Chameleon is very cozy, with a live singer performing while you enjoy dinner or drinks. My family dropped by for dinner at around 6pm and we were immediately greeted by John by the entrance. The staff were very warm and welcoming. We were served by...John and Marivic. We had a salad, pizza, bolognese pasta and a couple drinks. The food was good, tables are sanitized and I do think their beverage menu is a bang for buck because I ordered for a virgin mojito and I got this big tumbler instead of the usual high ball glass you get elsewhere. Wines by the glass are around ₱300. Overall, we had a great experience dining with them (my toddler included). They were very attentive and they made sure you had a great time. John was nice enough to offer to tour my toddler around whilst giving us some time to eat in peace. I truly appreciate their exceptional service and I must say Chameleon is a hidden gem for people who wish to chill and unwind while dining.More
I had such a memorable Christmas Eve celebration at the lounge. The music was superb. The song selections were just perfect also. The staff were very attentive and courteous. Kudos to excellent service from Neri, George, Ralph, Miko, Anthony, Mica and Dom. The nachos was...delectable. Iced latte was also very good. Food and drink selections very good. Hmmmm… new year countdown at the lounge might be a great idea. 🥳More
The staff defines the meaning of it's name "UNWIND." Excellent hospitality - professional and courteous. Serene, clean and super relaxing ambiance. Food was great too! Will definitely recommend to my friends.
Great night out We really enjoyed our selves with the food, some nice drinks, the food was really good, it was very well presented The customer service was spot on this is just a great place to relax and enjoy a very very good meal.
This is an oasis of tranquillity in a zoo of activity. After a few moments, you start to think; where am I? What year is this. Hope the new owners keep it up
Very nice stay and looked after by the staff as always. Special thanks to Gwen, Selina, Jacob and Thom in the Residence club.
I love the atmosphere of this place. Very comfortable and the staff is friendly and great. I go here at least once a day.
Nice bar on the lobby level. Staff are well trained and attentive. Drinks come with a selection of nibbles and the furniture is very comfortable. Live music in the evening.
Very nice cocktails, the service very polite and quick as usual. Nice company with live music and very good selection of music.
Soothing vibe to this lounge. Very well set up. Spacious. Quiet. Great service and a nice selection of bites to accompany the drinks. Well worth the extra tariff to get Executive level and access.
I went there for lunch and it had a great atmosphere. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had a couple of cocktails and the food looked and tasted great.
Nice cheeses, antipasto. Bit pricey. Rob and his team ? made up for that with excellent service. Bit weird having the working girls from nearby clubs enjoying the ambience.
I love the 10th floor of AG New World Hotel. I never have to leave the floor, especially when everything you need is there in your room and the Lounge. Great breakfast, cocktails and wine available all day long. The staff are so warm and friendly....In this particular stay, Gwen was my favorite. She made check in and check out so easy. Thanks, AG New World!!!More
Worst experience! Last night my family and I decided to try this place as my husband said it had good reviews and they were in Tattler’s best in 2017. I don’ t know about Tattler but this place sucked and had the most incompetent staff....My husband and daughter ordered the special Valentine menu that didn’t come cheap. The pan seared foie gras that was supposed to be in their main of asparagus, tomatoes, truffle mash and tenderloin was missing. My daughter had to ask where the foie was. The server said she will check. And there came a bowl with two pieces of foie gras. Apologising that the chef missed it. What kind of fine dining kitchen does that. When it came to me, I ordered a la carte. I asked for the the lobster bisque and the braised veal shin. Two waiters attended to our orders. Not one of them listed it down. I got my soup before my hubby & daughter got their appetiser. By the time I was done with my soup, maybe 10 more minutes then their soup arrived. As they were done with their soup, they asked for their lime sorbet. After several minutes, they asked for their main. Their mains arrived. What seemed like forever to me, I asked where my main was. It had been 30 minutes since I was done with my soup. The staff started to panic. The two waiters started to avoid our table. A what seemed like their Maitre d’ came over and apologised saying my “risotto” was coming out in 10 minutes. That’s when I blew up in my head. I did not order a freaking risotto! Then they panicked some more and asked me again what I ordered. I repeated what I asked for. The braised veal shin! They promised it would be out in 10minutes. Who the hell braises a veal shin in 10 minutes? This time I was really upset. I was dead hungry and tired. I was already slouching in my seat because I couldn’t sit up straight anymore. I was feeling sick already. One of the ladies came up apologising again. Saying they want to offer me wine. Why would you offer a hungry person wine? Then she reiterated that my main will be served in 7 minutes. Then a younger man came along, brought the dessert of my husband and daughter and placed a dessert spoon and fork on my side saying, he got me some dessert. How I can I have dessert if I haven’t had my main yet? My husband and daughter were almost done with their coffee and tea by the time the veal came. I was already crying inside of me. I felt insulted. I couldn’t even look at my food. I felt so sick in stomach that I was keeping myself from crying right there. It was the worst valentines dinner ever for me. I told them to take the food back and I am not paying for it. I hate this place. Incompetent staff and chef. How can a plate leave the kitchen missing foie gras? Aren’t these people trained? Was it deliberate? Are they cutting their customers short thinking no one would notice? The chef didn’t even bother to come out and apologise. Terrible, horrible and disappointing experience. I do not recommend at all. The roving mustard lady was the only sincere staff among them. Her empathy was heartfelt. The place wasn’t even full last night. They were certainly not understaffed. We billed out and they offered a 50% discount off the bill. That doesn’t change things. Not for me. I am writing to the GM. This is not acceptable.More
