The vegetarian options are very good at the spice . The dishes are authentic indian dishes. The food was very delicious and well prepared . This place can accommodate larger groups

Great food

The food was fantastic. Between four of us, we sampled a variety of curries and all were great. Staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely return here.

Good Indian Food!!!

Nice and spicy mutton (on the bone) curry though could have done with more meat. Lovely non-veg thali though we did ask for the meat thali but regardless it was tasty. Great sundries too! Only criticism is I had to wear my jacket inside as air con was a bit much despite asking to turn it off.

Worst Indian Restaurant Ever!

I've been to many Indian restaurants before and this is the worst one I've ever been to. Bad taste, not fresh, expensive (not getting what you pay for). I ordered Paneer Dosa and I could not even taste the paneer. The chutney was terrible. In addition to that, they are selling grocery items past its expiration date. I told the indian manager about the expired item when I first came. A few days later, I came back to the store. I found again expired item sitting on the shelves.

Overpriced and not fresh

The Thali meals have just one dish, curd and a small bowl of lentils. The chicken curry that was served part of the non-veg Thali was a few days old.

This guys destroying Indian food, Shame on you guys on the name of India making money and food 😐. Better change the name of your restaurant and stop calling your self authentic Indian food because you guys spoiling name of Indian cuisine. Can’t share my horrible experience you gave me.

I would definitely recommend this place. I love Indian food and thoroughly enjoyed it. There is a large menu with good vegetarian options too, and prices are reasonable.

Delicious food

Four of us had dinner here and thought it was very good. I had the paneer butter masala, and it was delicious. The naan breads are good too. My partner had the paneer tikka masala, which was also very good, and my dad is dairy intolerant, so the staff recommended him the tomato curry; which he loved. My mum had the paneer spinach curry, which had a slightly burnt taste, and we couldn’t work out if that was intentional or not. Anyway, we all still enjoyed our meals and I would definitely recommend this place. I love Indian food and thoroughly enjoyed it. There is a large menu with good vegetarian options too, and prices are reasonable.

Indian restaurant with variety!

The restaurant is simple, no frill with basic ambience. Plenty of Indian dishes are available. We ordered Panner manchurian, gravy veggies, roti, rice. Everything was freshly cooked and taste was good. We felt the food was bit oily. Nevertheless, good option for people looking for Indian vegetarian food in Cebu.

Delicious, authentic, abundance of veg options

Highly recommend coming to The Spice. I'm writting this review whilst sitting at the table, having only just finished. It was super authentic, the owner is Indian. Absolutely delicious!!!! Deffo coming back tomorrow. Portion sizes are bigger than I expected, staff were friendly and very accommodating to the ammended items we asked for. Best food I've had in the Philippines (including a 5* hotel!!)

For the love for Dosa

I am a big dosa lover, didn't expect would get dosa in Cebu, although I had searched about this hotel from Dubai. Their onion Pakora, paneer bhurji, naan and biryani and not to forget the dosa was a big yum It is very spicy food although had to request them to make it less spicy food for me. They were kind enough to make the peanut chutney bearable for me to eat Sambhar could have been better but overall an amazing place for your indian cravings in a different city

Best Indian food in Cebu city

After getting back from Palawan,we were desperate to have Indian food. We wasted no time in finding about this restaurant and paid a visit with zero expectations. We can happily say that the food exceeded our expectations . The dosas , uthappams, onion pakoda ,Paneer Bhurji were awesome. Overall, a must visit place for anyone who loves to have authentic Indian cuisine.
