The unforgettable experience😍🤤😋

Pho19 restaurant is one of the best restaurants. The food is very delicious and affordable that can satisfy your taste. Also the service crew Darine and Rea is very accommodating and they assist us to the tables and especially our needs. Xièxiè ni for all the staff and the chef as well.

Best Dining Experience in Mactan! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pho19 is my all-time fave! 💚 Ever since I discovered it by chance over a year ago I couldn't stop coming back 😌 Their fresh spring rolls and banh mi is to die for especially with the sweet chilli sauce 🌯 🌶️ and don't get me started on their soups! Oh and the coffee 🤌🏻 it's so great that you can opt not to have sugar on their drinks too! Their team is always so accommodating & warm which makes it a sumptuous meal every time with Pho19 Mactan 👌🏻 worth every peso!

Lovely Experience

I came here with my mother to visit her at her work. We wanted delicious yet healthy food for lunch. The restaurant was full but the server at the time led us to their other restaurant - the Cookpub-Modern Korean Bistro. I was surprised that the servers were proactive in letting us experience their food even if they were full at that time. We were fascinated with the good service and the good food that came with it. Certainly one of the best experience in Lapulapu. Kudos to the staff of these restaurants. Special mention also to Kuya Jonathan who served us during our stay in the Cookpub-Modern Korean Bistro.

Excellent Dining Experience

If you are ever in Cebu, you have to stop at Pho 19 located on the 2nd floor of Island Central Mall. They are hidden in the corner after Salon de Rose. Their salad (you have a choice of either chicken or pork) is divine served with two choices of sauces. Their ingredients are very fresh and they are not stingy with with herbs (basil and cilantro). Their pho (fusion with a taste of the Philippines) are very flavorful. I already highly recommended place to my family here in Cebu and highly recommend this place to everyone to try. Lastly, their customer service is outstanding deserving of a good tip. Let me also add, their bathroom is clean :).

Refreshing Vietnamese Food Good for Sharing

It was nice that there were free appetizers and that there was a variety of condiments for the pho. The servings for the lemongrass calamansi juice and pho were large, and the curry was creamy. The decor is also good, and there is a nice view. The restaurant is affiliated with the nearby CookPub, which is very good.

Last minute meal before our flight

Excellent food and oue server Junas was very accomodating. He helped with our bags. The food arrived quickly and hot. Junas also recommended some great options for us to try which was appreciated as my brother was allergic to sea food. Definitely one to come back to if you're in town or on the way to the airport as it's nearby.

Great food great service

Junas our server was great, and made sure we felt welcomed during our meal. He also made great recommendations on how the spring rolls were prepared to ensure we had the best experience. The food was also great cooked by Jimboi, and plan on going back anytime I am in town.

Great dining experience

We dined here as a family of 13, including five kids. They had a baby chair for our toddler which was great. Reymar and Junas, and all the other staff are accommodating and friendly. We had a good time enjoying both Vietnamese and Korean foods because apparently, we can also order from Cookpub’s menu, the restaurant adjacent to this. Food may be a little pricey but for me, they were worth it since they were delicious. We got a bonus by the way. The owner gave us ice cream for the 5 kids. Thank you for the lovely dining experience.

Best restaurant i ever find in lapu lapu

Yummy food and tasty to devour. The staff are very accomodating Rhea and Darine. The restaurant are very cozy to dine and the place are very clean. The chef who cook my food (jimboy, margie and jocel) who cook my food a big thanks to them. You must try to dig in. A happy tummy that satisfy your craving.

Amazing Vietnamese restaurant. Fresh, healthy and tasty. The charcoal roasted succulent chicken skewer are amazing. The Vietnamese Pho 🍜 delicious. The chicken coco curry out of this world. Their fresh Vietnamese spring roll with prawns and their home made sauces absolutely stunning. This restaurant is a must try if your in the region of Mactan / Cebu. Friendly service and excellent chefs make your visit to this restaurant memorable. Keep it up.

Great Ambiance that will definitely you can come back

It was my first time at this restaurant and their beef pho was very good especially the fresh spring roll shrimp, I really enjoyed it. Many thanks also to Junas who is very kind and knows how to take care of a customer that you will admire. I will definitely come back here. Too bad I missed taking a picture.

A must try and worth to go all over again.

This spot is great for a casual night. As i was randomly checking for a restaurant, I didn’t regret dining at Pho19. Trying some Vietnamese cuisine, i had a buffalo soup that really quenched my little tummy ;). Also, big thanks to Mr. Darine who helped me with their menu and suggested the best food they could offer as a solo diner. I had good time and really satisfied my stomach. Fyi, even their complimentary are superb😂

Nicely furnished restaurant serving tasty food.

Having lived in Vietnam for 3 years, one thing I miss is the food there. So my wife and I popped in to Pho19 for lunch today. We had prawn spring rolls which were very tasty and came with a delicious peanut sauce and fish sauce. We also had the not particularly Vitnamese chicken tortillas which were also very tasty. More Vietnamese fare such as pho is available and we will give it a go next time. The restaurant was nicely furnished and the staff very pleasant. Good for couples, friends, business lunch etc. Definitely recommended for a little taste of Vietnam.

Service was delightful and very professional

The place was good. The staff who assisted me named Darine, was very accommodating. He was so thoughtful that he gave me a Melon ice bar. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. The service was delightful and very professional. Food is pretty good, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. The fresh shrimp spring roll was definitely my fave.

Great food, great ambience would visit again. The Pho soup is one of the best soups Ive tasted. Maybe the best in Lapu-Lapu City and the BBQ skewers is to die for!!!! 💓💞
