Natural Food made from scratch, included daily Artisan Bread. They make their own Ham, smoked Bacon, their own Cheese etc. No soft drinks only fresh juices. Every week there are new Specials on the menu, fresh from the Markets. All the dishes are based on the Classic International Kitchen, made from local products, as available Organic, with a Filipino twist. You can have lunch or dinner in the Phinma Galery in The Negros Museum or at the terrace under the old trees. Extremely disappointed. Photo posted is an old picture of the place, very misleading. Museum Cafe looks like an abandoned garage. It appears to be musty. Didn’t bother to stay to eat. So can’t review the quality of food. Not even conducive for eating. I wouldn’t...More

Not easy to find a place where they serve non meat food. Well, this is one. I had a salad with fresh cheese and it was very nice. My husband had fish, also nice. Nice people, good service. I would recommend it.

This was my second time at Café Museo in Bacolod. I love places that are non-chain restaurants and where food is prepared with care and passion. In fact those are the only ones I am willing to review because they truly earned it. And this...More

You can have beautifully cooked rare beef tenderloin here. They have several delightful sauces, as well. In love with this place!
