ROC provides a rustic dining experience. My family enjoyed the food and the dining experience. We specifically loved the katsudon and vegetable soup.

Since it was my first time to visit the Restaurant of Choice or ROC last week, I had a lot of expectations based on the recommendation of my friends. This restaurant located at the Bahay ng Alumni in UP Diliman is really a great choice and no wonder got good reviews too. We ordered Baked Salmon with Pasta, Quezo Bianca and Banoffee cake and all I can say is that they were all very tasty and yummy. The foods taste very good and not nakakaumay. I will definitely come back to taste their
other best-sellers. All in all I was really satisfied because you've got to taste good food in an affordable and reasonable price plus resto staff are also very responsive. A reco must try is the Baked Salmon Pasta! 😊

Visited again after maybe 5 or 6 years. Surprised to see the place hasnt changed a lot and has aged well. Had the fish, and herbed chicken as well as taquitos for appetizers. Very nice for the price and location. Good selection on the menu definitely worth eating at when in UP.

I had lunch here with a friend and I loved the Four Cheese Flat Bread. The serving size is good. The price is reasonable. The staff were nice. The service was good. The place was clean and cozy. Definitely a place I would go back to when in UP.

Stopped here on Saturday to take lunch before we proceed to the wedding we are attending in UP parish church. As my second family known the place , they decided to pick this place, it was located in Bahay ng Alumni building, on the left side. At first I didn't expect that they're restaurants inside this building as it was very old and the surrounding is filthy including the Parking area, though its understandable as they're so many trees and some street families outside So the restaurant is obviously old, but i like it, the ambiance inside, its quiet, elegant, cozy and comfortable. The decor is nice. Though the serving others may consider to much or take too long for a lazy afternoon, but thats fine we are not in a rush, and i prefer to have a well cooked meal. I ordered pesto pasta cream, my partner had salmon and his parents had coffee and clubhouse. The pesto pasta is good, just too much pesto flavor i guess, not my type but still it was good, Even the salmon, can say that its fresh as well as the clubhouse. Overall it was good dining experience for me. and The price is just right.

Food is pretty good for the price. Wifi available but sometimes dodgy so don't expect a continuously dependable connection.

This is a very small, cozy restaurant serving Western dishes inside the University of the Philippines Diliman Campus. A bit hard to find as it is located at the back of the Bahay ng Alumni building. Try their burgers and Rock n' Rolla (my daughter who's a picky eater loves them!). Prices are reasonable for the quality of food served and the classy ambiance.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Among my top choices are the Avocado Cheesecake (seasonal) and Spicy Tuyo Panini.
The place is good for studying, hanging out with friends and group meeting. The price a bit pricey but relatively less costly than the others.

Not really expecting much as usually school restaurants are only passable if not bad, I was mildly surprised that the pasta I ordered, Quattro funghi was very good and service was quick.
The coffee was very good too.
The only downside was the lack of a restroom within the place.

great food specially the snack items, love the feel of this resto, great place to while away time but a bit cramped during peak hours... can't say the same with the service though, the dessert did not arrive but it was on our bill so I have to complain, prices are also a bit pricey ordinary students can not afford

I have heard about Restaurant of Choice (or most commonly known as ROC) located at U.P. Diliman several years ago but it was just recent that I actually tried eating there.
I availed a voucher where I can order food and drinks worth P500 but I only paid P250. I ordered Quezo Bianca for appetizer and Kalbi Stew for my main entree.
The place was small but comfortable. The staff were nice but the place can be a little noisy because most of their patrons are college students.
Quezo Bianca is a deep-fried white cheese with homemade tomato sauce, pesto, and Parmesan cheese. It was delicious. The flavors blended well. The salty taste was just right. The flavor of the tomato sauce did not overpower the flavors from the other ingredients. It was definitely a perfect appetizer.
I have tried Kalbi Stew before from other restaurants and liked it. I love tender beef in sweetish sauce just like the other Korean dishes. Like what I have expected it, their Kalbi Stew was good. The meat was flavorful. The sauce has the right thickness. It was really delicious.
I'll definitely go back here because there are more dishes to try.
