Paying Php 718.71 with service fee is NOT WORTH IT. Some of the staff doesn’t know to prioritize when there’s a customer. We only have 3 hours to eat and with a long time...wait just for somebody to serve is awful. It took me 45 mins to get my food, not because we are many but they’re mostly busy for something. Come to think that there are only few customers that dines in. Worst, only few choices of food is available. As per “New Normal” you can’t get your own as they are the one going to provide. And thats fine but they should provide good service. And when you get served only a small portion is given. It’s as if they preserve their food or maybe they run out of suppliers and still re-open and see what happens. In dumpling counter, tempura counter (meron tomboy or just a boy cut female na nag serve is RUDE, whoever you are. You don’t need to remind me that hey it’s new normal DUH, we deal this virus everyday by seeing a lot of patients. I don’t need your reminder). Lastly, near drinks station which is the last food station. These staff should be awarded for “most slow employee of the year” with poor customer service. Congrats :) Dessert stations cake taste like a waste of food. Cheese station taste like centennial cheese buried in the ground. Tempura is cold. California maki is tasteless. Sweet and sour pork is made of bones coated with flour then fried. You’ll die of dehydration or aspiration while eating because pitcher is not allowed. It would’ve been nice if they walk through their guest on what to expect. They don’t even get your temperature! They are more preoccupied in filling the form by scanning the QR code. Everyone can lie until proven guilty. Will never EVER come back. If they will continue this kind of business, good luck to that.More

Selection of food was very extensive. Theres is a lot of seafood, meat, drinks, etc. etc. My favorite part was the unlimited beer too! At $16US this was very reasonably priced. At the time i was there we were the only non-locals in the restaurant....The desert bar is impressive aswell.More

My husband was always telling me that I with our kids must try Four Seasons Buffet in Araneta,Quezon City. And the month of October was the best month to try it since I and my daughter’s birth month. Review Staff The reception area was very accomodating...and patient especially it was a busy day-Saturday.Their were many walk-in clients like us.The crew who clean up the area were very attentive and full of smile. The chefs the station provided all what we need👌👌👌 Food We were number 23 as walk-in customer. We patiently waited for our turn.It was worth the wait. They have variety of selection.Must try the baked mussels, food in the grill station I loved the sauce,Roast beef(I’am looking for the liver sauce) but they had pepper sauce it was a nice combination. The plus factor is there hot pot(shabu shabu selection).I loved their bibingka and puto bumbong. Parking There is a parking area on the other side of the restaurant. It is also located near other malls which you can park(with a parking fee) Location The location is good and easy to find since it is near malls in the area like Gateway,Rustans and Isetann Cubao. My only concern was I mentioned that It was my birthday and daughter’s birthday month. And I know in this kind of Buffet restaurant the staff/crew will sing and greet the birthday celebrants and they will give small birthday cake.We were not given such birthday greetings. And I ask for the free cakes to the reception area that was the only time they gave the cake. But despite that incident definitely I will recommend Four Seasons Buffet and Hot pot for any celebration of the family.More

Disclaimer: This review is from someone who’s not into hotpot. We just tried this buffet to see if there’s a lot of food selection. This is also handled by Vikings so it doesn’t surprise me with the service. What I saw here was the selection...of meat for the hotpot are mostly fresh. They made their own chicken balls and other meat that can be added to your pot. They have a long selection of drinks which is a plus. And they have dessert area like in Vikings theres puto bumbong, bibingka, halo-halo, fresh fruits and salad. I love their Pomelo salad!More

If you're into hotpots and healthy boiled food, this is the place to go. There's quite a wide variety of items to cook from meats to veggies and dumplings. However but, if you're into fresh seafood like really fresh shrimps, snapper & grouper, CRABS, you...just might get disappointed.More

The Best thing Four Seasons offers is the individualized pot per person for their shabu shabu. It offers privacy(?) or a hotpot suited to your personal taste. No double dipping from another person, no mixing of different taste you didnt want in a common pot,...no negotiating between hot, mild, spicy, sour, salty based soup; it's your choice. They offer a wide range of ingredients for your soup, from meats, seafood, but especially meatballs and vegetables. They also offer some pre cooked food as part of the buffet ranging from Filipino to International Cuisine. They even have some sushi rolls and sahimi. Another highlight is the wide array of drinks you can choose from. Two things i wished they improve on is 1. Cleanliness of their plates / cups and 2. The limited amount of sashimi they place on their buffet serving plate. But overall a good fun place to try and enjoy with your family or group of friends.More

Thinking about this place makes me want to go back. The service was lovely. But the range of quality food they had? Was really good! From vegetables to meat and dumplings it was all so good! The desert, fruits and snacks were all a joy...to my tongue. I was upset that my stomach was full after 2 hours!More

for birth month, the ratio is 4:1, but if birthdate itself the ratio is 1:1, meaning u can only bring 1 pax paying adult nd the celebrant is free, just bring id that indicates ur bday
