If you are looking for a nice family-friendly buffet experience with a variety of seafood, beef, pork, Shanghai cuisine, and many Asian other favourites, Tang Yang is a great choice. My wife and I dined there two days ago for brunch, and the experience was so satisfying. The atmosphere of the authentic Asian style was charming and delightful to witness. There was an energy of friendliness felt by the seating hostess and manager Chef Anthony, who always ensured that comfort to his patrons was met from beginning to end.
The food choices are very plentiful for all tastes and cravings. My wife was so impressed and happy by the variety of fish, salmon, shrimp and other seafood combos and soups available. Since I am a vegetarian and do not consume meat products other than eggs; we started our meal with a kimchee rice that was fit for cusine royalty. Also the stir-fried special vegetables ( a speciality of the house) were indescribably delicious and very filling
Unique to Tong Yang is the opportunity to grill all of your chosen meat selections and vegetables at your own private table therefore your selections are cooked to your satisfaction and is hot when you eat.
Since the restaurant is children-friendly, kids can experience the joy of under supervision , cook their parents some food via their own table grill.
Regarding desserts. there is a plethora of cakes, muffins, candied treats and ice cream that will excite the little kiddies in the family.
The staff are consistently attentive to the desires of the patrons, and will always be seen showing a warm and welcoming smile.
In closing, it would be fair to say that any operation is as good as the leader in charge! So I commend manager Anthony who is well-known not only for is culinary expertise and skills as a chef; but also as one who represents excellence in leadership of his staff on all levels.
I highly recommend Tong Yang as a premiere restaurant/buffet that will pamper and deliver service and food above and beyond your expectations.
We will make Tong Yang our new place for dining again and again .

This is the best food buffet here in Bacolod! They have different variants of meat with different flavors which are very tasty! The hotpot is so nice, too. Everything is wonderful.
The staff are so nice and accommodating.
Kudos to the Operations manager and the Assistant Manager. They're very hands-on! Will diffinitely come back!
