nice location near MOA Mall at seaside area ,nice parking area ,nice staff at counter and waiters are good ,cook are welcoming and do their best ,variety of food ,sweets .I would say quality of food at 4 /5 some displayed look not that fresh ,taste of some is that great ,its good but not like a 5 star ,sweets are great ,the place is by vikings but not as good as vikings or cafe uno ,or open buffet by some good hotels in town.
overall nice experience good for family. price is good like 630 each comparable to 900 or 800 for other open buffet or eat ally can.

We dine there last Nov. 3, it was our first time and it went well. My children chose the soup base of their choice and my husband and I did the same thing. The meat selection were pretty okay, I was just kind of hoping that they would refill the meat section faster since they are cutting the meat continously. Vast selection of dumpling are also available. Vegetable selection were okay. In the drink station, one of the drinks that we wanted was empty, I asked for refill but it was not refilled. Our dishes were cleared up in timely manner.
Overall, my family and I enjoyed the experience and will try again in the future.

We just walked in and had no reservations but we were entertained immediately. We were directed to our table and it was a comfortable spot even if it was just the 2 of us. Our server CJ cute, approached us and guided us on what the soup bases were and what goes well with them and I’m so glad he did coz we really enjoyed our meal properly. The buffet spread was massive and they had a loooot of choices. The colors and textures were superb. And what I appreciated more was that they separated the cooked from the raw items which clearly shows how they value cleanliness and the health of their patrons. I am not local, but in the future if I’ll go back to Manila, I will make sure to come back here at Four Seasons Hotpot SM MOA branch, the best hotpot place I have ever been!

Went there for lunch and ordered hot pot soups. Choice of food is okay, but meat is limited to some pork and beef. The rest is offal, kidney, liver, lungs and cartledge.
Seafood was fish, squid, mussels, clams but no shrimp.
Had to ask for tissues and the server unceremoniously dumped a packet of paper tissues on the table. There were no tissues on the table, just spoon and forks plus ladles for the hotpot.
What my lady and I found annoying was we were sat next to the Teppanyaki station, and one cook in particular was trying to perfect his bouncing the spatula skills which involved lots of clattering and tapping which was so annoying.
Several time he caught the spatula by the cooking surface in his hand and on more than one occasion he dropped said spatula on the floor. We could only assume that he used it for cooking the next serving of Teppanyaki without even bothering to clean the utensil.
So 0/10 for hygiene awareness.
There are better in Manila but the Four Seasons was cheap but will not be going back.

It was my first time to do a hotpot at the Four Seasons. There’s a lot of things to eat and taste to the point where we’re already full. I like the sushi section, tempura, and the variety of hotpot ingredients to choose from: seafood, dimsum, and noodles, etc.
Kudos to the service crew where they attentively look out for the finished plates we used and refill the hotpot soup. The chef also recommended some food on which to include in your own hotpot. For less than 1000 pesos, it is value for money and the service. Need to walk along the MOA seaside to reach this location.

The food in general was great! This was my first time going for a hotpot buffet, so I didn’t really know what to expect. I had a great time concocting my own meal and everything was fulfilling in the end; From the person who assisted us: CJ, the prepared ingredients, experience of the meal, and the accommodating atmosphere of the whole place!

I’ve been to this place 3 times already and each of my being here has been so warm and delicious! The foods are always fresh and tasty, the lighting and atmosphere is all about customers’ comfort. They also take into account whether you are a birthday celebrant, which is truly remembering and important for me.

The food is excellent. The staff were so accommodating and they gave bday cakes and sang for our kids’ bday celebration. Kuya CJ, Ariel, Payo and Ate Gwen were very friendly too. They always asked us what we needed. Will come back again here.

Nothing special, they focuses on shabu-shabu food, they only served one meat dish for the rice, a fish and 3 of 4 vegetable fishes. If you are meat lover go to unli korean resto. I didnt even enjoy their shabu shabu, our soup choice is not available, I feel like I didnt get what my money's worth. I enjoy the coffee though and the staffs are accommodating.

I recently dined at Four Seasons Buffet and had a truly delightful experience that I couldn't wait to share! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the tone for a fantastic evening.
Our server, CJ, was outstanding. He greeted us with a genuine smile and took the time to explain the menu in detail, providing excellent recommendations tailored to our tastes. He’s a charmer and very accommodating.

Four Seasons is located in Mall of Asia Pasay seaside area. The parking is quite difficult especially if it's Christmas season. The food selection is wide and they also serve wine and beers which is perfect for alcohol lovers. Perfect for drink and eat mood.

It was a great experience to celebrate my birthday at Four Season MOA Branch. Our Server, CK and CJ was attentive and friendly. CJ is very thoughtful he offered us the special sauce for us to try. Its a truly memorable dining experience

The place is very relaxing and great!
The table we got has airconditioning so we did not feel the heat of the hotpot.
The foods were very delicious, although one slight issue was the ice dispenser but it was not that big of an issue.
Overall, we highly recommend this place to get together with your friends and family.😊

Thank you for this place. I celebrated my birthday here. And also said YES cause my future husband ask me if I will marry him for the rest of our lives. Thank you for all the staffs na very accomodating at tumulong sa aking sister and fiance sa pag prepare ng stuffs para sa proposal hindi ko man po kilala lahat by names but all is productive this day specially sa mga nasa dessert corner for the plate and lettering. Thank you sooooo soooo much, I will be and my family will be back here for sure.
