I had heard a lot of about Manam while looking up places to eat in Manila so this was top of mind. Went to the Mall of Asia outlet.
First of, it’s crazy busy so be prepared for a short wait for your table. We went well after lunch hour and it was almost 4 pm by the time we left. But the line outside the restaurant never stopped. But their turnaround is fast so it’s not a long wait. And they let you go through the menu and fill up your order on a form while you wait to speed up the process.
It’s well lit and buzzy. And the service is fast.
Now coming to the food. Oh. My. God! The hype is totally justified. The food was so, so good. We ordered two bowls of sinigang- the prawn and green mango one and their signature beef with watermelon. The former was light and citrusy while the latter was just bursting with flavour! I wiped the bowl clean! We also ordered a mango, pomelo and sago shake to go with our food and just the shake was so filling it was a meal by itself. We couldn’t finish it and took it to go.
Our meal cost us just under 1000 pesos for two. And it was well worth it! 6 stars for the food!

This is our second time dining here, and once again, the service was outstanding. A staff member named Amara really stood out with her positive attitude. She served our food with a smile and was attentive to all our needs throughout the meal. Her excellent service deserves recognition, whether through a raise or promotion. We truly appreciate her efforts!

We got classic ice tea and pandan ice tea for our drinks as well as small and medium portions of the palabok fresh lumpia. Since we are on a food tripping , we didn't want to start with a large quantity of food.
Fresh lumpia was coated in a thick crepe that makes you feel full with just one mouthful of it , needs more filling inside as the sauce was really yummy .The palabok was average and a little dissapointing. Don't order
Classic ice tea as well because it didn't really taste like ice tea; instead, it tasted more like boiled tea with sugar and gulaman sago and also Pandan Ice tea it’s just a name but never tasted like pandan .
When living abroad, Filipino food was always my go-to comfort food, so it can be disappointing to return home and discover that it isn't all that delicious.

This is a Filipino restaurant with a twist on some of the well-known Filipino dishes. The kare-kare is good. The sisig is debatable with the their twist and made an iconic dish sweet and creamy. They have a wide variety of dishes on their menu. The dining chairs didn't feel comfortable and you are better off getting a table next to the wall to get better seats.

I really enjoyed crispy palabok and ube sago shake. I came alone unplanned but I have been planning to try their food which is popular on social media. Apart from the food, the service was amazing. I was alone and the staffs didn't make me feel one. Special shout out to Francis who was so attentive and gave me a lot of information about the brand Manam and its food.
I will definitely come back.

we went to M.O.A to have our dinner with friends. have to long queue outside for about 25 minutes before we can finally have a table. serving time takes too long, and the serving portion is small in spite we already ordered the big portion. The food is ok. but the hassles in getting a table, waiting for the food to be served.

MOA is filled with overwhelming food options. Manam has always been a go-to choice for filipino favorites. Kansi, Sisig, Plapla are my staple orders but the desserts are the things that can’t be missed! The puto bumbong is available all year round but best served during the holidays.

serving sizes of small, medium, large is total genius! you can try everything in their menu and won't be guilty of left overs. 1st visit we ordered the crispy Pata, baby squid, gising gising,etc: 2nd visit, the watermelon sinigang, sisig, fresh lumpia, etc: 3rd visit again the watermelon sinigang, beef salpicao, tortang eggplant, etc. believe me, everything was good! all of our visits was just in 2 weeks! it's that good! try it now!

A first timer in here, treated my family for lunch. Long queue and thats ok, too friendly greeter on the door, sat down and ordered the food, took very long to arrive but its ok.
Have asked for the bill, gave the money and waiting for the change (not a small change, mind you) took forever and I have been eyeing the cashiers table and she was chatting other staff and even just texting. After about 20 mins, requested for follow up, still nothing, still chatting
After another 20 mins, I stood up and went directly to the cashiers, one of the ‘leaders’ followed me, asked them whats taking too long, almost 45 mins, just waiting for the change. No answer , just the standard, sorry.
Customer service doesnt end up in coming in to the restaurant only!!!
So mad for wasting my time... happy to share with my friends, how superficial their friendly customer service at the beginning only!!!!!

Poor customer services. Not accommodating.
We waited so long for food, and the food was cold when they serve.
We are not satisfied for the food, small servings. We will never try again to eat here.(SM FAIRVIEW BRANCH)

We had a lunch yesterday at Manam's Moa branch with family celebrating my sister's graduation.
Food was superb especially their sisig.
Francis, our server, was very accomodating and kind.
(Sadly I was not able to try their crispy palabok because it was eaten fast by my siblings. hehehe.)
Overall, it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our time there.
We will surely be back again to dine.

4. Love how the Manager accommodated our concerns and gave us a complimentary ice cream for my dad cause it's his birthday
