The menu features a great variety of classic bar food and drinks, with standout items like their loaded nachos and signature wings. Service is generally quick and friendly, even during peak hours. The crowd adds to the excitement, especially during big games, but it can get a bit noisy. Seating is comfortable, though arriving early is recommended for the best spots. Overall, SportsBar is an excellent choice for watching sports with friends, enjoying good food, and soaking up the lively ambiance. Highly recommended for game nights!

This is one of favourite bars in Cebu. Good atmosphere, great staff and ice cold beer. Lots of international sport shown through high definition televisions. Free pool. Good mixture of customers. Nice place to meet up with friends.

The place is so nice and the staff are so friendly ♥️, approachable, and attentive in their interactions with customers. Friendly staff make an effort to create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests with a smile, being polite, and showing genuine interest in ensuring customers have a positive dining experience. They might engage in light conversation, offer recommendations, and respond promptly to any requests or concerns. Friendly staff help to enhance the overall dining experience by making customers feel comfortable and valued, which can often lead to repeat visits and good word-of-mouth

Went to Billy’s sports bar multiple times during my stay in Cebu. Mostly expats but the locals are amazing. Come to Billy’s if you want a beer, safe environment, meet locals and play pool or watch sports. I could definitely make Billy’s my local in Cebu and would start my night/stay here next time

Good place to laag na Genuine service staff is Friendly, good hospitality. Billiards Holics visit soon foreigner and locals are always up for challenges.

First time in Cebu and although you do some research, you never know what you will find. This bar looked quite good so we got in a taxi and went there to find out. The driver claimed not to know where it was, but I found it for him on the map etc which is a bit concerning, and I don’t know if he was just trying it on to get a bigger fare. That is, of course, a side issue and nothing to do with Billy’s .
Once found, it has to be said this place is lively. Sport, Karaoke, pool tables etc. This was mixed with good staff and good beer!
Clientele were local, expat and tourists, and a great mix! Fantastic night out and really enjoyable!
Taxi back was a different story as the driver knew exactly where we were going!

There’s a great vibe about this place, good music, friendly staff, a lot of sports on the big screen TV’s. A free pool table and most importantly a fine selection of beer served ICE COLD. My favourite bar in the city.

Not really anything special. They offer karaoke and there’s a pool table. You’d be lucky to get a turn with lots of people playing. We realized they had darts right at the end when we were leaving.
Not the pubs fault, but a rude Aussie guy named Steve ruined our experience there. He thought he was as important as god.

This place is an absolute oasis for a foreigner. It's legit U.S. style sports bar.
Best burger I've ever had in the Philippines. U.S. quality. Also had the penne - which was good correctly - al dente.
But the best reason to go here is the pool tables, if you like playing pool. They have the cleanest, newest, and well kept pool tables I've seen in Cebu.
