We hosted a business reception and group dinner on the River Palace recently. And it was the highlight of a week-long business meeting. What a great experience. The service was fabulous. The ambiance excellent. The décor amazing. And the views. Ah, the views. There are...many other boats that provide the same service and I have nothing to compare, per se, but I would reco the River Palace. The only downsides were the food and the lack of a “tour guide”. The food was underwhelming. There needed to be some better explanation of the dishes. And, during the cruise, announce what we are passing, seeing, etc. We added the Men’s Soviet Red Army Choir to our cruise and they were awesome. Just a great night overall. I don’t know if they do daily, open to the public cruises. If they do, go for it!!!More

This is TRULY a river Palace, a leisurely 3 hour river cruise for the same price as other clearly inferior vessels!!! and an excellent Palace like restaurant with WONDERFUL food at very good prices!!! the staff are very attentive and friendly, there is peaceful music...in the restaurant with livelier music on deck, there are great views from the restaurant but even better views on deck, dont worry if you dont speak Russian as the menu is also in English. HIGHLY reccomended!!!!More

We were on a cruise with the Palma De Coyn. After 34 min we could finally stop a waitress who was taking an order. Despite that every time the toilet was used you could smell it. Probably upstairs in the sun it's better but there...were by far not enough seats...More

We took the Trip at 20.00. At the restaurant we got a nice table on the window, which was worth to Moscow by sunrising. The waitress asked us for the food, about 30 minutes later we asked her to bring finally the ordered Drinks, which...we got about 15 minutes later. Se was not really motivated to serv us. The food was not special - there was no taste at all! So when the ship turned to drive back, we decided to take a seat on the upper deck outside to enjoy the scenery with was now by night, and very impressive. They provide us necessary warm blankets and so we enjoyed the Trip outside.More

We were here on a large corporate banquet. We were guests of honor at the Miss Tourism 2014 contest. In spite of this, I got a glimpse of this wonderful enerprice. I liked everything about the food - very tasty sought, and the wait staff...- knows his stuff, well, it was nice to look at the Moscow night, slowly floating along the river. In my next visit to Moscow, I will try to find time to once again visit the ship.More

Whether for an early dinner, 4-7pm, or the later cruise 8-11pm with DJ, the sightseeing is why you should do this activity. The views from the river are wonderful, and the photo ops just perfect. Inside you dine, then top deck for photos. Add to...that a reasonable dinner, a decent wine list (though pricey) in a traditional Russian setting with pale blue linens on gold painted chairs, this is a very pleasurable experience. On the early evening cruise keep in mind the sun, and the fact that the boat has to turn around first, so Port side is better.More

Once I had a meeting with a friend. We decided to unite a pleasant trip and our business talk and met at the Moscow river embankment. There we learned about River Palace - a motor ship and a restaurant. Our trip lasted 3 hours -...first we had a nice dinner and then went to the upper open deck and enjoyed the wonderful sightseeng. We ordered coffee and used warm plaids. It was a wonderful evening!More
