Right after check-in at our hotel along Lacson St, I immediately hailed a tricycle to bring me to Manokan Country which is the heart of chicken inasal in Bacolod. From what I have read in other reviews... Nena's Beth is the chicken inasal to beat. their restaurant was almost full when I came at 7pm. Service was fast. The chicken inasal was so succulent, soft and really tasty. So far, the best for me. It was served with rice and kansi soup. Will definitely come back again... 2 thumbs up!

Must order here: Talaba (oysters) really fresh and very cheap
Inasal is so good too and you will eat a lot of rice in the process.
Sadly, due to communication issue, the waiter is trying to overbill us. Anyway, it was sorted out eventually.

Bacolod is famous for Chicken Inasal and if you want to experienced authentic (and original) chicken inasal, then this is a must go. For me, the secret to this place is their sauce and chicken oil. Very affordable price and big servings! This is also an experience you shouldn't miss.

If you're looking for authentic chicken inasal, THIS IS IT!!! You won't regret it! Our visitors from the US who were also first-timers in Bacolod loved the food here. They ate several pieces of chicken inasal and they just can't get enough. They love the chicken oil too. It was a totally different experience for them. If you got tourist friends coming over, this is the best place to be.

One of the best chicken inasal in Bacolod City for me is Nena's Beth. Mainly because of the juiciness and unique flavor that pleases your palate. Plus they offer also other menus which are as good as their chicken inasal. If you're visiting Bacolod you should definitely try their menus. Nena's Beth has the best tasting chicken inasal in Bacolod. No one could compare it to any other inasal restaurants. Once you've eaten here, there's no trying anywhere else.

The chicken inasal is juicy and tasty. Eat it with the chicken oil and soy sauce to truly appreciate the taste. Location however needs improvement as it is a market-type eatery.

We were told we can't leave Negros without trying Bacolod's chicken inasal and we were told to try the ones in Manokan Country. We're glad we did not miss trying it. The food were so delicious. One of the best chicken inasal I have ever tasted. There were seafoods available too. This is a must try when in bacolod.

The favourite of our host, who is from Victorias City, introduced to us the best/authentic Chicken Inasal at Manukan Country, Bacolod.
The dining area is an open one, not enclosed and air conditioned, despite huge flock of people and guests. Prices are affordable! We love the Authentic Taste of Kansi (fork-tender beef with meaty green jackfruit in hot and sour broth), too!
A really must-try when in Bacolod!
