Our family loves to dine at Fab because of the great food variety and delicious menu. The Fab team is courteous and pleasant. Very accommodating and always wears a smile. Shoutout to Ms. Sally Cosme of in-room dining who never fails to provide us with excellent service and warm welcome. When there's a special occasion, she sees to it that we are given a complimentary cake or pastry, fresh fruit slices, brewed coffee and kiddie lootbags. She makes sure that we are enjoying our stay. FAB restaurant is located inside Holiday Inn Galleria in Ortigas Avenue, Philippines.
Their breakfast buffet is fabulous! They have a great variety of food from the traditional american, pastries, asian, and of course the native filipino breakfast.
Bur more importantly the food won't taste that good and your dining experience won't be that great if not for the awesome staff that will always greet you with a smile and are always ready to serve you!

This is our 2nd time to have breakfast in this restaurant with our 1 year old and I must say it gets better everytime. They provided my child with a kiddie plate, spoon, fork, coloring paper with a set of new crayons to take home. They always check us if we need something. We feel at home and would definitely come back again. Thanks Zack our server and the rest of the team.

During my stay at Holiday Inn Galeria, I opted for breakfast at FAB Restaurant, drawn by its variety of options including vegan choices. Although appreciative of their vegan offerings, I found the overall taste of the dishes disappointing. Many dishes leaned towards extremes—either overly salty or overly sweet. The cold bread was a letdown, and certain items like overcooked broccoli and soggy spring rolls missed the mark.
On the bright side, the staff's warmth and attentiveness were commendable and the Filipino dish section was an enjoyable addition, providing a silver lining to an otherwise middling breakfast experience.

My breakfast at this restaurant was the only great experience I had with Holiday Inn. They offer a wide variety of choices that I don’t typically see in other hotel breakfast options. Since I don’t eat pork, I really appreciated that they provided chicken bacon as an alternative. This is the only restaurant I’ve encountered so far in all the hotels I’ve stayed at that serves chicken bacon. It’s clear they consider guests who prefer or cannot eat pork.
Additionally, they offered a variety of nuts, dried fruits, and yogurts. When I asked for granola, they didn’t have it, but Zack, a staff member, kindly suggested muesli instead.
It was truly a worthwhile experience, and I would love to eat here again.

Eric our waiter is the BEST! He was always friendly & attentive whenever we saw him for breakfast during our week stay. He asked what my favorite Filipino dish was, which was not one of the buffet options. I had been craving this dish for a while. The next day he had it prepared especially for me and my family. It was so delicious.

We had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Hotel Manila Galleria and one of the highlights was the breakfast! 🍳🥞
The breakfast selection here is nothing short of impressive, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Whether you prefer a hearty western breakfast with crispy bacon and fluffy pancakes or a local Filipino breakfast with savory longganisa and garlic rice, they have it all! 😋
The quality of the food is top-notch, and the friendly staff make sure you start your day with a smile. From fresh fruits to delectable pastries, there's something to please every palate.
Not to forget the ambiance - the breakfast area is spacious, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere that sets a positive tone for the day.

The foods was properly placed so visitors can choose the best that fits their appetites and it was good and delicious. The menu was complete. Crew was very accomodating and they offer us hot chocolate which is good as well. That time, I just had my unplanned heavy breakfast.

This restaurant was great! It had a large variety of choices. It was able to cater to my picky 5 year old son and my vegetarian husband. The servers were great and were very helpful and the omelette section was quick and delicious. Thank you Fab Restaurant!

Good selection of food; food taste and quality at par, if not better, than other hotels.
Justine, our server, was accommodating and was hands-on with whatever else we needed/wanted.

The restaurant- The food was exceptional and I would like to commend Zack and Justine ( and another gentleman which I cannot remember his name) for their exceptional customer service. They both looked after us, very friendly and polite and went above and beyond by providing us sweet mangoes and bottled water❤️
Our room on the 23rd floor - We came from Sydney, Australia and I am very disappointed with the colour and texture of the linen used in our room. We stayed in Premier Suite on the 23rd floor. The linen is dirty white (you can tell it’s very old) unlike the one in Holiday Inn Makati, it’s crystal white and linen was soft. That’s the whole reason I stayed in Ortigas to be close with my family but didn’t expect the quality was poor and not the same with Holiday Inn Makati. The location should not matter. You are 1 company. I didn’t have good sleep as I feel itchy with the linen. You have failed on your vision…” Making every one of your moments clean, comfortable, and connected is our goal with every stay” 😟

I’m stunned to see an all-cast breakfast. Everything I’m looking for a breakfast is here. Bacon, cold cuts, salmon, omelette, and a lot more! The bacon is so sooo good.
I would also like to commend all the staff here for their service. As in all of them! I am fully in awe with their service. I also would like to commend Zack for taking care extra of me asking how’s the food and asking my stay about here. I will definitely go back!
