Not easy getting a seat as Starbucks tend to be abused by people meeting or working sometimes without buying. It has two floors but coffee is served on the ground floor and you need to carry it to the more spacious second floor. So not ideal for the elderly. A part from that it is an OK Starbucks.

So it's my First time here 🤗 we got there around 2pm and the place was full there's no space table to the both of us so we wait for a minute and take an order 😊on taking an order we don't know what we want to order and how to order 😂 coz there so many choices and it was our first time here in Starbucks😂 after a minutes we decided of what we want and I choose the mix berry pearl with yoghurt and ate shine ordered caramel cream ❤️
Place it was so accommodating and approaching ❤️ the food coffee we order it was delicious even if I'm not a coffee lover 'twas so great 😊
Looking forward to go back here ❤️😊

Yesterday i was able to experience to dine in Starbucks with my classmate. well, the ambiance was nice, the staff are kind and the frappe i ordered was yummy. it is a good place to hang out and chill with your friends.

As an European really like good coffee I struggle a little here in Philippines. Then it is good to know there is a Starbucks notfar away. Most philippinos like coffe With cream and sugar or even chocolate. I am a typical coffeedrinker who want strong black coffee, not what I will call dessert With a lot of sweet things inside. That's why I am addicted to Starbucks when I am outside Norway. The only problem in Starbucks SM, Tarlac is a Place to sit. It is very popular and always overcrowded. Last time I suddenly saw that all young people there do not buy coffee. They buy things like strawberry and cream, caramel and cream or chocolate and cream so in fact Starbucks here is more like a dessert place than a coffe shop. But as long as they have my black coffee and a chair to offer I am satisfied :-)

Its difficult reviewing Starbucks as they are all so similar. This one serves a large clientele in the SM Mall but because it is considered pricey by the local people, it is seldom crowded.
The food and drink on offer is up to the usual Starbuck's standards and the seating is comfortable. It is light and airy. There is not a lot more to say.

Good coffee friendly staff. Can get very busy if waiting for SM mall to open bit staff take it in there stride

Great coffee and bread but costs a lot. Tried it out of curiosity why a lot of people are patronizing it. Honestly, that will be my first and last. I will not spend much money for coffee :)

Drinks and food are aways consistent. .have visited on a number of occasions and have always left content. .also good place to relax and soak up the local sights..also ways something interesting. .keep up the good work. .happy with staff attitude and everyone from janitor ..security and service staff..thank you

efficient, fast, friendly service. Huge parking lot than most starbucks in the USA. Would make a point to stop by this one if in the area again.

Arriving from Manila by bus, we visited Starbucks at SM City in Tarlac and it was quite crowded so we had to wait to get seated inside. Although there were plenty of vacant tables outside it was really hot that day. The staff were warm and friendly, and the service was excellent. As expected food and drinks never disappoint.

staffs are too slow. i ordered 2 frappucino caramel but only served one. i have to remind them of the second one. not happy!

My wife and I go to Tarlac Starbucks almost daily for a cup of something be it Cafe Mocha,Chi Tea,a Frappacino or a good snack of cheesecake,do nut or a sandwich it is always a treat to be there because of the staff(partners),they are some of the most personable and professional young people I have EVER met. I was in the restaurant business for 25 plus years in the US and I would have been proud to have had a staff like them. So stop by and enjoy the feeling of being home at Starbucks Tarlac!!!
