Me and my boyfriend dined in Joy Nostalg restaurant this December 18, 2020 and I can say that their food are delicious and their serving is good for two persons. Their pastries are served in large portions as well. The people are very accommodating and approachable! We'll surely be back again.

Yummy food and Expert Service from Viel

We checked in at Joy Nostalg and was curious to try their "The Roof" pop-up for dinner & drinks -- best decision. Romantic ambience yet not uptight. Viel, our food server, recommended which food to order and not a single dish disappointed. Everything is flavorful & appetizing, especially the wings & the grilled pork. Viel was attentive to our needs and was happy to attend to us, he made our experience more memorable. Thank you, Viel!

The staff is the best

I spend about six months a year in Manila. My favorite place to stay - the Joy Nostalg. It is conveniently located and gives me a "live in" place to stay. When there, I eat dinner at the Nostalgia Lounge and Bar nearly every night. What brings me back is not only the excellent food (lots of variety, fresh, well prepared) and drinks (what a variety!), but the staff. They are attentive, friendly, professional, and I actually find I miss them when I am gone. For a lonely traveler, the Nostalgia Lounge and Bar is a little oasis of home and makes the travel so much nicer.

Amazing food with a view of the skyline to welcome you

If you get there at 6PM, an amazing skyline will welcome you before you enjoy a scrumptious 5-course dinner. Service and ambience was superb and you’ll truly get what you pay for. We really enjoyed our valentine’s day dinner date at the roof at Joy Nostalg. ❤️

Delectable Breakfast Spread

Breakfast buffet here was really good. From Filipino to Western choices everything got covered. The ambience got everything of nostalgic feel , for which the restaurant is aptly named. Staff provide unobtrusive service, which is also nice. The food tastes good that I’m looking forward to having dinner there utilising my Accor silver benefits.

We would like to thank Gino from bfast buffet for making our dining experience great. Very accommodating, always attentive to our needs, from time to time asking us how the food was and if we needed anything else. We felt he really cared!

Joy nostalgia lunch

It was a lovely lunch experience at Joy Nostalgia. We had the best selling crab roe pasta and it was so flavorful. Masarap talaga! I loved the crispy crablet toppings. We also ordered the clubhouse sandwich. Its truly a signature. The portion was generous and the individual flavors for each filling complimented each other. The staff are always smiling and very helpful. Shout put to Gino for taking care of us!

Overall, my breakfast buffet experience at nostalgia Hotel was exceptional. The variety and quality of the food, combined with the attentive staff and inviting atmosphere, made for a memorable start to each day of my stay. I would highly recommend Nostalgia hotel’s breakfast buffet to anyone looking for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.

Beyond expectations impromptu visit

A great overall experience. We didn’t regret checking out the place as we were looking for a place to eat. Glad we found this resto. We were given a warm welcome. And greeted by the staff. One of them was Gino - he was very attentive and we enjoyed his recommendations Cesar salad and mushroom soup. Ambiance is elegant we enjoyed the piano selections. Cozy and giving elegant feels. We enjoyed our dinning overall.

Golden Experience

Celebrated my 50th at The Roof, and it was nothing but a delightful experience. From the preparation to the event itself, it was a smooth process. Dunhill, their manager, was very hand on. His assistance in deciding what kind of menu to have, turned out to be a good combination as all my guests enjoyed the spread. He was also present all thru the night making sure each guest are looked after. He kept us updated of how the food and drinks are consumed. The staff too deserve a 5 star review, they were warm, proactive and always created a friendly conversation with us. Food was definitely the highlight, it was for the books! Highly recommended for events and certainly for night out with friends.

Gino our server and all staff were friendly and accommodating. Made sure our experience is very good and has given much attention to our requests. Food selections has real food / healthy fresh options and includes the usual breakfast staples presented well.

cozy, intimate, peaceful, friendly and accommodating servers

The place is very cozy and intimate :) We enjoyed our dining experience. The servers are really nice and accommodating. Food selection is enough but perhaps more enhancement on the quality of food. But overall, it is recommended to have a breakfast here especially if you’re looking for a peaceful ambience and would like to enjoy it with your family and friends.

More than a 5 Star Experience! ⭐️🫶

Menu was well thought of. Truly made our family’s New Year experience one for the books! We also wanted to mention and thank Gino who served us and made sure we got our fill our coffee which we went for again because it was sooo good. Also special mention to the chef and the egg chef today Jan.1 breakfast because he went out of his way to make sure we got our omelette. 🎉⭐️

Cozy and family-friendly place

My family was able to visit this place for both breakfast and dinner. Claudine was very attentive to our needs and made sure our visit was excellent. Besides Claudine, Clark, Anthon, and the kitchen team tried their best to give us a memorable family meal. Salamat and keep up the good work.

Gino and the pancakes :))

Food was okay but Gino the server made the experience for the 5 star. Oh, loved the pancakes! Thank you so much to the chefs for making an extra effort to make extra pancakes for us when it was already finished. :)
