We really enjoyed our dinner at Harbor view on our first day in Manila. The location is ideal, it is actually a dock so you sit just above the sea, all the dishes we ordered were extremely tasty and the staff was very polite. The only negative I could say is that it is a bit expensive for Manila standards. They could at least make the portions a bit bigger for that price.

We ordered the seafood basket and they came without the basket. The waiter cut us short when we complained as the visit before the seafood arrived in a very nice edible basket which this time wasn’t there and no one gave us any explanation. Quite disappointed for the treatment.

After viewing previous reviews and seeing this restaurant had the #1 place for Seafood restaurants we were extremely disappointed. The main focus was on the highly recommended chilli crab. Unfortunately this was extremely dry, tasteless and for the price of 1,950 pesos (where we were not asked which type of crab we wanted or an approximate weight) you would have expected more meat.
One positive was the prawns with garlic and we wished we had ordered more of this and given the crab a complete miss. We ordered 4 dishes and they all came at once meaning some were cold by the time we got to them. The service was ok but we did have to ask for water.
All in all a disappointing meal for 5,000 pesos (£75).

So I had read some reviews about this place after googling the best restaurants in Manila, came across this place and the reviews were okay. We arrived and it was just terrible from the get-go. Staff are incomprehensibly rude, unprofessional and unhygienic. The waiter brought us to a dirty table, spat on it, and wiped it “clean”, staff took 40 minutes to come and take our order, paused halfway through to roll eyes, and when it was brought over it had clearly been microwaved and the shrimp were in horrendous condition - clearly very old. When I thought it couldn’t get any worse, when the table next to us left, the staff came over and spooned the left over food, mostly half-eaten, into a bag, whereby we physically watched him walk to the kitchen and put it with the other food to be reserved.
The food was awful.
I felt so unwell after eating and could not stop vomiting for hours. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place

Mundane cuisine, even in bad taste, very disappointed given the category it places itself as "gastronomic" my husband is caught in the advert I should have read the reviews. Average Chinese food
And the bill is equivalent to €60!!! While you can eat well for 5 to 10€ in Manila, I strongly advise against it unless you want to spend a lot for nothing

Been here in January (2020).
Didn't need a reservation, we could just sit outside on "the pier", above the water.
I did order a Salmon Pasta, but also tasted the first time Sizzling Sisig.
A well known Filipino dish.
As a Filipino myself, i was astonished by the view and the taste of Filipino food.
It was my first time going back to the Philippines since i'm a adoptee. (I live in Europe)

We absolutely adore this place! Despite its size, the restaurant is remarkably well-organized. Opting to sit outside turned out to be an excellent choice, providing a wonderful experience of enjoying both the food and the outdoors. It truly felt like having the best of both worlds.

Pleasant restaurant over the water with a view of the entire Manila Bay (even prettier at night).
The staff is very welcoming, like all the rest of the Filipino people, which makes the time much more pleasant.
Personally I recommend the salmon and shrimp pasta which was simply delicious.
Overall, we feel that marine cuisine is mastered there.

The place was great for sunset views unfortunately for us The food wasn’t . It tasted and looked like it was cooked few hours ahead of time and they just heated up. The pina colada and margarita was good and banana turon.

This is a lovely little spot for local cuisine and for pretty views over the harbour in the evening. Lots variety on the menu and it seemed fairly reasonable by UK standards. The only downfall was trying to get a split bill (work dinner so individuals claiming back) which eventually materialised that it could be done quite easily the wait just didn't want to.

The service at this place is worse than poor, it’s almost non-existent. We waited 45 minutes before someone took our order. When they took the order, they came back and said they didn’t have any crabs at all. We said could we have another minute to look at the menu again. Then another 35 minutes without someone taking our order. The locale is on a very polluted water way (with all sorts of unpleasant things floating in it, including underwear and nappies). The food is so so and overpriced by Manila standards.

This is one of my favorite restaurant in Manila. Because of its ambiance and uniqueness as this is the only floating restaurant in Manila. The food is delicious and affordable. Must try the sinigang belly sa miso and the the adobo baby squid

Mixed feelings on this place. We went for lunch and immediately got a table and our order was taken right away. Sadly, the meal took over an hour to arrive. When it did, they brought the wrong fish. The waiter agreed and offered to replace it, but we really didn’t want to sit another hour. No apology. No offer to comp. Just “oh well”. We also had a side order of chips. It arrived after we had finished the entire meal and asked for the bill. Again, no apologies and they wouldn’t take it off the bill.
Food was good however!

Chopsuey - wanted it in veg but came with chicken and shrimp. But can’t blame them. It’s at out and out food with a view place. Don’t expect too much from the service
Garlic rice - as good as it could be
Overall a great place! Can’t believe it’s quite clean with delicious food given their people turnover and number of dishes.
