Five star rating all over the restaurant was Very clean the staff are awesome we were very well looked after it was a busy night but that didn’t mean that we have to suffer for service. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, the duck was amazing and we had plenty of sauce to dip it in, I found the other dishes to be of the same quality and sound in my friends we left very full in our Stomachs. I read a comment saying that it was overpriced I must disagree with that I thought the prices that we paid for the food that we received was fair and equitable in every way

This highly pretentious and expensive restaurant presented very nice Chinese food but it was a complete rip off and the service was poor! We ordered half a duck with pancakes but in fact only half of it (15 paper thin slices) was carved up in front of us (in a very portentous ceremony). When we had filled half the pancakes with the carved duck and asked for the remainder of it we were told “the remainder of it has been disposed off since you had not requested it is cooked in an alternative manner”. After much defensive talk from the waiter he offered to bring us a few slices of barbecued pork instead. Two waitresses approached the waiter carving up our duck and seemingly asked him to smell some wine from a bottle and then poured him a glass to drink. This involved giggling and looked very unprofessional given the impression and prices they charge. Furthermore they served hoisin sauce in a tiny saucer (meant to be used in 15 pancakes) and an equally small amount of cucumber and spring onion. We had to ask them to top it up several times. Again, in a restaurant that charges extortionate prices the service was suboptimal. Half a duck (in actual fact a quarter), 4 dim sum, braised vegetables and a small bottle of fizzy water, unlimited jasmine tea cost over 5000 pesos (£75). They had the cheek to add service charge. It was the most expensive and disappointing meal in the Philippines!!! Avoid this place.

This was the most disgusting tasteless Dimsum of my life. There are gas station siopao, frozen hargow, adobo pork ribs that were tasteless, chicken feet were bland sticky rice just floor sweepings like pagpag. Service is super slow whilst they thaw out each micro helping. There are no pots of tea. They fill your cup up from a thermos flask. There is no red chilli paste sauce, just soy sauce and a red mush. The dimsum menu is so small. On what would be expected to be a busy Sunday we were the only customers. There are NO Chinese that eat here. It’s just an overpriced hotel gig with incompetent confused staff that stand around without anything to do.

Great place to dine for good food. Ambiance is perfect for small group dinners to be able to enjoy the conversation while not having to yell.

A friend living in Manila took me here for dinner on one of my visits. The menu is large and almost overwhelming to choose from. Amonsgt some of the dishes we ordered were the Kung-Pow (or similar) Chicken, and greens with eggs two ways. The portions were large and everything was delicious. The highlight was the mango pudding which was finished tableside. Service was a little quirky, like most places in Manila, but the staff were eager to please and very kind.

It’s been a week since we went to Li Li for the unlimited dim sum and my friends and I are still raving about it! The food was excellent and it’s such incredible value for money! There are absolutely no hidden charges, which is most impressive for the Philippines. Everything was delicious, although the appetizer and main course portions are huge (even the small!) so I highly recommend having your entire table share one small order of those. The chocolate dumplings are a MUST!! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this to anyone!!

Decided to bring a friend for the buffet dinner, however we found out on arrival that the buffet was only for lunch. No choice but to order dinner from the ala carte menu. Food was good although a little pricey. Ended up paying more than P 5,000 for 2 of us. We could have had a better experience at TGI Fridays instead. Oh well, you learn from experience

went there to eat dinner. Took the Dinner set A for 2 person. Of all the dishes that were served, about 3 dishes were a bit salty (fried rice. the mushroom, chicken scallop) The rest were ok. The staff were very attentive of their guest. there was some insect flying around and was bothering my companion, without calling for help, they put a candle in our table to keep the insects away.

We are frequent customers of both Li Li and the Fireplace restaurants for YEARS. Today March 14, 2019 1:50pm we are really disappointed with the quality of service of the waitress (who is fairly new as we have not seen her before) at Lili. First she tells us (not in a nice way) that we should finish all our food without leftovers. We are aware that this is standard procedure for an all you can eat consume buffet lunch however this could have been done in a more diplomatic and polite manner. Then some orders took forever to arrive including the dessert which we were looking forward to. Even with repeated requests for our order the waitress walks away as if nothing has happened. In the process of asking her another young Male waiter interrupts our talk. As regulars of Lili we usually look forward to a very nice dining experience, however after today this very unpleasant experience is something we do not wish to repeat. We had to walk out and just pay. As one of the highest reviewer in TripAdvisor in Makati this lunch turned out to be a really bad experience. This female staff (chubby and new as I haven't seen her before) should be trained properly the BASIC SOCIAL MANNERS. The other staff were okay.

The menu is quite extensive and has everything from fowl-seafood-veggies etc. We were impressed with the menu. Not your trypical western style Chinese offerings. I’ve seen dishes here not available in any other Chinese restaurant in Manila. We ordered the hot and sour soup(not on menu) , Cantonese style roast duck and squid with salted egg! All washed down with a Tsing Tao beer. Enjoyed our dinner. Will certainly come back.

We had both lunch and dinner in the restaurant and the food was amazing. The Dim Sum are especially good. The service was perfect and we were served well mixed cocktails. Very reasonably priced.
