The place was good and unique since the place looked old and vintage but it is a bummer that they do not sell any local foods in here....

This Starbucks is special because of its unique location. It is across the street from the main Immigration offices and appears to be situated in part of a tunnel in the thick walls in Intramuros. The ambiance is great, as is the staff — very humorous even. Quality wise, it is similar to others but the location and its structure make it unique.

This Starbucks has all the usual trappings and is a great place to meet middle class and upper middle class Filipino's. Convenient location and busy at lunch time during the work week.

i am honestly not much of a coffee drinker but i have learned an appreciation for a good cup either hot or cold when i had worked just across this busy establishment. the ambience is a good mix of the old and new; the old being the actual structure, the new being the clientele that are mostly tourists transacting the the immigration bureau or students from the nearby colleges.
depending on the hours, parking can be a concern as most of the street parking are taken up by those either working or transacting at the bureau but if one does not mind a bit of walk, this should not be a problem.
service is good as i'm sure the staff have had plenty of experience being around a high-transaction area. the place is clean and the a/c inside is decent though the al fresco tables with their umbrellas also have a nice atmosphere around them.

Unprofessional, immature staff. No taste consistency with my local, UK based Starbucks branch. Awful waiting times. Lack of seating, hygiene levels are lacking with staff handling cash at the checkout and touching ice cubes and other food items straight away with washing hands or wearing sterile gloves. Was nauseating to watch. Suppose locals have a highly developed immune system thanks to these types of practices.

Great interior design with cozy couches, which is a great place to rest after a long walk in Intramuros. However, service is average only.

This store is old but kinda compliment with the surroundings... old school :) but cozy. its very near immigration so you have time to relax after a tiring day before going vback to where you came from

Tucked away and cross the road from the Department of Immigration, is this welcoming coffee cave. This Starbucks has a personality which is not as evident in other branches.

Since Starbucks is already a brand, there is the standard service. Place is by Intramuros, and it's a good place to hang out first before going to Manila Cathedral or just walking around Intramuros. In front of BOC so if you have business there, you can grab a cup of coffee here.

Location location location......in an old space by the wall in old Manilda.
Also, not very other options in the area for coffee....so, even if a chain that those not worth a trip advisor review, the location stands out

I love coffee jelly and my grand daughter loves the chocolate chip and their begian waffle and their double cheesy sandwich. great coffe and relaxing place to unwind with a cup of cold and hot coffee.
