To the owner, Wow I get the fact that your very invested in your restaurant, your reviews going down must be very pressing on your mind but why don't you consider that your attitude might be a factor? Let's explore together as atmosphere is important. Question 1) do your employees even like you or are you a underpaying slave driver that takes advantage of the local people? (2) Can u maintain your staff happily or do they just stay because they need work. If you notice they escape at the earliest convenience you got a problem! Next, how about your personal relationships with others 1) do you get along with the customers in general or are you just antagonistic with those that offer you constructive criticism? (2) did notice that probably your neighbors have issues with you too and maybe your own family. My friend go into counseling you have some very serious anger and impulse control issues! I am offering u this advice to be helpful. Lastly, All your regular customers that your referencing might be a mostly foreigners like us not necessarily Filipino. I think you need to reevaluate yourself because it impacts your restaurant- I am not eating thee again because I will never be party to supporting your attitude. I keep thinking karma is a downward slide and only you can change the flow of yours- your friend

You are still a problem-your a piece of garbage that abuses the Filipino employees! A guy can make it in his own country so goes to Philippines in order to feel superior to others! No problem with your food it's you! I would like to say I have misread you it's not-I am not a Filipino but I'll tell you any Filipino that supports you is not a friend to his culture! Stop abusing all your employees your not superior!
