A local recommended this restaurant and we went here on our 1st night. They had all the local delicacies and the service from the staff was second to none. The highlight on the menu for me was the Chicken intestines, delicious and the Taho Taho to finish

Loved their “isaw” or chicken intestine, look at that, very clean. 🤣 We also had kansi soup. Will definitely visit again.

Located inside SM Mall of Asia. Shop and then dine. Upon entering you'll be greeted by their very accommodating staff then seated. They offer Filipino food cooked and served within 15 to 20 minutes. Their staff is also attentive, refilling our glass with serving water once consumed.

It's my first time to try out sarsa cuz it's not available in davao YET (who knows right? Chef JP might decide to go all the way down south!). I tried the SIZZLING INASAL SISIG! It was the best sisig i have ever tried! It's perfectly seasoned - perfect balabce of salty, sour and spicy! Mapapakain ka tlga ng rice! Then add a little anato oil to it. OMG. Spell PERFECTION. I also tried the pork binagoongan cuz it's new on the menu. It was really good! Coming from someone who doesn't like salty food, their version was just right for me. Definitely coming back to try out other dishes! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We had supper and there was a lot of chair been cleaned and the place looking well presented. I was told that the chef here appears on television. I tried the chicken but it was okay. The President of the Phillippines was there also to have have supper accompanied by his body guards. Very goods experience.

I came here twice to eat while staying at Conrad across the road. The food is really nice, the place was quiet and prices are reasonable. It is worth a visit.

Walking around the Mall of Asia is a great way of building an appetite. After shopping around with the missus, we were really beat on looking for a restaurant. We wanted something different, not fastfood and not one that when you go to another mall you'd find the same thing there. And yes, something like that would really be difficult to find. We wandered a few times, saw some Japanese restaurants, peeked into new Korean places but nothing seemed to just click. We were bent on trying this new buffet style restaurant we checked on the internet when we happened to pass by a food joint with a catchy name : Sarsa. We noticed it served Filipino dishes and what was more interesting is that there was a familiar picture of this guy on the glass window of the restaurant. It was Chef JP, and I've watched a couple of his show. So we decided to try it out, and despite the long line, (we were number 9) it was worth the wait. OMG .... His take on classic Filipino dishes is such refreshing you'll wonder why it isn't cooked this way! Inasal sisig = HOLY MOLY!!! ... Crunchy Liempo = WHAT A TWIST!!! ... Banana Choc Turon = CAN'T GET ENOUGH!!! It awakened our palate to flavors that we didn't know would work for those dishes. It was gratifying beyond words and it took away our weary, tired feet. Kudos to Chef JP, can't wait to try the other dishes on the menu. Will definitely come back and yes, I did say we didn't want to eat at a place you can find at other malls but I'll give an exception for Chef JP's Sarsa Kitchen and Pub. Yes, there are other restaurants out there catering to Filipino dishes but not the way Chef JP makes them. Do give his restaurant a try! I know I sampled only a few dishes but those 3 dishes are enough to make me come back for more! I will definitely, most definitely come back for more!

The best food for me, they have the brightest mind to twist traditional Filipino cuisines. My all time favorite are their Kare-kare and Isaw. They are very affordable but to be honest the savory taste of their dishes it top the line. It is like I am eating on a five star restaurant. For me all their ingredients are fresh as well. Their menu choices are wide and you have many chances that all of them are delicious. My recommendation to them is to prepare big tables for big groups because sooner or later for sure their customer will grow.

Me and my family celebrated New Year here in Sarsa. Food was actually good. We liked the Chicken Inasal and Kare-Kare and also the desserts. Staffs were friendly :)

Great food! Everything is delicious, specially the inasal sisig and coconut grilled liempo. The ambiance is really good, you will get the filipino feel once you step in. However, the service crew are not that very attentive, we keep on looking for them when we need something.

Nothing special...although the decor was to my liking, the food was not up to par...I was hoping for the famous and authentic Bacolod taste but the Bbq isaw ng manok and isaw ng baboy (bbq pork and chicken intestines) was so dry and tasteless that you had to drown it in vinegar and soya sauce... The Kansi soup was also nothing short of ridiculous in taste...This restaurant is endorsed by celebrities that have no credibility in discerning tastes in food at all... Not worth checking this out but please do at your own risk and waste of good hard earned money I was hoping the buko pandan would be the saving grace but still it disappointed me...

It was a blessing in disguise that we pass this place . We were basically looking for something new but delicious, making ordinary extraordinary and we actually found this place. I am as well fan of Eraserheads and they we’re continuously playing their songs . Overall the food is tasty and delicious. I will definitely eat back here if given a chance .
