Great Little Restaurant

It's pretty small and a bit noisy, but has a great menu and fabulous prices. Right in downtown San Pablo.

after a full lunch from a birthday party, we hit it right to have our coffee and dessert here. our brewed coffee was best paired with their popular sans rival, we tried different variety and their other pastries are equally yummy. parking is just a bit difficult if you come by car.

I've been here several times and they never fail to impress me. May it be on their opening hours or closing hours the server's smile and warmth is always radiating! I love all of them! They make all of their guests feel special and well served. They always pass by and ask for additional assistance. My favorite spot everytime that I am at San Pablo City!

Cakes and pastries tastes good but very much pricey. Imagine a small slice of cake costs almost 200 pesos. Recommended for rich kids out there. 😂

A must in san pablo

Been here back in 2015, became my favorite place in spc. Came back this 2018 and the menu exploded =) Sansrival and oil based pasta are my personal favorite. So far still the best pasta in town. My son is a fan of their burger and my folks is their ribs and hubby is sylvannas. Cheesecake is just ok for us.

At first I was not too attracted about the place.Looks small and too ordinary. But when we entered in the greeter impressed me. Upon ordering food I was doubtful of how the serving and the taste of the food would be like. But beyond all my doubts I was amazed and more than satisfied for everything that the restaurant had to offer us. And honestly this is the only restaurant in San Pablo that I and my husband kept on visiting whenever we are in San Pablo City. Keep up guys!!!

This is not a good place to visit if you are into some kind of a culinary experience. Food tastes fine, but not special. Some of the selection or food options are a bit bland and boring. They have a special sans rival, others claim. You may want to try it. You’ll appreciate the second floor dining area. The place is well-lit and very near the San Pablo Cathedral.

Spent about 10 minutes inside. Was illegally parked in front. 😅 Just bought sans rival and a muffin to take home. But the staff were really accommodating, greeting me at the door immediately. Guess they also saw my parking. 😅 From what I saw, place was really neat and nice. Sans Rival was gone in an instant. Will be back to really enjoy the place and food next time. 😊

I went here with my friend, she just lives nearby. She recommends it, the pasta was ok.Sansrival, Brazo de Mercedez is very delicious. I actually ordered To Go "Pasalubong" :)

We tried 3 desserts and coffee from their menu. Sansrival was delicious but I think I like the one from Dumaguete more. The Brazo de Mercedes though was really good. Improvement on the coffee and parking please. Will come back soon to try other items.

Taste and Food Preparation Si Christina’s food preparation is wonderful, very pleasing, looks presentable, and close to perfection. Their food is also appetizing and delicious especially their bestseller food. All the food that you ordered have the recipes that is simply outstanding. They will guarantee you the best food and will satisfy your needs. Ambiance The place is nice and cozy; it is perfect for a family dinner, business meetings and a good place to hang out. Some customers feel relaxed because of the cozy ambiance of the restaurant but as we were eating, we felt awkward because of the thought of being out of place since the other customers are sophisticated. They do not feature a certain theme since they offer different kinds of food from different countries. Service We did not expect it, but the staffs are all friendly to us. They even greeted and opened the door immediately for us when we entered and if we need something the staffs will give it to us. The whole staff are all helpful and very hospitable. They are approachable and are willing to answer questions. They also have a decent and good-looking uniform however; we observed that they do not smile a lot. Their staff worked interactively to us. The thing that we like about them is that they work professionally. They always serve drinks whenever our glass is empty. This was a meal to remember. All of us would like to return someday. Value of Money The value of the meal is reasonable since they serve high quality foods or known as gastropub but it is not applicable for the students. For the price, it is difficult to complain however, it is still worth the shot. Cleanliness Cleanliness begins once the customers enter in. The outside is clean even the windows and the lights are sparkling. The window casings are free from dust or dirt. They keep the plants outside free of debris and healthy-looking. The floor is clean all around the table. Location The restaurant’s location is accessible to all who wants to go. It is located at the San Pablo Plaza near the San Pablo Cathedral, which is easy to find. In addition, there are no signs of danger at the location and it shows that the place is almost fitted to the customers who want to go in. Conclusion We recommend to the owner to look for a bigger place or to make their place bigger since they have more costumers and it is good to open a branch in other places in Laguna. Lastly, they should offer student meals or meals that are affordable for the students. To sum it up, we would like to recommend Si Christina Gateau Sans Rival to all the people who likes different varieties of food.

Is Si Christina worth it? Does it serve student budget meals? What is so special about it? Why are the foods so expensive? Is it much cheaper? These are the things that comes to our mind when we are try to eat at new restaurant that we’ve never been experience before. Si Cristina is known as expensive but worthy of good food and service. The dishes here are smoothies, steak pasta and more and are recently mixed with Mexican dishes. The restaurant looks classy and elegant. The foods there are much more expensive than some of the restaurants here in San Pablo but it’s worth the expense. While the dish is being prepared on the table, the aroma of fine cooked dishes will refresh your senses. Si Christina is worth the money for family and anyone because of its age-old theme. We were shock when we see the upper portion of the place it has very relaxing old theme view and mesmerizing music it also has a television that can entertain you when you’re waiting for your dish. they give us a water to drink as we order it took almost 10 minutes to be prepared, I observe that few people are eating in Si Cristina restaurant, I think that it is because of the price of their foods because many people can't afford to buy them. There's plenty to eat in Si Christina and if you love steaks it's the perfect place for you. You can choose Rice and side dish with your chosen steak to satisfy your hunger. You will be surprised by the unique taste and smell of their steaks. The steaks are well cooked and also you can notice that the plating is very beautiful it is neat. Si Christina is not only for adults but also for children because they also have kid’s meals that will satisfy your child's craving. There’s plenty of choice for your children so have a try A. TASTE AND FOOD PREPARATION ➢ Do the dishes they offer taste good? Yes, it's delicious here if you want to try something new. ➢ Is there something unique about how the food is prepared? No, it’s like the same like other fine dining resto. ➢ Is the presentation appetizing both to the eye and to the palate? Yes, delicious food and the plating is beautiful. B. AMBIANCE ➢ Will the customers feel relaxed or jubilant when eating at the restaurant? Yes because of the old theme of the restaurant plus the classic music there playing. ➢ Does the restaurant feature a certain theme? Yes, combination of old and new theme. C. SERVICE ➢ Are the chefs, waiters, and waitresses friendly? Do they cater well to the customers’ demands? Yes, they will refill your water right away without you telling them and very accommodating staff. ➢ Are they able to serve the food efficiently? Yes, the service is very good compare to other resto. The crew is very kind and accommodating. D. VALUE OF MONEY ➢ Are the prices reasonable? No, because the prices are not practical for a student like us. But for some reasons the prices are good for that worthy value of food. E. CLEANLINESS ➢ Is the restaurant as well as its kitchen tidy? We didn’t see their kitchen but the food there serving will tell you how clean their kitchen is. ➢ Will customers need to worry if the food they are eating is safe? The customers should not worry if the food is safe because seeing the quality of their food makes you feel comfortable to eat. F. LOCATION ➢ Is the restaurant accessible? The restaurant is very easy to reach because it is only in the plaza, you don't need to ride on a vehicle to reach the restaurant.

Must try when you visit San Pablo

Si Christina is a restaurant that I recommend you to try when you visit San Pablo City, Laguna. It is not hard to find. Located at the heart of the city within the vicinity of the central plaza right across the Cathedral of San Pablo. They offer different kinds of cheesecake. We tried their blueberry cheesecake and another one drizzled with orange. It's not overpowering nor it is too sweet. Just the right combination. We also ordered coffee and it went well with the cheesecake. They have other offerings as well. It's a mix of Filipino and American food and there are also pasta dishes to choose from. They also offer Mexican food. The service staff are also accommodating. I will definitely visit them again and try their other dishes.
