Food is delicious but really oily so if u are hungry enough then u could use the money for buffet to this and could get you full for the amount of 150 pesos

If you want to try Ngohiong, this is the place to be. they also have Siomai if you want. It is not really a restaurant but food is great :)
I really love chinese ngohiong ever since i was a college student and we never fail to dine in this small and cramped place weekly regardless of the heat, the crowd and the distance of the place. They may have limited food choices but we...only select ngohiong and puso (hanging rice) for our lunch, It was worth every penny and nothing has changed until this moment when I am already a single mom of two.More
Im not that fan with ngohiong but the first time i've tasted it, it really taste good though. So i tried it again to other food chain but the best ngohiong is really in chinese ngohiong. Near san carlos campus
Their Ngohiong is one of the best finger food in town. Very affordable. Easy access as well. I really like their stuffed egg. Delicious indeed. A must try food.
Their ngohiong is simply one of the best. Affordable and satisfying. My only concern is prolly the sanitation of the place but it's tolerable.
Its a very crowded place. Cant accommodate a lot of customers. But you will fall in line because the ngohiong they serve is by far, the best that Ove stated. It'll surely wash away the tiredness you feel when you fell in line. Must try!...😊More
This place holds a very special spot in my heart as their yummy ngohiong and puso helped me survived all throughout my college days. Their affordable food had been my staple during lunch and dinner. I have not yet found any other ngohiong similar to...theirs. The taste of their ngohiong have been my benchmark. It was like 'their chinese ngohiong' or nothing.More
We were told this place serves the tastiest ngohiong lumpia and dipping sauce. We arrived at our downtown Cebu hotel just passed midday, so we headed to this place. The lumpia we ate was crispy outside filling tasty and moist inside, and we had a...few other items to accompanied them, rice in leaf wrapping, crab meat stuffing, different types of sausages, and a cold drink, the bill came to 80 peso for two. We had to eat with our hands in plastic gloves, though we we given a fork to prize the filling out of the crab shells. This place was crowded with locals, it looked clean, with tap for washing hands. Please bring your own paper tissue. There were two queues, one for take out, the other for eat in, we pointed to what we wanted and paid for them before seating down to eat, we were given a plastic card to exchange for our cold bottle drink.More
For me, Chinese Ngohiong makes the best ngohiong in the whole of Metro Cebu. Ngohiong is similar to lumpia shanghai except the stuffing is made of ubod, singkamas, garlic, spring onions, spices and ground pork, ngohiong powder and wrapped in lumpia wrapper. Chinese Ngohiong has...2 branches. Their main branch is near the USC Main Campus, across Philippine Christian Gospel School (PCGHS) in Junquera Street. They also have another branch in Manalili Street, right across the back entrance of Gaisano Main, As of May 2017, ngohiong is 7.00/piece. They also sell stuffed egg (which is another favorite), barbecue, crab meat, siomai, longganisa.More
