Pros - very instagrammable, pretty houses and garden, tasty bibingka and puto bumbong, nice atmosphere at night with street lamps Cons - prices are jacked up, neglectful service (understaffed), nothing to see inside the houses It is a shame that the interiors of the casas are just storage for clutter such as tables and chairs. These could have been living museums, but instead, Las Casas is a restaurant/event space with a nice view. The houses are empty shells. The plaza is not very clean. The rates are too much. You can't just tour the place, you have to tour & dine for P300. If you opt to eat at the resto, you still have to pay an additional P100 entrance fee. Those snapshots aren't cheap, and they make sure of that. All in all, it's a soulless venture and the Las Casas line about heritage conservation rings hollow. With that being said, I did come away with nice photos. But the place doesn't have enough to warrant a second visit.

• Food was great • We were charged for taking a photo in the old buildings even though it was being constructed at that time. • wash room was comfy and clean. • room temp was not that cold though we're situated inside the restaurant.

One would go there and enjoy the ambiance and the music. When you miss traveling to scenic spots, this place within the metro is a must-go-to. Las Casas offers a different vibe, taking couples and families who visit away from the hustle of the city. Make sure to wear your cute OOTD as you sure want to capture some snaps in this totally instagramable place. Best to go around 5pm to enjoy the cool outdoors and capture how the vibe of the place transforms as the sun sets, and the air fills with music and romance. Food service takes quite a while, so be sure that you have enough energy to wait and use the time to roam and enjoy the place. Their oven-brick pizza is delightful!

Do not go on a holiday season - reservation system is a hot mess. First, their contact numbers are not working. They cannot be reached via email and social media as well. Upon arrival, there are no temperature checks or hand sanitizers. They don't even check the vaccination cards of guests. They mix up walk ins and those with reservations and the staff seemed so overwhelmed with guests. The indoor restaurant area is very crowded without good ventilation and they don't seem to want to seat people outdoors when there are so many tables and space. The wait staff will constantly tell you food will take very very long to arrive, which discouraged us from ordering food. I don't recommend going here with unvaccinated children.

The service is horrible. It takes ages for the food to arrive. We ordered an extra order of tortang talong and it never arrived, we had to cancel it. The dessert took forever to arrive and the fresh fruit platter arrived more than 15 min later. The quality of the food is unremarkable and definitely not value for money. The ambience is fabulous but they make you pay dearly for it.

The place looks so good. It gives the ambiance of an old Spanish house to match the cuisine. It's nice to take pictures because of the decorations and statues as well as the mural and grand staircase. The food though was disappointing. It was expensive and was very low quality in comparison to other Spanish restaurants. It made me feel like I was cheated because of the high price and low quality. To order paella there is a 40 minute waiting time. In the end it was all about pictures with my wife.

It was an excellent ambience, not so much people as it was a weekday, perfect for couples who want to have a great time. The place is so vast with a different outdoor views. You can also choose to stay indoors. And they have a poolside view as well. We chose to stay under the mango tree coz only the 2 of us (though they have a 3 tables that time), and a waiter serving us. We availed of their Valentine’s day food package and we love it from the appetizer up to the dessert. We’ll definitely come back here in the future, with whole family and when pandemic is over!

If you can't go to Bataan, you can also try Las Casas in Quezon City. The place is very much alike with the one in Bataan. It's classy and serves delicious food with a romantic ambience all over the place. When we came, I thought that the music is just recorded then I saw a violinist playing and I was amazed. During our visit, there's an event so they're quite busy and the serving time was longer than the usual but overall I enjoyed their food and wine.

Las Casas Quezon City, an interesting place to go visit for traditional Filipino architecture and authentic food. We ate at the restaurant during the pandemic so a revised menu was presented to us. Probably for availability of ingredients and for efficiency. Food was good and clean, cooked well, not greasy which Filipino foods usually are. It's a safe bet. I just found it expensive for what it was. You're really paying for the ambiance and upkeep of the venue. I liked the idea dining and wandering around a house of an old rich Filipino family.

What a terrible restaurant in quezon city. Only the ambiance was good at las casas. The meal was over priced. And it was the worst tasting frutti de mare pizza ive ever had. Walang kuwenta for the price of P850.00. The goat cheese basil and italian sausage calzone was so-so at a price of P700. Even the coke zero in can was for P200. One of the worst high priced restaurant in my life, They even have the balls to charge you P100 for just seeing 7 unfinished buildings at the back of las casas. What a rip off. I will never go again to this terrible restaurant. Am warning all of you if you want to get rip offed then this is the place to go,

Overrated. Food is NOT good at all. Their Kare kare is so sweet you can taste Lily's peanut butter in it. It's obvious they don't make their own peanut sauce from scratch. Their sinigang sa bayabas tastes like nilaga. Their tokwa't baboy is just all pork fat and tiny bits of tokwa. The tokwa't baboy in bars are far more better. Service is poor. Though the staff are nice, service is a let down. This place is just good for photos, but not for dining. The price you pay for the food is not worth it.

Terrible customer service! We will not go back there! We went there with our family for a day tour and dinner but the staff are not accomodating and rude. We also waited for an hour before we can go inside the place beacuse there's an event happening inside but the staff didnt even assist us where to stay while waiting except the garden area which is just a big fake grass outside. We ended up not having dinner there because the food is so lame for the price and the service is so baaaaad! The houses are not even done yet, the doors are closed and dirty, the staff are really not nice. Not even heard a single good afternoon or hi on that day... its so sad... That day was supposed to be a Filipino Heritage tour for our foreigner relatives but it became humiliating experience. They shouldn't accepted our reservation in the first place if they cannot accomodate us that day and ignore our presence.

A breath of fresh air amidst all the pandemic hullabaloo. The hosts were most responsive, regardless of communication platform (email, Facebook messenger and mobile). All our questions were properly responded to and we were able to plan accordingly. Even our "exposure paranoia" was addressed as they set up a table JUST FOR US in an area with no other tables around. Amazing experience!

We are really dissapointed to your staff and food. We reserve at 7pm and our food serve at around before 8pm. And we also request for water they just ignored us when we call us. And Lastly, we really really really dissapointed to your foods. It's not worth it for the amount we paid. Our juice is just a like in outside vendors. I hope you will tell your staff to be more accommodating.

If you want to ruin your day.. This is the perfect spot! Staff are obviously lacking skills in customer service w/ poor personalities. Too PRICEY for the food quality and the rest of what the venue has to offer . I was really disappointed and we felt uncomfortable the whole time. This made us not wanting to visit the las casas in Bataan anymore. This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced during my vacation.
