After a week travelling in Jolo and Tawi Tawi (Sulu) with no vegetarian or international options, it was a blessing to be able to literally eat my way around the world here.
Whether it is sushi, Italian, Mexican, Indian, Filipino or various noodle based dishes with ingredients you choose, you are covered. Just be careful not to over eat!
The dessert selection could be a bit more imaginative (focuses mainly on pastries), but there are also fruits for the more health conscious.
Service was reasonable but not uniformly outstanding—the chefs of the various stations were great, as were sone waiters, others not very attentive.
Still, excellent value for money and the Radisson’s chef should be commended on putting such a buffet together.

We were lucky to find Chef Avishek at the Radisson Blu Cebu by chance. He catered to our strict dietary needs with absolute ease - pure vegetarian (no meat, fish or eggs) and no onion/garlic. He was happy to go out of his way, to prepare a delicious 2 course Indian meal and even surprised us with a lovely dessert at the end. He took a keen interest in personally ensuring we were happy with his preparations. We would definitely recommend Chef Avi to all our friends and family in the future - thank you !
Also he came in on his day off to ensure that we were catered for which I cannot thank him enough for. Also thank you to Rose for liaising with me prior to my arrival on email

There was a fantastic selection available for breakfast , there were different choices available to cater for all tastes, to suit people from different parts of the world.

I was able to sample many Asian dishes under the guidance of a friend, who is from Manduae City.
The staff were very attentive and as I stayed for 6 nights , some of the chefs at the cooking stations actually remembered my preferences, this was surprising and appreciated.
The Buffet breakfast certainly will set you up for the day ahead , also , their choice of hot and cold drinks made the breakfast experience complete.

Came for the Sunday lunch buffet. The place was only 1/3 full. Plenty of wait staff. The buffet was divided into sections, which kept things for getting lines. And there were several different sections -- sushi, dessert, salad, cheeses, asian, pizza, indian, etc. Things looked good, but almost nothing we tried was something we wanted more than 1 bite of. And there were no "high end" offerings -- prawns, sea bass, salmon, etc.
The buffet is NOT cheap, but the food was not worth it. Nor was any other food we had in this hotel -- not in the bar, not in the business lounge.
Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and were sorely disappointed in everything we tried to eat. Nice rooms, so don't hesitate to stay -- but eat elsewhere.

I have coeliac disease & have really struggled to find gluten free options in the Philippines, I was encouraged by the reviews of Feria at the Radisson Blu & must say that visiting in person certainly didn’t disappoint!
We stepped into to magnificent lobby and were greeted by warm and welcoming staff at Feria. The very same staff that didn’t stop all night, tending to the needs of guests all across the spacious dining room. I must make special mention of the chef, Mark, who very kindly walked me around the buffet stations & pointed out the foods I could safely eat. He even made me a separate serving of a delicious daal makhani, so that I had another option to choose from. I dined on salmon sashimi (minus the soy sauce), a salad course and a delicious Indian spread of butter chicken, daal and chana.
The only reason that I gave a lower score than 5/5 is that the cards labelling each dish also included icons to suggest allergens contained and these were inconsistent, and on occasion, incorrect. I fear I may appear to be nit-picking with this one, however, one comes to expect very high standards from a Radisson hotel & if the allergens are listed on dishes, they should accurately reflect ingredients for all dietary requirements and potentially fatal allergies, not just gluten free.

I love this restaurant! I went there for the breakfast buffet which was fabulous, the staff was friendly and professional and the food was awesome! Wide selection of fantastic dishes. The young lady that seated us was named Jassie. She was so sweet and professional and treated all of us like family, she constantly kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed and she recommended the lunch Buffet. Because of her we decided to try the lunch buffet and it was fantastic! She made us feel like we were at home, because of her and the rest of the staff we will definitely be returning here as this is our new favorite spot. Thank you so much Jassie and the entire staff for making us have a wonderful time, we will be back for sure! Rick F

We were invited by my brother in law for a celebration of a recent sale by him. This was a back up as the first choice never responded to the reservation request.
Roast beef was not a roast. It was a chunk of meat and gristle. One of the worst pieces of meat I have had in the Philippines. Metro grocery in my town had better sushi. Pastas we’re ok but it’s hard to ruin pasta.
Desserts were not appetizing and not maintained. Many items not labeled.
Wife chose some cheeses and was disappointed because no label and many were not to her taste. Didn’t find out until most of the way through the meal that soft drinks were available if you ask the waiter. Juice selection is a lot better at another well known buffet here in Cebu.
Potatoes were another dish you needed to ask for as it was not on display.
I didn’t pay for this. If I had, this would have received 1 star.

We had a birthday dinner with my wife and son, beautiful and very calm ambience , very accommodative staff. They had french hi lights at that time, ratatouille and other french dishes were so good, Indian cuisines was the best for me and my family especially chef Avishek was very kind and helpful introducing some Indian cuisine that we haven’t tried it before. other chef also came to our table and ask if we are enjoying the food and everything is ok. definitely we will back to ferria again if we get a chance to get to Cebu.

I can travel the world eating at my table!
I’m a long term guest at Radisson Blu and enjoy this restaurant almost daily. It’s impossible to get tired of the menu because the chefs subtly change it almost daily and if there’s something you crave for, ask and chances are your craving will be satisfied ten fold!
I asked if mulligatawny soup could be added to the already excellent Indian table…2 nights later..it was and it was totally delicious! Same applied to my minestrone soup craving to go alongside the varied and delicious Italian pasta dishes.
A culinary gem for Cebu visitors and locals to enjoy time & time again.

I stayed for more than 14 nights on 2 separate visits over a 3 week period. During my stay I enjoyed daily breakfast and occasionally Lunch and Dinner.
The choices of food were many and varied . All of the foods were of the highest possible quality and presentation . Each visit to Feria brought the opportunity to have new foods to enjoy.
The attention and service of the Staff made each of my visits very memorable. The staff were attentive and always were on hand to make sure I had everything I needed , including Fresh and Hot Coffee .
Among the staff I can remember are , Fel , James , Aileen and Eileen. This is not a full list of the helpful staff , they are the only names I can recall .
I have recently made my Vacation reservation for April 2025 . So , I am looking forward to renewing my friendships with everyone at Feria !

Very overrated. There were only 2 things I liked, the sashimi and the dessert bar. I tasted a lot of the food including the meats and most were over cooked and under seasoned. The make your own halo-halo and the deserts were all yummy. No idea for this price how this place gets rated number 1 in Cebu. Try one of the local night markets for a much better experience with Filipino food.

Great choices of food. My daughter loves pasta, my son loves rice and meat. We all love different types of food and we have all eaten what we love.
Food is tasty and diverse selection of desserts.
We will always come to this place every time we come to Cebu.

My family spent our Christmas dinner here, and it was one of the most amazing, if not the best, food we had in Cebu. Their selections from various cuisines (best Indian food, btw) and their dessert and sashimi bar were superbly delicious. The place and ambiance were lovely, and the staff was amiable and accommodating. Feria is definitely the best buffet restaurant here in Cebu. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back for more 👍

If you’re looking for a chicken tikka masala as good as the UK you found the right place. The butter chicken as it is labeled here is really chicken tikka masala. It’s not the same as the butter chicken in the UK. I don’t know why they call it this here but it really is a chicken tikka masala. I ordered this dish once a week from grab. When I eat at the Buffay I always make a dash for the sushi as it’s the best value sushi and decent quality. I always go as soon as the restaurant opens up and I’m the first in line before all of the tuna is gone.

To be clear, this Radisson is 8000 miles away. I am in Texas, USA and my girlfriend and her daughter are in Cebu.
So daughter wants to do something special for her mom for Mother's Day. Being the king of overkill, I immediately began looking for the best restaurant I could in Cebu City. The restaurants in the Radisson Blu seemed to be excellent so I contacted them.
I worked closely with Chef Nicholas, Rose in Guest Services, Lester director F&B and Sarah Diah Zafra in reservations.
To be fair, I am a demanding customer. I own several business and travel extensively. That being said, let me say that this team of fine dedicated people went out of their way to assure that my girlfriend and her daughter had an amazing night. The special attention provided them was astonishing and made for a truly magical evening.
The multi course meal was exceptional! I cannot attest to the taste but all reports were that everything was the absolute best they had ever experienced. I can tell you that the plating was top notch, the equal of any fine restaurant anywhere in the world. And the ambience... even I was impressed!
However, after all this, what truly made this experience so special, was the exceptional kindness and consideration demonstrated by this amazing team.
I can't thank them enough for greatly exceeding my expectations and that of my family.
If you are looking for a truly special culinary experience, I highly recommend the restaurants in the Radisson Blu. And I suspect a stay at this beautiful hotel would be just as exceptional.
I look forward to staying there and meeting everyone when the travel bans are finally lifted. I need to thank everyone in person. Well done!!!
