They have an "eat and drink as much as you like" buffet for PHP 685 (approx GBP 10). Although Japanese, there were other types of food too. Lots of different things to try out. But because I'm a sushi lover, I just stuck to that. Lots of different sushi stuff available and replenished regularly. Some fruits and cakes also available for dessert. The staff were all polite, helpful and efficient. It was a Sunday night and very busy.

Place - the area was not quite so big unlike the SM Seaside branch.
Food - the refills were not as quick as the Taguig branch
Service - the service was good
People - the waiters and staff were polite and respectful
Overall, it was a good dining experience

I have been to many buffets and I can easily compare that Yakimix in Escario is too slow in refilling their buffet table. They simply could or will not keep up with the pace of the diners consuming their food. They even ran out of plain drinking water! Otherwise, their food was palatable.

After reading the quite good reviews we arrived for dinner at 8:30pm and cashier’s first comment was “you have till 9:30pm as the restaurant closes at 10pm” to welcome us. More efficient than the AC to cool us my wife and I.
Being installed we went to the buffet and had a very limited choice as most of the dishes were not refilled. Overall quality is very low and not tasty whatever the meal (meats, maki or fried starters), and limited choice of very sugared drinks and desserts. The only satisfaction at the end of the dinner was the small pieces of cheese cake since even the coffee was awful.
I think this restaurant used to be good few years ago but recently downgraded a lot when seeing the quality of the products available at the buffet.

The food is delicious, and I love the place. Yakimix is a buffet restaurant where you can do grilling, eat and drink all you want. They serve Asian foods, mostly Korean, Japanese and Chinese food. In addition to that, they have several branches in the Philippines which is a popular buffet restaurant.

It was a fantastic dinner. Cooking right at the table with freshest ingredients. All you can eat buffet including drinks. Self-cooking or eating already prepared dishes from the buffet. No matter what....amazing choice. Highly recommended to eat and spend time at this place.

I've been going to Yakimix periodically since 2015 but this was my first trip since the end of the pandemic. I was really disappointed at how badly this place has gone downhill both in terms of the selection and quality of food on offer. On my visit many items such as pizza, mussel shells and dessert chocolate were unavailable and the food they do have is mainly cheap with much smaller selections and variety on offer. The Maki and Sushi, which I normally love, didn't taste good with a bitter aftertaste - I suspect it has been chilled or refrigerated probably from the lunch buffet (or perhaps previous days) in order to save on costs rather than made fresh. Worst of all their prices now are higher than ever before - an eye watering P749 per person - up from around P600 pre-pandemic. It used to be a great place to go for birthdays and special occasions but sadly it seems to be a case of squeezing the margins by charging more for less. It's a shame because I used to love this place but I don't think I'll be returning sadly.

Went there with my girlfriend and 3 relatives of hers. What should I say... the only thing I really enjoyed was the Sushi. You can grill some of their menu yourself and they were alright.
It is also really crowded, so expect some waiting time.

Love there Japanese Foods here over all. if you don't want to wait for your turn to eat you should come early. I like it here because you can grill what ever you want to eat.

It's a good place to take your family for celebrations. With great variety of food to choose from, you can stay here from start to closing time of their buffet. Also, you are excluded from the pay if it's your birthmonth granted you bring 3 people along with you and an ID with your birth date written.

I had lunch with my mother at Yakimix on for Sunday. We were impressed with the choice to cook our food and at the same time, savor their ready cooked food as well. There was a good choice of raw meat (chicken, beef, pork and fish) with vegetables with a good selection of sauces to cook them with. For the cooked food, there was a good spread of Japanese food such as sushi, maki rolls, tempura, miso soup along with some Filipino food such as BBQ chicken and soft shell crab. They also had many many selection of juices and ice tea drinks as cold beverages, and coffee if you are a coffee person.
The only thing that could be improved is their selection of fresh fruits (considering we have an abundant variety of fruits in the country) and also dessert, although their chocolate fountain was nice.
Overall, it was a good lunch experience with attentive restaurant staff.

Been here many times with my officemates and today with my friends eating lunch. The food are great especially the mashed potato for dessert which been my favorate. My friend found a hair in her plate of rice. We asked one dining to show the plate and she just gave us lousy facial expression and the approached us. We showed it to her and she said; just wait Mam I will be right back(without even sayung sorry at all) and we saw here entertaining another table. She talked to her supervisor, not sure the one who wears blue uniform , about our concern. And then the staff with blue uniform approached us and asked where did we find the hair and we told him that it was in my friends plate. He barely said a word and he was just kind of nodding and went to the cashier area to show our plate(note: without even saying sorry again). I was waiting for their apology but they didnt say anything.
I am disapponted. I hope they will improve thier service. Since we are paying for the service charge even if its a self service restaurant.

We have been here many times. Used to be the favorite family buffet restaurant two years ago.
It has a good food selection. They replenish the food fast specially the tempura. They also serve salmon sashimi.
Good mix of Japanese, Chinese and Filipino dishes.
The halo-halo desert is good. Decent drinks and deserts.

Had a table for 6 persons and the atmosphere was good, the customer service was very good.
The food was excellent and had a range variety... The Japanese was to die for.
The food was just as good for the raw food to be cooked.
A very enjoyable experience and will definitely be eating their again.
