The place is clean and the food is just average. Most of the food we wanted wasn't available. Props to the Ms. Rowena our server, she's very attentive.

Good selection of items in the buffet line. A few selection for the dessert bar. Price is reasonable. Good drink selection. Wait staff courteous and attentive.

Food came out fast even though our order was Bulalo and shirmp sinigang which is good. But the only bad thing is the vegetable which is “puso ng saging” in the shrimp sinigang was so hard that make me a little bit sad because it’s my favorite.
Bulalo soup flavor was okay. The meat was too hard. Also saw cockroach on chair next to me, and flies bothered me.
Overall, service was good.

Highly recommended restaurant!!! Its located at Brgy. San Rafael Mc Arthur highway Tarlac City near Luisita Exit. Its is newly renovated. Its clean and the amenities are complete.
The eat all You can has a lot of choices and the food tastes is superb.
they have live crabs, tilapia, hito . they also have fresh shrimps and other seafood. we ordered buttered shrimps and chili crabs and we had great experience with my family during the birthday of my husband.
The staff were very accommodating and they all look good in their ethnic uniforms. they are all friendly and accommodating.
they offered us all their specialties and we will surely come back to taste all other dishes that they have.
we give them 5 out of 5 for rating of food quality, service, ambiance, and value for money.

I spent two thousand Pesos and I spent two days sick at home. The staff seemed to be on break and our food was cooked and left there waiting for the waiters who were smoking outside to bring it to us. I complained heavily, i even sent some emails and FB msges to Dampa but to no avail. I should go and eat and do not pay and see what they will do. I do not reccomend to go there. They do not treat you well.

Their buffet meals are affordable, sumptuous, satisfying and with lots of choices. Dishes are of various delicacies that will surely satisfy your taste buds.

Staff were accommodating. Food was good but can be improved. We came at lunch time but I didn't expect that there would be so many customers since it was Friday. Thankfully we were transferred to the air conditioned area because it was so hot to stay at the outside dining which was also dusty. We ordered from the menu(with lengua, not included on the photo) our bill was at around 1,500php. The service was fast, too. The only thing that I would suggest is that they should clean the tables thoroughly. I had to use some tissue to wipe the wet table.

This place is a very good restaurant especially if you will try their buffet or eat all you can for just 400 pesos per person. Good service and reasonable price. We always go here with my family and our staff.

I visited the restaurant with some friends and unfortunately many dishes from the menu were unavailable that day. On top of that the wait for the food felt ancient.
The food was great tasting but the negatives out weighed it for me.

Ambiance was good. Tarlac's best version of Dampa! Highly recommended for family with kids.I enjoyed eating the baked mussels. Surprisingly, food is affordable!
