The food is like the sort you'd get if you ate in this part of town 50 years ago. They use thick ceramic platters, melamine plates, the softdrinks are in reusable glass bottles and the utensils show quite ab bit of wear and tear. Unless...you were looking for some old style food, eat elsewhere. Chami was quite outdated, Lechon kawali was very old style, Fried rice was soso,More

I've been to this restaurant twice and my father often buys pancit here which he serves during group meetings with his church group. I have to say compared to the raves here, I don't agree with their satisfaction towards the food. The pancit which my...parents raved before has changed - my mom pointed out that it turned oily, somehow soft and looks "tipid" compared to its price. The quantity may still be good but it's not what you can serve to guests directly (so my mom usually cooks again the noodles by frying it more, adds more ingredients and gives it more aroma). My dad now just rushes here if an urgent meeting comes then buys extra ingredients to upgrade somehow the generic pancit. Truly, if a recipe hasn't been passed properly and if new staff are not trained long enough before asked to cook known dishes in the restaurant, it can lose the good reputation of the place. The kikiam is also very dry and now small in portion in my opinion.More

Delicious Restaurant when viewed from the outside may not be that inviting but take a chance and you won't regret it. The food are really reasonably priced and DELICIOUS! Try their noodles, sweet and sour pork, and chopseuy.

I brought my mom, mom-in-law and aunt here for a mother's day treat. We all enjoyed the food! It proves that the food doesn't have to be pricey for it to taste delicious! There were a lot of diners that day because of mom's day...but they were able to serve the food in time. The only downside is the place itself, it's a bit old and the comfort room is dirty. Needs renovation. But great food will always attract hungry customers I guess.More

You have to stand in line to get a table. This...place is the carenderia type it is not a cozy one or a nice place BUT the food is so so great and very affordable. The servings? ahhh am happy with it!More

My parents and I accidentally discovered this restaurant as we walked along Ongpin. We were curious enough to try it since there were a lot of people coming in and out. The place is old and there was no "wow" factor if you judge it...by its interior and exterior. But when you get to taste their food, your impression will change. We spent around 535php for 3. They give Senior Citizen discount as long as you have the Senior Citizen ID. We ordered their medium Special Miki-bihon (which was more than enough for us) 3 Asado Siopao (lots of fillings inside!yummy!), 2 Halo Halo, and 2 Softdrinks. They are open from 11am-12midnight :)More

I love this old restaurant! Even a classmate from another city knows of Delicious--because she also went there as a kid!-- it is always family tradition to dine in Delicious. The wooden building is run down, but the food is as hot and excellent as...ever. It's also fun to see the older waitresses still serving all these years. The second airconditioned floor is reserved as smoking area. You can also order take out. Inspite of its simple business in the midst of new and posh competitors, the Delicious Restaurant remains the best and most loved Chinese restaurant in Chinatown!More

I was on my Lomi craving and I was dreaming of a tasty one like home cooked from my Sister. Indeed it did not fail me. The place is not clean but well maintained. It will close on 12midnight. It has an air-conditioned area upstair....Just a tip: Before ordering secure a table or the waitresses will not entertain you. For take-out, just go directly to the takeout table. We ordered: Rice P30 Lomi P110 Asado Meat P180 Meatballs P65More

I and my girlfriend were fortunate to have found a good place to fill our stomachs after a long walk in the Sta. Cruz area. The menu is impressive and typical of Chinese restaurants in the Binondo-Sta. Cruz area, and we tried their best-selling pancit...bihon which can serve three people (yet as per the wait staff, it's good for two). The way their pancit is cooked is one of the best, as these are marinated and stir-fried with some sauce which is just right in terms of saltiness. Their fried chicken, asado, and black gulaman are must-tries as these are good to the palate. In terms of price, the food is a bang for the buck. The only downside is that the main dining area found on the ground floor is not airconditioned, but this is how most old-style Chinese restaurants are anyway. Since it was sweltering hot, we have to go to the second floor which is the dining area with the A/C. We'll definitely coming back soon and will try other items in the menu.More
