Overrated. Food is NOT good at all. Their Kare kare is so sweet you can taste Lily's peanut butter in it. It's obvious they don't make their own peanut sauce from scratch. Their sinigang sa bayabas tastes like nilaga. Their tokwa't baboy is just all...pork fat and tiny bits of tokwa. The tokwa't baboy in bars are far more better. Service is poor. Though the staff are nice, service is a let down. This place is just good for photos, but not for dining. The price you pay for the food is not worth it.More

Terrible customer service! We will not go back there! We went there with our family for a day tour and dinner but the staff are not accomodating and rude. We also waited for an hour before we can go inside the place beacuse there's an...event happening inside but the staff didnt even assist us where to stay while waiting except the garden area which is just a big fake grass outside. We ended up not having dinner there because the food is so lame for the price and the service is so baaaaad! The houses are not even done yet, the doors are closed and dirty, the staff are really not nice. Not even heard a single good afternoon or hi on that day... its so sad... That day was supposed to be a Filipino Heritage tour for our foreigner relatives but it became humiliating experience. They shouldn't accepted our reservation in the first place if they cannot accomodate us that day and ignore our presence.More

If you can't go to Bataan, you can also try Las Casas in Quezon City. The place is very much alike with the one in Bataan. It's classy and serves delicious food with a romantic ambience all over the place. When we came, I thought...that the music is just recorded then I saw a violinist playing and I was amazed. During our visit, there's an event so they're quite busy and the serving time was longer than the usual but overall I enjoyed their food and wine.More

The food was unreasonably pricey with a shake costing around Php 300 (US$5.45) and had very small servings. Aside from this, the food arrived super late and incomplete. To our dismay, we had to cancel an order which initially they said would be served in...10 minutes only to be told, only after we made a follow up, that it would take 30 minutes more to serve it.More

What a terrible restaurant in quezon city. Only the ambiance was good at las casas. The meal was over priced. And it was the worst tasting frutti de mare pizza ive ever had. Walang kuwenta for the price of P850.00. The goat cheese basil and...italian sausage calzone was so-so at a price of P700. Even the coke zero in can was for P200. One of the worst high priced restaurant in my life, They even have the balls to charge you P100 for just seeing 7 unfinished buildings at the back of las casas. What a rip off. I will never go again to this terrible restaurant. Am warning all of you if you want to get rip offed then this is the place to go,More

I am excited and really wanting to visit this Las Casas in QC because of the hype that it will bring u back to the old days..i've been to Bagac and I must say its worth stayimg. Since the QC branch is more of an...events place and a filipino restaurant, I expected a lot. But Im disappointed and i felt its an overkill. The food is just normal nothing special.. u cam even find other good resto or carinderia. We are 5 and ordered dinengdeng, tokwat baboy(so dry), pinakbet (taste fishy), canton(lucky me upgraded version),kare kare oxtail(golden price), rice(ph100 per cup) and adobo rice( like a rice topping priced at Ph380), binakol with 3 pcs of small chicken. We did not enjoy the food but u must finish it because its a luxury. If you want to eat nice local pinoy food, this is not the place. They have also a ph100 per person fee for the tour. Since most of the houses are still at work better not charge. Only 1 house u can visit which according to one staff sometimes there are house snakes inside (scary). Anyway..at least i tried it and wont comeback anymore.. Id rather eat buffet at vikings since our bill shoot up to around ph1200 per person. One good thing i can say is the sagot gulaman..(nice n sweet).More

When we made the reservation, we expected that the menu would be the same as what we saw online. But I think they changed it. We kinda hoped too that the food was good since it was pricey, but it wasn’t. We were expecting that...one order of the lumpia (500+ pesos) would serve at least 2 people. Sadly, it was just 5 small pieces, and very mediocre-tasting too. The worst was we ordered binakol, and was served with mostly chicken bones! Everything in their menu serves for one person only, with the price for 2-3 people, with the local carinderya taste. Pick a struggle. You’re also expected to pay 100 pesos (EACH) even if you’re gonna dine in the al fresco area only. They explained that the fee would cover the tour of all the houses, but most houses were under renovation. LOL. It was “meh”. I wouldn’t really recommend it to anyone. Might as well just avail the day tour and eat somewhere else.More

The only reason you might want to check this place is because of the ambiance. It has Spanish rustic charm with expansive grounds. Other than that, this place is a disappointment. 1. Even if you dine here, you still have to pay for P100 to...access the grounds. So basically you will have just to stay on your seat. What's even more annoying is the waiters keep on reminding us that we have to pay the p100. Our bill amounted to 30,000 and I'm not sure why they think we would run away from P100 entrance fee. 2. The indoor dining has no air conditioning. It was hot inside. 3. Customer service sucks big time. I was making reservations for a big group and I offered to make advance reservations and down payment to save them the hassle. They turned it down but a few hours before our reservation they are demanding we make advanced reservations. I mean, that's what I was suggesting the first time. 4. They have private dining room for P30,000 exlusive of the food you will order. This is sooo pricey. We've visited this place just after the pandemic and their service was o much better back then. I don't know what happened to their management and it seemed like they're just after the money. PS: FOOD is so-so. There are more places offering better tasting food. You'll just really visit for the ambiance.More

We celebrated the birthday dinner of our mom on one of their small function room ( Tea room) of Las Casas Quezon City. The menu was explained to us and he even mentioned that we will even have takeaways as the food will be more...than enough. On the day of our surprise birthday, everything was chaotic with the staff, the waiters and supervisor were so slow and the food took forever. The service was VERY VERY VERY BAD/POOR. The worst of all is the price we paid for was NOT EVEN CLOSE to the quantity of the food they served ( we are talking of P40k plus amount of food package for 20 people!). The food was not that spectacular to be priced and served that way. The food was supposed to be for 20 people but I could say that what they served was only good for 10-12 people. I felt so a shame and sorry for our guests that they were so restricted with their food as they knew it was so limited, I knew they were not happy while eating their dinner. NO WORDS can express my disappointments. The event we were hoping to be a memorable and special one turned to be a REGRETTABLE decision of celebrating on this place. We showed our disappointments during the course of the dinner but we never even received any comforting words or any formal apology from the manager or anyone. Las Casas QC should improve their services and properly train their staff. I highly recommend they review the quantity of the food on their menu/packages. We had only 20 guests and the experience we had was very BAD and UNACCEPTABLE. I can not imagine if it is for a bigger function. I do not normally do reviews but I feel that I need to say something on this occasion because I felt it was a RIPPED OFF.More

My wife and I celebrated Valentine's Day at Las Casas and we were pleasantly surprised by the service and level of attention that we received from the F&B manager Dindo and the asst manager Edwin. They were gracious in answering all our questions and we...felt at home immediately. The ambiance is just totally unique to Las Casas. The place is just Instagram heaven. The food was great and the wine pairing was just perfect. My wife and I enjoyed the place immensely and we are looking to go back soon with our children. Kudos to Las Casas for creating a place so magical. 10/10More

The service is horrible. It takes ages for the food to arrive. We ordered an extra order of tortang talong and it never arrived, we had to cancel it. The dessert took forever to arrive and the fresh fruit platter arrived more than 15 min...later. The quality of the food is unremarkable and definitely not value for money. The ambience is fabulous but they make you pay dearly for it.More

So many things went wrong with dinner: (1) I was asked to place my order a few days in advance because (they said) we were a “large” party of 12. Arrived that evening only to find out that almost everything I had pre-ordered was “out...of stock”: two types of paella, lengua, callos, etc. What is the point of requiring advanced orders if there is no effortt to ensure that the items are available? I ended up with rather ordinary Filipino dinner fare (bangus, sinigang, etc), instead of the Spanish feast that I had anticipated. (2) Table setting was unacceptable: they put two small round tables together, with a very small rectangular table in the middle (more like a side table than a dining table!), and squeezed 12 place settings on it. Totally unacceptable! Especially since I had made a reservation days in advance, and they had had plenty of time to put together a more elegant table setting! They finally revised my table set-up after I protested vehemently, but the final set-up was still less than ideal. (3). They charged me an “entrance fee” for every guest, because I had requested that our tables be set up in the al fresco terrace/azotea area. Unheard of! An “entrance fee” to sit and eat in one of the restaurant dining areas? Shouldn’t they have waived this for restaurant customers?? I had chosen this restaurant because I had wanted an extra-special dinner to share with my family during my birthday. This poorly run restaurant ruined my evening!More

If you want to ruin your day.. This is the perfect spot! Staff are obviously lacking skills in customer service w/ poor personalities. Too PRICEY for the food quality and the rest of what the venue has to offer . I was really disappointed and...we felt uncomfortable the whole time. This made us not wanting to visit the las casas in Bataan anymore. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced during my vacation.More

Do not go on a holiday season - reservation system is a hot mess. First, their contact numbers are not working. They cannot be reached via email and social media as well. Upon arrival, there are no temperature checks or hand sanitizers. They don't even...check the vaccination cards of guests. They mix up walk ins and those with reservations and the staff seemed so overwhelmed with guests. The indoor restaurant area is very crowded without good ventilation and they don't seem to want to seat people outdoors when there are so many tables and space. The wait staff will constantly tell you food will take very very long to arrive, which discouraged us from ordering food. I don't recommend going here with unvaccinated children.More
