Must experience when in Cebu. Great outdoor restaurant to try what locals eat. Serves fresh seafood, grilled or made into a soup dish ‘tinola’. Service is fast and staff are pleasant. Very affordable too. 😋

Our driver let us see Parr’t Ebelle first before recommending the place. Its location is a bit out of the way. He wasn’t sure we’d want to go to a “turo-turo” style eatery so he had us look the place over. We agreed that it passes the “look” aspect. Boy, were we thankful that we felt adventurous that day. The fish sinigang got us started on the right note. The grilled pork belly was delicious as well as the grilled fish. Suffice to say that we had a “clean table” after this lunch.
A giveaway to how popular a place is, is the crowd that patronises it. The place was crowded! And the price floored my Balikbayan guest! He couldn’t believe that what we paid for was almost a pittance. Well, that’s the dollar-peso exchange rate surprise!

This place is located across SM City Cebu, so if you're looking for something to eat and couldn't find one inside the mall, you can just walk on over to Parr't Ebelle and enjoy the seafood.

Went back to this place with colleagues who are first timer and they too loved the food. Tried other fish soup this time and as expected, taste fresh and delicious. We even ordered many extra rice this time. As always, never a dissapointment considering it took us 2 hours from airport to resto, worth the wait and traffic. Big serving, priced reasonably (P1.2k for 4 pax) considering we have at least 4 dishes individually served with drinks and plenty of rice. More business to come and God Bless!

Feasting on inihaw na tasik is one thing I make sure I never fail to do when in Cebu. So much better than tuna, especially when paired with free hot tinola soup (with bihod!). And kinilaw. And inihaw na liempo. And steamed rice. End your meal with their mango shake.

Lunch treat courtesy of my friend who is based in Cebu. It was really affordable. They offered fresh seafood and wide selection of grilled dishes like liempo, pork chop and more. He mentioned that our bill was around Php 600. There’s rice and drinks which I wasn’t able to take a photo of.
The place isn’t as fancy but they do have an AC room. It also had limited parking though.

Place very simple but fresh seafoods at its best! Never had grilled fish this fresh and tasteful. Their fish tinola also very good! Great service too. Amy is the best! When in Cebu City, you should visit this place.

The star of the show is the fish more than the restaurant or the chef. It's simple grilled foods but done really well. The belly was amazing. Kilawin/ceviche and fish head were all exceptionally fresh and of course tasted really great.

Fresh seafood grilled to a point that actually melts in your mouth. Servings are very generous and the rice is served in a medium-sized plate, per person.
Service is quick. If you're willing to pay extra, you can sit in the air-conditioned area. If you're In a big group, you should call to make reservations. In fact, I was even asked if I wanted to pre-order!
For a group of 7, we paid P2,610. This was for tuna belly (we didn't finish it), squid (didn't finish it either), fish head soup, soft drinks and water plus a box of "Mallows."
Worth the visit. But done come here when you're on a diet!

If you're looking for fish stew for breakfast, this is the place (opens @ 8AM). They specialize in stewing of large fish. Servings are in large cut portions of fish stewed in local herbs and spices. Compliments with large fish portions that are grilled to juicy tenderness.

Join the locals--families, office workers, students-- and travelers who love fresh seafood without frills. The place is simple with tables and plastic stools. An air conditioned room is open only during lunch. Fish is grilled at the side. The menu is limited to grilled pork and seafood like grilled fish, blue marlin and tuna and squid, and seafood soup with tasik, a savory fish. Rice and milled corn are also served. During lunch, there is seaweed salad. It is best to be early for lunch as seats get full very fast.
